Descr i ption: This nice little jug is not marked as to manufacturer. But it is a true vintage piece and very well made. Standing about 9-1/4 inches tall, and measuring about 5-3/4 inches across the base, it is in excellent condition, but does have a small glaze imperfection(as seen in the photos) that only lends to its character and authenticity. Though it was probably used to hold corn mash back in the day, it now will serve wonderfully as a primitive vase, or door stop! From a non-smoking home. For your consideration is this Vintage small brown jug with an embossed maple leaf. It measures 4" tall and 3" diameter. It does not have any chips. Cracks, or flea bites. It does have a little bit of surface wear and discoloration or variation in color on the backside on the lighter brown top half. It does need a new cork. It is in good condition. Please look at the pictures carefully, I have tried to show the condition. I have not cleaned this item and leave that to the discretion of the buyer. Vintage Little Brown And Ivory Stoneware Jug. 5 1/2.in Tall X 3 1/4 In Wide
This is another little jug I really don't know anything about. I bought it at a resale store or yard sale because I like it. We are selling many of our belongings due to retiring and wanting to move out of state to be near the grandkids. It is 5 1/2 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches wide. Top is brown and the bottom ivory. The old cork has fallen in and I can't get it out! No chips cracks or crazing. Please ask any questions you have before bidding. I normally mail within one business day of receiving full payment.

Inscribed with"This is It! in a cheerful cursive scrawl. Heavy. Weighs nearly 3 pounds. It measures 9.5” tall with cork and 4.5” in base diameter. Condition: Excellent. No chips or cracks. Vintage Fairport -East Rochester NY Little Brown Jug (1987)
You are bidding on a vintage 1987"Little Brown Jug" that was created to celebrate the end of a football rivalry between Fairport. NY and East Rochester, NY. that had been ongoing from 1939- 1987. This jug stands approximately 6 1/4" tall and was hand painted( as you can see in the photos there are slight paint imperfections done by the painter prior to kiln firing) in the United States. Vintage Musical Brown Pottery Little Brown Jug w Friar Lid Plays "How Dry I Am"
Vintage whimsical musical little brown jug with a friar head stopper that plays"How Dry I Am" There is a repaired cracked area near bottom of jug as seen in the pictures. Small chip to the Friar's nose and collar which can be touched up if desired. Wind-up music box with lever. Top of stopper in the area of the Friar's cap shows signs of handling which can be seen in some of the pictures. Measures approximately 8 3/4" high. Unmarked. This piece is solid and heavy.
