Up for sale is an Antique whiskey/ apple cider Jug/ Crock Jug. It measures 11 1/2" tall by 6 3/4" wide. This Jug has a section on the bottoms edge up towards the middle with a spider web section with a hairline crack it still hold water and displays well from back or front otherwise its great. Vintage Stoneware Crock Jug - 2 Tone Brown/Tan & Off White
Vintage stoneware crock jug. The jug is a 2 tone brown/tan and off white. The jug is approximately 11" tall and 6 1/2" in diameter(measured on bottom) tape measure shown in photos as well. The jug is not perfect and does have some wear but just adds to the character of the piece. I tried to capture all main wear in the attached photos. There are some chips along bottom edge. An area of crazing on one side, a couple stoneware imperfections on one side in the brown area(doesn't look to be chips- looks to be be from when made) I have found no cracks. The neck looks to have been hand formed and the handle to be applied. Nice item. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

It measures approx. 14" tall and 10" wide. This is still a solid piece. There is some discoloration and some cracks along the outside(see pictures) However. This does still hold water and has no leaks. We've cleaned out the inside as best we could, but it wouldn't hurt to go over it again. This is great for some rustic/country decor. Up for auction is a nicely preserved stoneware crock jug. Brown on tan, with several superficial rim chips or divets that do not compromise the integrity of this jug. It is 12" tall and has a base diameter of 8.75" and the actual mouth diameter of opening is 3.5" There are rounded grooves in the upper jug where an old handle may have once existed but has not survived. Very Uniq ue features on the Jug like flaw from when it was made in picture 8 and some indents by the mouth as well as some different colors. Whiskey Jug Crock Vintage Stoneware Tan Brown Double Handles D60
This stoneware jug measures about 8 inches high and about 5 inches wide. It is very old and most likely predates 1964 because it is stamped"Federal Law Forbids Sale or Re-use of this bottle" which was required on bottles after prohibition and until the law requiring the notice was repealed in 1964. There is crazing but. In my opinion, it gives the jug some personality. There is the tiniest rough spot around the mouth and bottom of the jug. I show several photos of the mouth and bottom. Vintage Brown/Tan Stoneware Crock Whiskey Moonshine Jug -w/Wire Handle - Beehive
This is an unusual whiskey/moonshine jug with the wire and wood handle. It is about 9 1/2" to top of jug and is almost 7" across the bottom. This is an old jug and the wire handles are bent. The chip on the top is just glaze deep and the one on the bottom is not bad. Considering the life these had it is a wonder they survived. Not sure how much it holds. Maybe 2 gals or less. Vintage Brown & Tan Glazed Top Whiskey Jug Crock W/ Cork Top 9 1/2" Tall
There are no markings on this jug. There is a chip on the bottom and on the neck. Near the handle, see photos. The fourth photo shows a closeup of the top rim which may appear as a chip, however, after close examination, this defect was made in the making of this jug. Stands 9 1/2" tall. The diameter is 5 1/2" across the bottom. There is crazing under the glaze on the bottom portion and a number of poc marks, very crudely made.

I love this stone crock or jug some might say. But I have no idea how old it is. It might be handmade because I can't find any markings on it. The brown trim paint is slightly thicker in one area than the other. Another reason to think it's homemade. There are slight imperfections. It is pretty and it does hold water if you wanted to use it for a vase. There is a small area in the bottom where the paint or glaze is missing. It is just a little over 8 inches tall and almost 7 inches wide at the widest point. The very top is about 5 inches wide. Cool item! Please study pics as I said there are small imperfections. Shipping is high, The crock is heavy but it will be packaged very well to arrive safely.

I have a vintage glazed moonshine jug. It is in great shape no cracks in it. The cork is still partially in it as you can see in picture. It comes with a plastic vintage old grandad pour spout. The spout opens at the end for pouring as you can see in pictures also. There in a slight dip in the pottery but that was from when it was made it is not a chip look at pictures. The bottom is a little bit dirty. Again Please look at pictures before bidding. It's about 7 inches tall without the pour spout.
