Manufactured by Villeroy& Boch between 1874- 1909. The pitcher measures 11" at the highest and 9.5" from spout to handle. There are no chips. There is a tight hairline at the spout. Showing the exterior(5th photo) and interior(6th photo) There are also small spider cracks to the interior, which don't penetrate through the exterior and can't be seen unless you look inside. The pitcher doesn't leak. There is clean crazing throughout. Which is normal due to age. None affect the integrity of the pitcher. The condition out side of the thin chip listed above on the inside top shown in picture 2.That measures 3/8"by 5/8"and a couple flea bites on the spout making a tiny bit of roughness. 9 1/2" tall and 5 3/8" base.No cracks or crazing. Antique ewer( water pitcher) pale blue transparent glass hand decorated in gold scrolls and cradled in silver plate. It is marked Geislingen Wurttemberg Silver Plate on the base. It dates from 1900-1910. It is palpably. Feel-ably'striped' something like a melon. The lid is hinged and swing open to release the liquid. Usually used for water, juice or wine in German castles. The silver plate has minor surface wear. The handle features detailed orrnate scroll work. 1 1/2 inches at widest part. Could use a good polish. Glass is broked just inside neck. For your consideration is a lovely little Staffordshire. Transferware Sauceboat that dates to around 1800-1815. It is 6" long.3" high and about 3" across the opening. Square form handle, after a silver shape. Beautiful white pearlware. With the slight bluing to the glaze. Very light weight, weighs only 4 oz, a further indication of age, as later examples were more heavily potted. Mark on bottom is a J within a wreath. And the words"genuine stone china" Probably Phillips Longport. Wonderful early Willow scenes with the three figures. Temples, birds and willow, and a wonderful and very early border pattern jam-packed with Chinese symbols. Bat applied transfers in dark blue. I am selling for a family member. She has recently moved to a studio apartment from a large home and does not have room or the decor for her late brother's Asian treasures. He was an artist for a major card company whose companion was the Asian buyer for the corresponding luxury department store. The companion also brought back"treasures" for their own collections and the brother's home was decorated entirely Asian. The exception was some local pottery of which he had a small collection. This is a salt glaze type red ware or reddish brown glaze pitcher. It is signed on the bottom but it is very hard to read. Especially as I am unfamiliar with the artist. It appears to say Bimme or Bumme followed by a large flourished H. Next to the H is apparently the year the item with its applied leaf motif on the handle was made, it says ... more81. Below and connected to the H is a stylized flower or leaf. The piece has variations in the color and thickness of the glaze that appear to be intentional, and give the impression of age. It is in good used condition but was apparently used to hold some of his art supplies as there is some blue on the inside bottom. I have not attempted to remove this. It is overall a very appealing and warm looking piece and is around 3 3/4" tall and around 5" wide handle to spout. It would be my guess that it was made by an artist from the Kansas City area. Very OLD Vintage Milk Cream Pitcher Hand Painted 13" High
This is a very old milk pitcher. I have had it in my china closet for years, and have had many compliments. I believe this was a hand painted piece done by Victorian ladies, as we would now do ceramics. The porcelain is paper thin, with no chips or cracks, there is an under glaze small dent, which is hardly noticeable, see photos. The pitcher measures 6" high by 5" across bottom. Antique Gaudy Welsh Vase Ewer 1 Of A Kind W/Coraline & Many Other Techniques SEE
This is a very unusual piece. It's porcelain with several different colors of enamel using almost every technique that can be used. Such as coraline, moriage, sponge-ware, and other raised styles. It looks like cloisonne on the neck, but it's psudo-cloisonne in yellow and gold. Some of the colors used are gold, red, orange, pink, yellow, green, white, and 2 different shades of blue. There is also some very fine crazing, or crackle glaze- mostly on the bottom. There is a signature on the bottom that looks like: WM Pell, or Dell, also other letters, and the number 30. I wish I knew more about this vase/ewer, as it's always been one of my favorite pieces. It's 6 3/8" high, and 3 1/2" in diameter at the widest point. Antique Davenporrt Ironstone Transferware Lustre"Strawberry" Pitcher This marvelous pitcher is in excellent condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. It was made by Davenport. Longport Staffordshire in the mid 1800's. The strawberries and are painted in red& chartreuse. The leaves are in green and tan lustre. The background is a beautiful shade of puce. There are embossed leaves under the spout and around the handle. It measures 9.5" to the top of the spout and 9" from the spout to the handle. This pitcher will be insured when shipped. A beautiful ceramic pitcher and basin made in Woodbine Maryland by Vi's ceramics. This is a show piece and a very unique collectable. It is brown and white with daffodil motif. It measures 8" total height. The pitcher is 7 1/4" from spout to handle with the highest point being 6 1/4" The bowl is 3" high and 9" by 8" There appears to be a small glaze chip painted in on the foot of the pitcher(see photos) There is a small glaze bubble on the spout of the pitcher. ANTIQUE MADDOCK'S LAMBERTON WASH BOWL PITCHER SET ~ 8pcs ~ BLUE & WHITE FLORAL
Offered for auction is a beautiful antique wash/bath set with a blue& white floral design;it was purchased as a set.The larger pieces are marked,the smaller ones are not marked,which to my knowledge, is not uncommon.The mark on the underside reads" Maddocks Works-Lamberton-Royal Porcelain"a company out of Trenton New Jersey which existed from 1893-1915. This set consists of a large bowl with a pitcher,a chamber pot,a handled slop bucket with a lid,a tumbler,and a soap dish with a lid. I have included many pictures however if you feel you need more please message me.specifics as follows: 1) Large wash bowl.Measures 15 5/8" wide,4 1/2" high,no chips or cracks,some crazing,some wear to gold accents.the floral design is on the inside of the bowl and also on the outside. 2) Pitcher.Measures 9 3/4" wide,spout to handle ... moreand is 11 1/8" high,no chips or cracks,light wear to gold accents,there is a blue line(looks like design run over) along lower part of handle where it attaches to the base.in addition to the floral design on the main body,there are also floral accents on the inside and outside spout area 3) Chamber pot.Measures 10 1/4" wide,5 3/8" high,there is a tight hairline on the upper and lower handle but the handle is firmly attached,no other chips or cracks,there is some wear to the gold accents 4) Handled slop jar w/lid.Measures 10 3/4" wide not including the handles,10" high.there are no chips or cracks noted on the jar itself,the lid which measures 9 1/2" wide,has a repaired break along the perimeter and two large chips along with the hairline in the middle of the lid handle(see pic) 5) Tumbler measures 3 3/8" wide and 5" high.No chips or cracks,lught wear to gold 6) Covered soap dish.Measures 5 1/4" wide,3 3/8" high with lid,no chips or cracks,inside shows light soil] This is by far the most complete set I've seen in quite sometime.It is clean and although has a few issues I don't think you will be disappointed! This is a wonderful old large size 6 1/4" high and 7 1/2 inch back of handle to tip on spout. no age lines or spiders marks. nice old pitcher worthy of any stoneware collection. There is just some slight discoloration on the inside bottom. There is some wear in the gold on the handle too. No chips or breaks anywhere though. Molded with USA on one side near the bottom. Vintage Portrait Pitcher of Women, Opalescent Pink, Made in Germany
This pitcher is 6" tall and 6-1/2" across from tip of spout to outer edge of handle. The pitcher is multi-faced. See top view in photo 6, so I have taken multiple pitures of the portrait image to capture various views. The bottom marking is very faded. See photo 8. It says Made in Germany and the very center has the number 41. Excellent condition with some minor wear of some of the opalescent pink glaze. Another great find from"Jodye's Vintage Finds" on ebay.

Staffordshire Sunderland Pink Lustre ~ SAILORS FAREWELL ~ Pitcher c1820 NR
English Staffordshire or Sunderland Pearlware Pink Lustre Pitcher c1820 ~ Sailors Farewell Jug ~ Black Transferware Illustration and Flowers ~ 6" high ~ about 7 1/2" from spout to handle An antique English porcelain bulbous pitcher with the Sailors Farewell illustration and verses. The transfers of the poems were not carefully applied and the letters appear cut off in places but this is all in the making. The main illustration shows the wife and children leaving the sailor with the ship in the distance, the other side of the jug has a verse'I envy no one's birth or fame' surrounded by a flower border. The rim and spout is painted with pink lustre and the pink lustre was painted throughout in squiggles. In overall excellent condition; there is no major damage to the piece but there is some beige staining to the pottery(probably ... morean over burn? mostly around the middle that fades to the bottom. This could be professionally cleaned to appear all white again but even as is. It has a very attractive display. The handle and spout are fine and except for around the top rim, the lustre is remarkably intact. There is one chip under the footrim that isn't seen when upright. Below. The chip under the footrim falls just under the handle, as you can see above it is hardly noticeable standing upright. Thanks for looking. No Reserve!
