I will be selling a lot of my collection of procelain, dolls and vintage toys which most of them are being sold in my store so please take a look n see my! The Ewer/Pitcher is marked Dresden SEMI-PORCELAIN and the basin is not marked. I do not believe that this is an original pair but both are actually old. The pitcher has embossed designs in the middle part and by the top. See images. It has a muted bouquet of flowers that I cannot determine. The pitcher also has some crazing but no cracks that I can see. There's also a muted bouquet inside the snout. The basin looks like it was used and there are some water marks inside the basin. It is also embossed on top and it is not marked. The floral design cloub be cherry blossom. I cannot determine if the florals on both pieces are decals of handpainted since they are both muted. The basin also has cracks inside, by the lip and outside(I found 2) but its not a cvrack the goes through the ceramic. The basin is a very thick ceramic almost like an Ironstone piece. It measures 17" in diameter and about 5.25" high. The Pitcher measures 11.875" High, 10" by 8.5" NOTE: If you purchase this item. Please wait for my invoice since I will need to add the insurance(they do not automatically calculate) This is a very heavy item, an oversized package and will need to be double boxed. Condition– I am no pro and cannot grade this set. With that said I found; uniform crazing on both items(very pretty) no chips. No cracks. No previous repairs– simply wonderful! Rare all white toiletry or wash pitcher, manufactured during the 1903 to 1910 time frame, which stands 12 inches tall and is 8 inches in diameter at its widest part. The pitcher carries the back stamp of the Burgess& Campbell Company, which is a crown in a circular ring with the words, Royal China above the crown. Noted by both Edwin Barber's book, U.S. Marks on Pottery and Lois Lehner's volume, U.S. Marks on Pottery, Porcelain, And Clay, the Burgess and Cambell name, under the crown trademark, was replaced by the name, International when the company formed new business partnerships in 1903. Antique Victorian Red/Pink Transferware Wash Basin Water Pitcher. It stands 12" tall and was m ade by the F. Winkle& Company. Stoke-on-Trent, England. Beautiful aesthetic"ORCHID" pattern with cattails and apple/cherry blossoms. Clearly stamped on the bottom including the British ceramic registry number- Rd No#58105" which dates this piece to be circa 1884-1886. Condition = AS IS It is damaged/cracked and in need of professional repair. Or could be used as a decorative piece. It looks like it was never used BUT has a crack around the entire middle. see pic) The ends of the crack do not connect. But will as soon as the item is picked up by handle. Other than that IT IS PERFECT and looks like it was never used! I will do my very best to package it carefully, It is a beautiful piece and needs a home.

Beautiful Antique Soft Paste Porcelain Wash Basin and Pitcher. There is a label on the bottom of each stating these came from the A.L.R. Gardner House in Dennysville. Maine. Born 1822-Died 1891. I purchased these from an Estate Sale in Bellefont Pa, the Harmony House Estate. The Harmony House was established in the late 1750's. How the family came to acquire these piece I am unsure. Pitcher and Bowl feature Burgundy and Blue flowers with green and black highlights. Measure Pitcher 10 3/16" H. 8" Wide 22" in Circumfrence. Bowl 12" Wide. 3 3/4" High Pitcher is completely intact. This is an original large antique wash basin and pitcher made by J& E Mayer. The makers mark was used from 1800's to 1912. It is semi vitreous and the colors are still beautifully vibrant. The basin measures approx. 15-1/2" in diameter and 4-1/2" tall. The pitcher measures approx. 12" tall and 10" from handle to spout. It has antique crazing, also has a few hairline cracks and a chip on the bottom of the basin, which are shown in pictures. The one in the pitcher does not go all the way through, cannot be seen on the outside. The colors are light blue, green, purple and yellow. It is an absolutely beautiful display piece. Antique WEPCO wash basin and pitcher
WEBCO- West End Pottery Company of East Liverpool. Ohio. The company was in business from 1893-1938. They are a matching set. I took a picture with a tall dinner glassware to show size. It is larger then other ones I have seen. There is a crack in basin that you can see in the second photo(the thin grey line that goes part way around at the bottom of it) The basin does also have one very small chip of paint on the rim. Pitcher has a small paint chip and crack on the spout of it. Inside the Pitcher is some tiny rust looking dots(I think the person before me had wired silk flowers in it) Over all it looks amazing for it's age. Basin stands 4.25 inches tall and 15 inches in diameter. The pitcher stands 15.5 inches tall.

Vintage Antique Pitcher Wash Basin Pottery Ceramic Small Unmarked
Being auctioned is an adorable pitcher and washbasin set. The colors are ivory/cream and the hand painting is done in brown. There is no makers marks to identify the piece. There is no cracks. No chips, and no fading on the pitcher. The only thing I see on the pitcher is small little pin holes where air bubbles developed while going through glazing. The basin is in good used shape the is small chips on the side rim and two chips underneath. Please look at the pictures it will show you where the chips are. Antique Villeroy and Boch Wash Basin & Pitcher Set ~ Over 100 Years Old!
Antique Villeroy& Boch Wash Basin and Pitcher in ivory and gold. Made in Dresden, Germany, between 1874 and 1909 according to the bottom maker's marks. This gorgeous matching set is in excellent condition(no crazing) And the gold bands are estimated to be 98 to 100% intact on both the basin and pitcher- very unusual for pieces of this age. The basin has no cracks or chips. In the interest of full honesty, the pitcher has one minor defect: a hairline crack which runs across the gold band(4.5mm or one-sixth of an inch) and approx 14mm(one-half inch) along the rim of the pitcher. The line is perhaps 1mm wide(I can't get a measurement with my digital caliper, but it appears to be literally about the width of a hair) It is not loose and does not go all the way through from the rim to the side(or from one side to the other) It is difficult ... moreto see in normal use and viewing; in fact. I only found it when reviewing the pictures I took for this listing. Please see the detailed pictures for complete condition information. Antique 1800's Wash basin Water pitcher Long Razor dish set & 1890 Hymn Book
A beautiful Wheat Design. This set matches. Even the basin has wheat decoration around its rim. The Straight razor dish could also be used for soap, and often was. It is stamped( Imperial Ironstone China) and made by Robert Cochran& Co. of Glasgow Scotland. It measures 8 1/2 inches. The Pitcher(Royal Ironstone China) is 12 1/2 inches high and is made by W&E Corn of England. The basin is 14 1/2 inches in diameter and 4 1/2 inches high. It is made by Baker& Co Ltd. of England. It has Pearl White written over the crest. All pieces are in excellent condition. In addition I am including a 1890 edition of the Hymn Book"The Finest of the Wheat" A very apropos item to be displayed with this set. 415 pages that shows a lot of use through the years.
