For auction. From a Kentucky estate, is a Beautiful Warwick Pitcher. The pitcher is approximately 10 1/2" tall. 5" wide at the widest part of the bottom. The pitcher is approximately 7" wide from spout to handle. The pitcher is shades of brown with a very pretty floral design(see picture#4) At the bottom of the pitcher it is marked"Warwick 10GA" with a"Knight. Antique Vintage Warwick Pitcher 1 Quart 9.5 Inch 10GA Brown Flowers Both Sides
This pitcher came from an auction in Vermont. It is marked 10GA Warwick on the bottom. Warwick was out of Wheeling. West Virginia from 1887 through 1951. The pitcher has the brown shading background with light flowers on each side. It measures 9 1/2" high to the top of the spout. 6 1/2" from the handle to the tip of the spout, and about 5" in diameter at the widest point. It has some wear, see all pictures. There is a chip on the handle, see the 10th pictures, and a couple of surface chips/wear, see the 5th and 11th picture. The pitcher holds 4 cups when full. There is crackling in the glaze.

Hi. Up for auction is a very old pitcher and 6 mugs set. all have a Monk Portrait on them stamp on the bottom says, IOGA WARWICK CHINA WARWICK over the swords and 4 have A-1 in red. high glaze both inside and out. the pitcher is 10-1/2" high and the mugs are 3" high. two of the mugs are in bad condition they have repairs, done badly, the other four are in VG condition, the portraits are clear, all have specks of paint loss and crazing. one has a tiny chip by the rim. the pitcher is in wonderful condition, portrait is clear, NO chips, cracks, but there are specks of loss paint and crazing. it's a really old set, extremely collectable.

For your consideration is this Antique Warwick Brown Transferware Water Pitcher Description: This is an antique. Brown transferware water pitcher, unmarked, but appears to be by Warwick. The pitcher's brown transferware depicts Roman/Greek pots, vases, and serving platter atop a leaf-scroll pattern shelf. This exact same design appears on both sides of the pitcher. The pots and vases pictured on this pitcher contain images of Greek/Roman mythological men and women. The top of the pitcher is bordered with a floral scroll design that is about 1 1/4" thick. The inside rim of the pitcher also has a brown border. The handle is decorated with a floral design and raised scroll design at the bottom of the handle. All of this beautiful artwork is a soft brown, which contrasts masterfully with the white pitcher. From what I can tell, from doing research on the web. This mark was used from 1893 to 1898. The first stamp use when they organized in 1887 was a helmet and swords. Vintage Warwick Ioga Monk/Cardinal Pitcher & 6 Steins/Mugs
Up for sale a beautiful antique Warwick Ioga monk/Cardinal pitcher and set of six mugs/steins. This is a beautiful set made by Warwick China Co of West Virginia USA 1900-1914. The pitcher has a red capped monk or Cardinal. With beautiful coloring,this is in great shape-only thing I noted was there is some gold loss on the edge-no chips, cracks or repairs. There are 6 steins that come with this-they are as follows-2 playing the violin, 2 smelling flowers, 1 reading the paper,1 drinking some wine. Of these there is one with a rim chip(picture 9) and 1 with a small chip on the underside of the base. A few have some flecking paint loss(see picture 10) and some have some minimal crazing. Not bad given their age-this is a really pretty set and the monks are quite animated. The pitcher measures 7 3/4 inches tall by 9 inches across with a 6 1/4 inch ... moreround base, the mugs measure 3 1/2 inches high with a 3 1/4 inch opening. This gorgeous antique pitcher is from Warwick China(Wheeling, West Virginia, in business from 1884 to 1951) It has a pattern of blue ribbons, twined with pink roses and buds and green leaves, all set off by fine gold trim. I believe it dates to pre-1904, according to Lehner's Encyclopedia of U.S. Marks(see mark 8, page 501) This pitcher measure 5-3/8 inches high at the spout. 4.5 inches wide at the rim, and 8 inches long from spout tip to handle edge. This piece is in beautiful condition. With no chips, cracks, fleabites, or crazing. There are some very light stress cracks on the bottom of the foot(see closeup photo) but these do not penetrate the body(do not show up on the interior) The gold trim is very solid ... moreeverywhere except on the handle, where it is almost entirely worn off. Beautiful pitcher about 50-100 years old-has wonderful detail all around the top and bottom of the handle. The body is decorated around the top. Middle, and the bottom is fluted and flared. The pitcher is over12 inches tall and about 8 inches in diameter. Bottom has a logo with the words Warwick China. It is in wonderful condition with no cracks or chips, and some very fine crazing on the bottom by the logo.

It measures 7 3/4" tall. 9" across at the top, and 6 1/4" in diameter at the base. Warwick China Company Pitcher, USA Porcelain Pitcher, 1890 - 1910, Poinsettia
Poinsettia floral pitcher by Warwick China Company. From the"Warwick China Company" that operated in Wheeling. West Virginia from 1887 to 1951. The mark on the bottom was used in the late 1890's until around 1910. Measurements are approx. 6-7/8" at the spout, 7-1/2" tall at the handle, 6" tall at the sides, 6" in diameter at the widest point of the pitcher and the base is 3-3/4" in diameter. This beautiful pitcher is several shades of brown, gold trim around top and spout, dark brown handle& base, with red poinsettias on both sides. This pitcher shows no signs of age with crazing. There are no chips, no cracks and no repairs. It does have wear of the gold and some scratches in the brown paint as shown in the photos.

The Warwick factory opened in 1887 and closed in 1936, because of a flood most of their records were lost. Wonderful old porcelain, "Warwick" brown pitcher with monk from the UK.
Its not perfect but this grand old pitcher has stood the test of time. Its huge.7" tall. 9" from spout to handle and over 5" deep. The best part, of course, is the gray haired, monk in his red cap and cloak who looks like he might have liked a pitcher or two of whatever beverage this pitcher held. The piece does have issues: most of the gold trim is worn away, there are a few paint flecks missing on the face and near the base, along the spout most of the paint is missing and the bottom of the pitcher is stained and has a spider web cracking or crazing mark. The bottom is marked"4.36" in red and"10GA" above the Warwick logo of a knight in armor with crossed swords. There is on ly one small chip in this and it is where the lip of the lid would fit onto the base. The chip is right behind the pour spout and can not be seen when the lid is on. T he mark on the bottom of this pitcher was used by warwick between 1893-1898. Overall condition is good considering its age. It has no chips. Cracks, stains or repairs. The gold trim around the mouth of the pitcher is warn as you would expect. The piece is lightly crazed, but must be inspected closely before you notice.
