VINTAGE WATER PITCHER& WASH BASIN This is a Beautiful Vintage Water Pitcher and Wash Basin in a beautiful White and Pink design with the raised Geese on both sides of the pitcher. The pitcher and basin are both in extremely good condition with there being no cracks. Chips, or repairs. There is however very minor crazing around the bottom of the pitcher and around the edges of the basin which can only be seen on close examination under very good lighting. The Pitcher is approximately 12" inches tall, and the Basin is 15 3/4" inches in diameter.

Antique White Ironstone Wash Basin Chamber Pitcher Burgess& Campbell This is a wonderful. Rare all white toiletry or wash pitcher, manufactured during the 1903 to 1910 time frame, which stands 12 inches tall and is 8 inches in diameter at its widest part. The pitcher carries the back stamp of the Burgess& Campbell Company, which is a crown in a circular ring with the words, Royal China above the crown. Noted by both Edwin Barber's book, U.S. Marks on Pottery and Lois Lehner's volume, U.S. Marks on Pottery, Porcelain, And Clay, the Burgess and Cambell name, under the crown trademark, was replaced by the name, International when the company formed new business partnerships in 1903. The International Pottery Company was one of a large number of potteries formed in the Trenton area during the late 1800's that became known ... moreas the Staffordshire of America. In over-all marvelous condition for its 100+ years of age. There are no cracks, chips, or nicks. We do note that there is crazing to some areas and a yellowing/staining of the white porcelain, where over the years, minerals from the water have seeped through the porcelain. Up for auction Very nice unfinished wash basin and pitcher in Raw ceramic. The basin is circular and 14 inches across at the widest point with approx. 4 inch depth. The pitcher is approx 9.5 inches in height and 9.5 inches from tip of spout to outer edge of handle. I do not see any chips or cracks on the pitcher. I have looked up the marks on these pieces of Vodrey and the marks date c1896(Kovels) Bonita is the name the pottery gave it or was the pottery herself. Not sure. The pitcher in the bowl is approx. 13” tall, bowl is 5” tall and the width of the bowl is approx. 16 ½” across. The weight on both bowl and pitcher is 12# reason for the shipping cost. The blue is very nice color and the bowl also has a doe color washed around the edge inside and out. I thought this was stain but nothing would remove the color, must be in the making of the set. The firm was well known for its white granite(undecorated ironstone) ware in imitation of contemporary French porcelain. Pitcher measure 12 inches tall at spout and bowl is 14.5 inches wide and 5 inches tall. Pitcher: under spout? stained or dirt and 2 tiny stains on side. See pictures. Basin/Bowl: few tiny spots?dirt. Measures 11 1/2" tall including handle. Measures 25" around the body of pitcher. Measures 5" at spout opening. The exterior glaze has a very smooth finish. However. There is a"crazing" on the bottom glaze and to the interior due to age only. Which only adds to the age and character of the pitcher- see photos. There is light to moderate crazing on the pitcher that did not show up due to the flash. There is heavy crazing on the bottom as seen in the pictures. DESCRIPTION: Very nice. Elegant, Victorian era bowl and pitcher. They are from two different manufacturers, but the same or similar patterns. I do not know the pattern name or date of manufacture. The bowl is made by Maddocks, Lamberton. MEASUREMENTS: The bowl is 4.5" high and 16.5" diameter. The pitcher is 13.5" high and about 9" wide at the handle. CONDITION:The pitcher is in near perfect condition. There are two tiny openings top of the pitcher. In the spout(picture) not a chip, but an opening(like chapped lips) from the time of manufacture. The bowl has a raised piece of pottery along the top edge. Again this is from the time of manufacture. There is a discoloration near the bottom inside of the bowl, which you can not feel with your finger, and the glaze is fully intact. This beautiful set is in very good condition with only one issue. See last pic, which seems to be a void or bubble burst rather than a chip. It is about 3/8" long. No other chips or cracks. It also has gold loss but, really, in wonderful condition. The mark is on both pieces, more pronounced on the basin, a crown with a ribbon below, the ribbon with the letters MC. I was not able to find this mark. Size: basin 18 × 14 × 2 1/2; pitcher 12 x 10 w/handle.

This fabulous pitcher measures 11" high and about 10.5" from handle to lip. It is quite impressive as a statement piece in your blue-white pottery collection. Vintage Antique Rare Wash Pitcher and Basin. Berkley. C. 1880-1900? This Pitcher is White Ironstone With Blue Floral and Gold Trim. This pitcher was purchased by us from a local antique dealer. This pitcher is very rare and unique. After extensive hours of research by me and my partner scouring the internet. We were hard pressed to find any other pitcher quite like this one. The only marking on it is on the bottom which says Berkley in green. We searched for Berkley everything, this piece is not from Berkeley California, the spelling is different. The closest we could find was Berkley, Berkshire England. That is my guess as to it's origin. Seeming as Google does not know about this maker, I am guessing this pitcher is quite one of a kind and rare. Feel free to research it yourself if you want before bidding. Antique Large Pitcher And Wash Basin Blue & White Floral Pattern Beautiful.
This set is a brilliant light and dark blue flowered pattern on a white background. It is considered transfer ware made in the strafforshire area of England. The stamp on the back of these pieces are hard to read. It appears to be the English Royal Crest. It may or may not indicate a royal warrant. The pitcher is like new. No chips or cracks, unfortunately, the bowl has a very small chip behind the rim of the bowl. I took a picture of it, last photo. You cannot see it unless your looking for it.
