I will be selling a lot of my collection of procelain, dolls and vintage toys which most of them are being sold in my store so please take a look n see my! The Ewer/Pitcher is marked Dresden SEMI-PORCELAIN and the basin is not marked. I do not believe that this is an original pair but both are actually old. The pitcher has embossed designs in the middle part and by the top. See images. It has a muted bouquet of flowers that I cannot determine. The pitcher also has some crazing but no cracks that I can see. There's also a muted bouquet inside the snout. The basin looks like it was used and there are some water marks inside the basin. It is also embossed on top and it is not marked. The floral design cloub be cherry blossom. I cannot determine if the florals on both pieces are decals of handpainted since they are both muted. The basin also has cracks inside, by the lip and outside(I found 2) but its not a cvrack the goes through the ceramic. The basin is a very thick ceramic almost like an Ironstone piece. It measures 17" in diameter and about 5.25" high. The Pitcher measures 11.875" High, 10" by 8.5" NOTE: If you purchase this item. Please wait for my invoice since I will need to add the insurance(they do not automatically calculate) This is a very heavy item, an oversized package and will need to be double boxed. I will entertain a pick if you live nearby Jersey City, New Jersey. Item Condition: This item overall is in very good unused condition. I do not see any cracks. Antique English Ironstone Pitcher& Basin Washstand Set Victorian/ 19th Century ~~~~ This set features a lovely Victorian Bluish-Green Ink Floral Pattern. ~~~~ I could not find a hallmark on either piece. They were purchased in the UK. ~~~~ This is a nice matched set that has been well-cared for and is in remarkable shape. Both pieces show signs of use and age but given they are a hundred years old. I can remember my Grandmother having it set on a washstand. It is a very large and heavy Ironstone set. It is old and has been used, passed down and it does have flaws, and wear. It has 1 fairly large chip on the edge of the bowl. It has several small flake size chips on the top edge of bowl. It has small flake chips on the edge of pitcher. The set is c1900 Porcelain from the Boch company. This is pre Villeroy and Boch. See below for Wikipedia insert about the company. There is a chip on the underside of the lid to the Toothbrush holder. MUST SEE Art Nouveau Deco Wilkinson Staffordshire Chamber Set Wash Basin Pitcher POPPIES Pre Cliff click picture to enlarge click picture to enlarge Description Simply spectacular c. 1900-1925 Wilkinson Royal Staffordshire very large wash bash basin and pitcher with stylized poppies. Marked as shown in photos on base with the Wilkinson crown mark used post 1896 and before the switch to the the Clarice Cliff marks in the late 1920s. The design outline is transfer and then they are beautifully hand painted. The Basin measures about 16 1/4" in diameter and about 5 1/2" tall. CONDITION: Fine crazing throughout. Minor irregularities along the top rim. A small blemish near the bottom as shown in photo. The Pitcher measures about 12" tall and about 9" wide with handle. CONDITION: Some light very hard to see crazing; can see it ... moreon underside of base. There is a tiny nick in the body with a very faint hairline(about 1" or so on exterior) You can see it more on the inside. All in all. In fine shape. None of these very minor issues affects the appearance of the piece. It presents beautifully in real life! PLEASE SEE ALL THE PHOTOS BELOW. There was a gradually transition at Wilkinson from the more traditional Victorian motifs of the late 1900s to the bold Art Deco designs of Clarice Cliff of the 1930s. It is interesting to note that Clarice Cliff came to Wilkinson in 1916 when she was only 17 years old. Her interesting drawings brought her to the attention of the owner of Wilkinson and he let her experiment on some old stock blanks. By 1927. She was off studying in London and Paris. She then returned to Wilkinson and by 1929, her designs went into full production and the Wilkinson marks were changed to include her name. Some of her designs, like Firs, are known for their'stylized glimpses of the natural world' These poppies, with their deco style stems, are likely a precursor of the designs to come. You are viewing an England Ironstone Water Pitcher and Wash Basin. The pitcher is 11/2 inches tall at the tallest point and has a very decorative and elegant handle. The wash basin is approximately 15 1/2 inches in diameter. The wash basin does have some crackling in the glaze. Most of which is not visible except for a couple lines 3 inches or so in length. There is a line on the bottom that is noticeable. It runs about 4 inches long. You can't feel it at all and I've filled the water basin and pitcher full with water and there is no leaking or seepage at all. Just want to give complete disclosure. Antique F. WINKLE& CO"DART" PITCHER AND WASH BASIN Today I have decided to sell an absolutely lovely F. Winkle& Co circa 1893 Flow Blue Pitcher and Bowl set decorated in the Dart Pattern. This set offers a super rare deep dark blue Flow Blue Antique striking with its gold gilding. The pitcher measures approximately 12 1/4" in height with a slightly lobed body. Having four slight creases or indents giving an overall melon shape with molded four molded fans extending downward from the neck. The body of the jug is decorated with the most vivid deep dark blue flown transfer decoration featuring large groupings of azalea type flowers that alternate with panels of scrolls and vines. A jewel pattern drops down from the rim. The basin measures a bit over 15 1/2" in diameter. The exterior of the bowl is also slightly lobed(the ... moreinterior is not) And the fan shapes drop down from the rim and rise up from the base rim. The flow blue azalea pattern on the exterior of the pitcher is repeated on the interior of the bowl. The jewel pattern on the exterior of the bowl matches the neck of the pitcher. Both pitcher and bowl have gilded rims and sponging that is in pretty good shape. Both are also marked in blue under glaze: DART Rd No 219409 F.W. Co ENGLAND. Each also has a raised in-mold rectangle. Within the rectangle. Rd 187591" is impressed, although in the case of the pitcher, the impression is illegible. Condition: Both pieces have been carefully inspected and critically scrutinized for damage. Both have been black-light tested for repairs. No chips. Cracks, or repairs are present. The pitcher has fine crazing inside and out. Of note is a specific circular line on the exterior base of the pitcher near the back stamp that has been examined closely. There is loss to the gold gilding. There are also several spots or flaws on the bottom of the pitcher that look like they were a part of the firing process as they seem embedded in the glaze. VICTORIAN DOULTON BURSLEM FLOW BLUE ENGLISH WASH BASIN SET: PITCHER CHAMBER POTS
This flow blue six piece ironstone wash basin set in the Florida pattern was made by Doulton Burslem in England. The back stamp indicates it dates to 1891-1902. The set includes a very large pitcher and basin. Two chamber pots, a tall mug, and a section of a soap dish. The photos are arranged to show the items in that order. The set is in various conditions. The large basin has been beautifully restored after being broken in a number of places. Observe in photo#4 a yellowing color which shows where repairs were made in the early 70’s; the surface, however, remains smooth and shows no cracks. One of the chamber pots has three chips out of the top rim, the other a small one. Antique Empire Ware England 1930's floral art deco pitcher bowl basin set
Found this item at an Estate Sale. Just wonderful. I don't know much about antique/vintage items. But this is marked ENGLAND Empire Ware and has some numbers on the bottom of both the pitcher and bowl. This set is very large. The highest point of the pitcher measures almost 12" and the bowl is slightly over 16" wide. This is a set and the floral designs match perfectly. The set is in very very good condition. The gold accents"rubbed" off in some areas. I tried to show this in the photos. There are no cracks in t he item. There are s few small smudges throughout the piece. These are very small and would not show in pictures. The slight wear does not detract from piece. Please read my feedback and you will see that you have no worries. I ship almost daily from a smoke free home.

This is a vintage Renate ceramic wash bowl/basin& pitcher set. It has very ornate mold details& both have lots of roses. This is a large heavy set. Especially the bowl. It is in excellent condition, no cracks or crazing, but there is a small chip on the underside rim of the bowl(see last photo) I had this on a washstand where it sat in a recessed hole& you couldn't see this at all, even standing alone you cannot see this.The bowl is 15 3/8" wide& 4 1/2" tall. The pitcher is 10 3/4" tall, 9 3/4" from spout tip to outer part of handle, 8" across the middle& 5 1/8" across the bottom. Hi.This is a beautiful set of a small pitcher and basin.Its been in my mother in laws home for many years.She always had it on display in her bathroom with a plant in it.It is white in color with a beautiful cobalt blue scenery painted all around it as shown. Its not one of those huge ones.The pitcher measures 5 inches tall.6& 1/2 inches across with the handle and 4& 1/2 inches from side to side without the handle.The basin or bowl it stands in measures 8 inches across with the handles and 6& 1/2 inches without the handles. It has no damage to it at all.No cracks.Chips or grazing of any kind.Shes had it a very long time,but cant swear to the age or maker.It comes froma clean,smoke free home.Thank you very much for stopping and have a fun,safe summer.
