However, no apparent crazing, dirt inside, some use evident Here for your perusal is this Wonderful Porcelain Water Pitcher It would have once been part of a set. There would have been a large bowl to hold the water for the washing of the face and hands. There might have been a soap dish. It was made by the Maddocks Lamberton Works out of Trenton. New Jersey. It was called Royal Porcelain. Based on the back stamp on the base. The Pitcher possibly would have been made between 1892 and 1924. Based on the nature of its usage, it was mostly on the earlier side. This pitcher is huge. At least as pitchers go. The approximate circumference of the body is 25 inches. Its tallest point is 11 inches at the spout. It weighs in at over 4 pounds. It is embellished with grey blue and white detailing. My guess is of a charming Dutch village and sailing vessels. Certainly it has slightly faded with time and use. But there are no surface type chips on the base. There is normal wear to the base. I have not cleaned the pitcher and it is dirty inside, but I have left that for

This is for a 7 1/2" tall cream. Yellow ware, pitcher made by Roseville Pottery. This has the blue Ink Stamp with the Rv on the bottom. This is an old pitcher and the glaze is crazed alot on one side of the pitcher but not the other side. The inside is crazed also and a little discolored. There is a chip to the underside of the spout which seems to be polished and glazed over, maybe a repair. The handles are applied and I believe this pattern is Lily of the Valley. I believe the back stamp reads"Astbury& Maddock" judge for yourself) The soap dish is in fine shape which includes the original strainer. the strainer is sta ined but has no cracks or chips nor does the lid or soap dish. The soap dish interior and outside lower part(below the pink and gold line) is heavily crazed. The second piece has holes in the bottom. Perhaps a toothbrush holder, and is stained on the upper rim. Chances are there was an under dish for the holder. When I saw this piece it had a bouquet of artificial flowers in it which hid the stain and I didn't even notice the perforated bottom until the flowers were removed. Questions? Please scroll all the way to the bottom to see all of the Photos This pitcher has a very unusual shape with an ornate handle as well as raised flowing blue Fleur De Lis. The Base is 5" and the top opening is 3" so it gradually flares out on the bottom. It has curved panels. I believe it is a piece of pottery. However I cannot locate the maker. The lettering on the base is very faint. If anyone recognizes this mark, I would love a shout out! This pitcher is in very good shape with some flakes along the base only. This is from my grandmother who was a little old German lady that collected many things. The picture has been in storage since the 1960’s in my dad.S attic. I am not sure as to the artist or manufacture but I can assure you that it is authentic and not a reproduction. Measures 8"x7"x5"Condition is very good no cracks or chips that I can see. The figure on the picture is playing some sort of instrument on his lap. If you like this one then bid cause I don't have 2 of this. I am guessing as to the age being between 1900 and 1940 as that was when my grandmother bought most of her things. If anyone knows more about this please email me and I'll post the information.

L&S Lancaster& Sandland Hanley England copper lusterware mini pitcher stands 2 ½” tall. Pink flowers on white/ivory band. Trimmed in copper. No chips, crack or repairs. The copper trim has a couple of small‘skips’ where it was painted but overall it is not worn at all. There are a couple of tiny‘bumps’ in the pottery but neither of these blemishes detract from the overall appearance or safety of this item. Unmarked copper lusterware mini pitcher stands 3 3/16” tall. Pink/mauve flowers. Green leaves hand painted on a ivory upper band, trimmed in copper. Beaded outside upper rim. Antique Old Sleepy Eye pitcher that is 6 1/4" at the top of the spout and 6" from the spout to the handle. In relation to its age it has some crazing and discoloration but no cracks or chips.
