1850s Antique Staffordshire England Copper Luster Individual 3" Creamer Pitcher
Here is a lovely little antique creamer glazed in copper luster and made in the Staffordshire area of England from the 1840s to the 1860s. Copper luster was popular during the period because it reflected the gas lights that brightened each home in the evening hours. This creamer is an early piece with no manufacturer's mark and is made from ironstone dipped in copper luster. The individual creamer measures 3 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/4 inches in diameter from the spout to the handle. The copper glaze is in beautiful condition. With no stains. This auction is for a Lancaster of Hanley England cream pitcher with copper luster accents. It is a little creamer pitcher which stands about 2 1/2 inches tall inches tall and is in very good condition. I see no condition issues, no breaks, no repairs, no chips, no cracks, no crazing, no stains. I know it looks like there is a red dot on the copper rim, but that is a reflection from the red eye on my camera's auto light sensor. There is no such spot actually on the pitcher.

This is a lovely antique copper luster(lustre) milk or cream pitcher from the late 1800's.found in a local estate sale and fresh to the market. Clean and simple lines and wonderful deep blue in the colored band. Pitcher is 3-1/2 inches tall and 4-1/2 inches from spout to handle. Mouth is 2-3/8 inches in diameter and base is 2-1/2 inches in diameter. Overall in very good condition.base shows wear and small white area that appears to be leftover from a sticky tag. Hi. this pitcher stands 3" tall and is about 3.25" across. The little bowl or it might have been a tea cup. Is 2.1/8" tall and 3.25" across. There are places that the shine is gone but for as old they are- they really are in good condition! The little cream pitcher does have a chip on the spout lip. Antique Copper Luster Pitcher BLUE BAND FLORAL LATE 1800'S EARLY 1900'S
Hi. this pitcher stands 5.25" tall and is about 6.25" across. Needless to say-over the years it has lost some of it's lustre! There are places that the shine is gone but for as old as it is- I thought it was in pretty good condition. Until I looked at the bottom. It has been repaired. The bottom is not the original but has been covered in clay. I would say by the looks of the repair that it was broken when it wasn't very old. This particular one has no manufacturer markings that I can see anywhere. It stands about 7-3/8" at its tallest and looks to be about a one quart capacity. The midsection of the pitcher has been hand-decorated with six scenes of blue. Pink and green bunches of grapes. It really is quite bright and colorful. The copper luster finish is generally in very good to excellent condition, only showing some light touches of wear at the normal handling spots and in the high-points all around. The only damage is one 1/4" finish flake chip off the left side of the spout, shown in one of the photos- due to the redware clay body, barely noticeable as it sets. Any other questions, just ask. Lovely antique copper luster pitcher. This one has a colorful transfer scene. Perhaps a mother with her 2 children gattering flowers. It has a triple beaded band around the top. Larger beads around the center. It stands 6 1/2" tall x 5 3/4" round at the widest portion. From spout to handle 8 1/2" long. In very nice condition. There is a 1" long narrow chip right above the beaded portion of the body on one side right above the children which doesn't go through. There is also a similar long narrow chip on the other side by this one is at one of the bottom rims. Its about 3/8" long. Under the 2 children. Maybe these are manufacturing flaws I don't know. WELCOME This auction is for a beautiful vintage/antique Victorian Staffordshire design 19TH Century rich copper lusterware milk or cream pitcher measuring 4" tall. 4 ¾" wide spout to handle and 2 ¾" wide on the base. It has a wide cobalt blue hand painted floral band design. There are n o cracks, crazing or hairlines. There is some minimal finish wear to the copper lustre in places. In overall very good condition for such a vintage piece. Please review my pictures as they are part of the item description. 1850's English Copper Lustre/Luster Ware Creamer/Pitcher w/Beige Floral Band
Up for your consideration.from my in-laws.is a small.English.Antique.Hand Painted 1850's Copper Lustre/ Luster Ware Creamer/Pitcher. I'm not sure of the maker.no mark.there is a black swirl type glaze mark inside bottom. I don't know if it means anything. Measures.3 1/4" tall.opening is 2" spout to handle end is 4" Great shape for its age and use! A few very minor surface scratches.doesn't affect piece in any way. A couple of"minor" spots that didn't get glazed.again.no affect. One"minor" chip or chipped glaze to the left of spout in pic.3 on the lower beaded band. Not deep by any means: Can't be noticed easily:matches color of copper w/out of flash. Pic.4 is a glare spot on handle. Bottom(pic.7.shows what looks like a tiny chip on the rim.top)but it's from when it was made. Inside ... moreon spout has a"couple" tiny air bubble glaze pops. Copper has some slight color variations.due to glazing process back then I would say. No other chips.no crazing or repairs. Pretty piece for your collection! Great Antique Shape! Circa ... more1950's, creamers/jugs/pitchers done in the beautiful copper luster color. 3 of these are marked Wade England and hail from the glorious 1950's. The other 2, which have the blue stenciled decorations are marked simply, Made in England" The ones marked Wade have a wonderful geometric shape to them around the center. It really kicks them up a notch or 2. They are all in good shape and show no obvious signs of repairs, chips or dings. Only some light scratches from use. The latter 2 are in similar condition, the one with the higher wait does have, what appears to be a rub, on the upper lip. Overall these are in great shape and ready for service or display. The smallest of the bunch measures approx. 4" high, and 4 1/2" across at the handle, the largest is approx. 5 1/2" tall and 6 3/4" across. Good Luck! Antique Copper Luster Pitcher This is a medium sized copper luster pitcher. Probably early 1800's and decorated with blue overlaid on the copper luster finish. The main design is two children playing or sitting at a campfire with additional palm fronds and a scrolling handle. There is a rough copper spot on one side, see in photo, maybe a burn area in the original glazing? No other problems, no chips, cracks or repairs. The bottom is coppered and there are no markings.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL ANTIQUE COPPER LUSTER PITCHER It is 5" to the tip of the handle. The pitcher is guraanteed an old one. As I know there are repros of copper luster. I got this last week at a small Maine estate sale. Onm the side with thw house, there are white swirling lines you can seeand I do not know if it is part of the design.
