This is an extremely gorgeous set. Gold inlay throughout the pattern. I wish I knew the name of the pattern. It is very beautiful. It has an interesting addition to the Chamber Pot. Must have been for the Elite only. I've never seen anything like it. I have no idea what it is for.but it's fancy. This set is in excellent condition. There is a little purple coloring on the chamber pot. look at pictures. No chips. I took pictures of all the flaws that I could find. Please look carefully. I think the inside of the two pitchers were used for flowers at one time. The bottom of the bigger pitcher has a couple of dings. It is labeled 359. Nothing else has any numbers or marking on it. It is in very good condition a little of the gilt is worn but the picher and bowl are in excelent condition and the chamber pot has a small blemish it does not look like a chip but a slight defect. Beautifully decorated pitcher and bowl with striking black and pink floral border. Large and impressive. With matching chamber pot, soap dish and double lipped cup(possibly for toothbrushes? All pieces are in excellent condition except for the chamber pot, which has a chip in the rim. The floral decorations are of a soft green, pink, orange, and purple. There are no identifying marks on any of the pieces but they are all marked with the mark"A2104" which would indicate perhaps style or inventory number for this set of porcelain items. I have tried in vain to find another set like it to further identify the manufacturer, but without luck. Measurements are as follows: Pitcher is 12 3/4" tall and 9" wide side to edge of handle. Bowl is 17" across the rim, and stands 5 1/4" tall. The chamber pot measure 13" ... moreacross including handle and 5 1/2" tall. Soap dish is 5 3/4" in diameter and cup is 5 1/2" tall.

Offered here is a Matching Set of 3 large Chamber pieces of Antique Wheeling Pottery LaBelle China consisting of: a Pitcher. Wash Bowl& Waste Water Jar with Lid- all are beautifully decorated with Flowers and adorned with Gilt edges. Marked on the bottom with the La Belle China Torch and Eagle Heads surrounded by the WP of Wheeling Pottery. The Pitcher is 12" high. Antique hand painted eight piece chamber set made by Mercer Pottery circa 1905. The set includes: A slop pot with lid(14 1/2" high x 11 1/2" wide) No chips. Cracks. A wash basin and pitcher(17" wide x 4 1/2" high; 13" high x 10" wide. Respectively) No chips or cracks. A chamber pot with lid(8 1/2" high x 10 1/2" wide) Crack in handle made at manufacture. Large chunk of lid rim missing. 3" x 1" A vanity pitcher(8 1/2" high x 6 1/2" wide) Several long cracks running through the body. An oval section has been broken out and repaired. Can hear the item is cracked when setting it down. A soap dish with lid(3 3/4" high x 5" wide) A 2" x 1" piece has broken from the dish and been repaired. A shaving mug(4" high x 5" wide) A 2" crack from lip downward leaving ... morea small piece missing on rim. A tooth brush holder(5 3/4" high x 4" wide) A 3/4" x 1/4" surface rim chip. Very shapely mold with high curved handles. Scalloped rims and fluted body shapes. Molded scrolls and fretwork in the bodies. Handpainted front, back and inside the rims of the pitchers with blue poppies and pink daisies. Gold scroll work and sprayed daubs on the borders and handles. This would have been a high end set. There is some crazing in addition to the condition issues listed above. Most pieces marked with a crown and shield and Mercer Semi Vitreous in brown. The mark used by the Mercer Pottery out of New Jersey between 1902 and 1930s.
