L&S Lancaster& Sandland Hanley England copper lusterware mini pitcher stands 2 ½” tall. Pink flowers on white/ivory band. Trimmed in copper. No chips, crack or repairs. The copper trim has a couple of small‘skips’ where it was painted but overall it is not worn at all. This is a very lovely Pitcher- COPPER LUSTER WARE The colors really shine! The design are waves and round balls with the blue and copper colors meshing. There is beading in the middle of the pitcher and it is raised. The beading is raised as well around the top about 1/4" from the rim. This looks like it wasn't used very much. Dancing Figures Copper Colored Ceramic Lusterware Ewer Pitcher Jug Signed XLNT
Old copper finish lusterware ewer pitcher jug in highly ornamented DANCING FIGURES pattern going all around the body and neck of the piece. There is a very broad pour spout and high handle. The base is signed E M scribed directly into the ceramic. There appears to have been some writing or printing on the base under the glaze. But it is now totally illegible. The piece is in amazingly great condition with no breaks, scratches, cracks, rubs or crazing of the finish. The texture of the pitcher is smooth, the broad pour spout, the handsome handle, and the body of the jug are free of any noticeable problems. The base exhibits some wear as would be expected from normal movement with use. Any whitish areas in photographs 8, 9, 10 and 11 are artifacts from use of the flash to help show the pattern better. Photographs 7 and 11 are of the same area ... moreof the jug, and although the finish appears dull in photograph 11, it is actually as shiny as the rest of the piece, as shown in photograph 7. The pitcher is 9 1/8 inches in height to the top of the handle and 7 inches in height to the top of the pour spout. It is 7 inches from the top of the handle to the top of the spout and 3 1/2 inches across the opening. The base is 5 inches in diameter. The piece weighs 2 pounds 1 ounce unwrapped.

1800's Copper Lusterware with painted rough pink/purple band.
This is an unusual piece. With it pink/purple band. There are two chips that I can see: one on the underneath side of the lip and another small one on the rim. The copper tones in this piece are that of a brand new penny. It would be a gorgeous addition to any collection.

Pictures 7& 8 show where it starts at the top and runs down towards the handle. It does go through to the inside. But it still displays well from the other side. With flowers and 3 different depictions of farmhouses, in the days before photography, people learned about the world through ornamentation on ceramics. These are hand-painted, not transfer. Ribs outline each panel. Flowers and striping are adorned with the luster. Potentially an important artifact of an early time. Fluting curves into pedestal foot. Creating a circular flat panel for each building. The flat-iron style handle has a small old chip. Which is browned with age and does not detract from this beauty. It has the same raised motif on both sided and floral one under the spout. It stands 5 3/4" tall x 4 5/8" round at the widest portion. 6 1/4" spout to handle. This one has no cracks or chips but has a really rough handle. Done in manufacturing with glaze over top. See pic of handle. 2 piece antique copper luster cream pitcher and bowl. Small pitcher has beaded bands and a ribbed bottom. Raised motif on a deep blue teal band. Same design on 3 sides. It stands 4 1/4" tall x 3 1/4" round at the widest portion. 5 1/4" spout to handle. This piece has crazing and a rough spot on the spout. A few manufacturing flaws of glaze or paint chips on the raised motif in a few spots. The bowl has the same raised floral motif but reversed. Lovely antique copper luster pitcher. This one has a colorful transfer scene. Perhaps a mother with her 2 children gattering flowers. It has a triple beaded band around the top. Larger beads around the center. It stands 6 1/2" tall x 5 3/4" round at the widest portion. From spout to handle 8 1/2" long. In very nice condition. There is a 1" long narrow chip right above the beaded portion of the body on one side right above the children which doesn't go through. There is also a similar long narrow chip on the other side by this one is at one of the bottom rims. Its about 3/8" long. Under the 2 children. Maybe these are manufacturing flaws I don't know. A very attractive small copper lusterware pitcher with a tan band of stylized flowers around it. The pitcher is 3 3/8" tall. 4 1/4" wide spout to handle. This is a vintage item. The copper is a little tarnished or darkened, but this only adds to it's charm.

A very attractive copper lusterware pitcher with hand painted flowers. Please remember this is a vintage item. So it has some minor defects. There are tiny white spots inside the rim on one side, these appear to be defects in the glazing. And there are some dark spots inside the pitcher. None of these take away from the overall appearance of the pitcher. The hand painted flowers are all intact and the copper surface is highly reflective. The pitcher is 6' tall and 6 3/4" wide lip to handle.

19th Century Copper Lusterware Milk Jug / Cream Pitcher
This is a great Luster/ Lusterware pitcher or creamer from the 19 th century. This copper and pink piece has a delicate design around the neck and the brush stroked buildings often found on these porcelain/ pottery works. The handle is ornate. The rim is rough; I cannot really tell if it is wear to the item or in the making. There is definite wear to the bottom. If you look inside(see photo) there appears to be a crack. But it does not go through to the outside of the pitcher. It measures 4 inches high(pitcher itself) but the handle goes to 4 ½ inches. It is a bit over 2 inches in diameter at the top. But flares out in the middle and tapers down to a bit over 1 ½ inches at the bottom. I have tried to describe this as best as possible. But please feel free to ask questions. Thank you for looking! The jug itself has a molded design in the body. The lustre extends to the inside of the jug and shows some pink lustre underneath. This would be a lovely addition to any collection.
