This factory was founded in 1820 by Isidor Faist who sold it to Villeroy& Boch in 1883. The impressed starburst makersmark belonged to Faist. This beautiful antique compote tazza features three overlapping leaves and berries or grapes with dazziling fall colors. The foot and leg are also quite ornate with berries or grapes and leaves on a twisted vine trunk. This wonderful antique footed platter measures 8.25 inches in diameter and stands 5.5 inches tall. The glaze is crackled and only minor wear marks and a few age spots on the outside. The inside of the serving dish is age stained and provides a wonderful contrast to the white of the lid. Genuine. Mid to late 18th Century, pair of Jingdezhen Chinese porcelain octagonal platters with notched corners and different but complementing Famille Rose decor. The upper one is painted with a formal arrangement of flowers and one below in a looser style consistent with late( c.1760-80s) Famille Rose decoration. The"orange peel" appearance of the porcelain is indicative of late 18th-century Chinese export porcelain. In very good used condition with tight hairlines and minor imperfections as shown. They are dressed in the fashion of the mid-18C. The man is trying to give flowers to the woman, who coyly looks away. The ground is cream with gilt sprigs and rim. A red border runs the length of the dish on both sides. The exterior is undecorated. Pirken Hammer hand painted platter in very good condition. From Czechoslovakia this mark dates from 1873-1918 and it also says Chester underneath. Well marked and in extremely good antique condition. Less than modest gold loss at the rim and minimal signs of scratch marks. The blues and gold are in a beautiful pattern with accents and flowers. Pirken Hammer hand painted lovely small oval serving dish. Perhaps for relish items in very good condition. From Czechoslovakia this mark dates from 1873-1918. Well marked and in extremely good antique condition. Modest gold loss and virtually no signs of scratch marks. The blues and gold are in a beautiful pattern with accents and flowers. The small dish/platter is 8 5/8 x 4 7/8. Purchased and enjoyed in New Orleans early 20th century. It's just so appealing and very art nouveau.

Vintage 1960's V. Accornero Ceramic Tray measures 8 inches tall. 8 inches wide and 3/4 inches tall. Like new with no chips, cracks, crazings or marks! This is an AMAZING piece by the wonderful gifted artist V. Accornero who worked with Gucci in the 1960's on fabric primarily. This is a very Hard to Find Piece and will truly be the highlight of your Gucci collection. V. Accornero made just the most luscious scarves and this ceramic piece is such a nice piece of work as well. The white ceramic tray has a small rim of red. The edges are gently curved. Moving down the sides to the center is a nice red band border with green holly leaves with berries bordering all 4 sides. Offering an outstanding antique platter. Crafted of thick ceramic. Done in blue and white, depicting a child in a historic high frilled collar. Beautifully detailed. A very large piece, measuring 16 inches across. Sits up on a foot. Unmarked. Except for two small impressed letters or numbers in the clay. Virtually impossible to read. Very finely detailed, which leads us to believe this is by a high end ceramic company of the 18th or 19th centuries. Very thick clay. The edge measures 1/4 of an inch thick. The entire platter measures 16 inches wide. Wire hanger on the back. Photo with silver bowl is for size reference only and is not included) Consistent all over age crazing on the front and back.
