The tea set is done in the French first standard purity. 950/1000, which is a slightly higher purity than sterling silver. The set is in a classical French form, very good looking, and an exceptionally heavy set. The gauge of metal used to make these pieces is very thick and sturdy. The set has never been monogrammed and is waiting to be presented. This was made between the 1950s and 1980s. This set is so clean, I believe this was never used! It is in mint or nearly mint condition! Each piece is marked in multiple places with the French Minerva mark for 950 silver. Which is a slightly higher purity of silver than sterling silver. They are also marked on the underside with Cardeilhac, France, and the Christofle mark of the initials OC around three stars over a beetle. This set was made by Christofle, and is stamped with the French government maker's mark for Christofle. It is also marked Cardeilhac in print, because Cardeilhac was acquired by Christofle in the 1950s, and Christofle continued using Cardeilhac's name. The condition is excellent. As I mentioned above. The set is very clean inside and out. The smaller teapot's wood handle has a little play, but it is sturdy. There are no breaks, no splits, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals and no repairs. The set includes: 1 coffee pot- 7 5/8 inches from handle to spout and 10 inches tall. 1 tea pot- 9 5/8 inches from handle to spout and 8 inches tall. 1 covered sugar bowl- 6 1/8 inches across the handles and 6 1/2 inches tall. 1 creamer- 5 1/8 inches from handle to spout and 5 inches tall. The octagonal bowl plate measures 4 inches in diameter with an 8 panel ridged rim and deep center well. It is made of early English ironstone transfer printed in an English Gaudy Imari flow blue overpainted with iron red and wisps of ochre. With a hand painted Chinese red rim. A beautiful example of early 19th century miniature flow blue gaudy transferware originally made for Minton in 1832. The tureen is marked with a transfer printed pattern mark 6772 and a decorators’ tally signature. Covered sugar bowl and an open cream pitcher. The shapes are so pleasing, made to look like little baskets with crimped top rims on each and bamboo styled handles, all in a pure white porcelain. So very fine and beautifully hand painted with clutches of delicate little violets and daffodils. The bamboo shaped handles extend down the sides of the pieces and have touches of gilt outling them. Vintage china 16-piece child's tea set. Set includes teapot. Creamer, four saucers, six plates, and four cups. The plates measure approximately 4 and 1/4 inches in diameter. The saucers measure approximately 3 and 7/8 inches in diameter. Not counting the handles. The cups measure approximately 1 and 13/16 inches in diameter. They also measure 1 and 13/16 inches in height. The teapot measures approximately 2 and 1/16 inches in height. The creamer measures approximately 2 and 1/4 inches in height. Hairline crack appears on creamer. But the piece is stable(see first photo) There is also some discoloration to one side near the bottom of the creamer. I believe the style is called Jenny Lind based upon the figure of the woman displayed on each side! I am guessing it dates from the 1850's to 1880's! The design is stunning with blue boarders and a floral design high lighted by an emerald green ribbon and gold trim. To add to the detail and beauty, the green ribbon has a raised white paint bordering and dotting down the center of it. All the pieces, except the cups, are marked with the Takito trademark, two"T"s in diamonds surrounded by"Hand Painted, Made in Japan" in green, which was used from roughly 1922 until 1944. The porcelain is very delicate and light weight. Included in the set are: One(1) Tea or Coffee Pot with lid measuring 4 1/2" high to the top of the cover. 7 3/4" across the handle and spout and weighs 15 oz. One(1) Creamer measuring 3" high. 5" across the handle and spout and weighs 5.7 oz. Likely from something touching the piece while it was drying, it blends in nicely, but is easy to spot. The combined weight of the set is 3 lbs 13.6 oz. All the pieces are chip. Crack and fleabite free. There are no marks from use or storage. The trim and artwork is in amazing condition. The gold trim is in amazing condition and complete even around the rims of the cups. There is no crazing that I could find on any piece. As with most porcelain, especially from the period, there are some inconsistencies in the glazing on the pieces, none are notable except on the saucer mentioned above. Rare 19th c Old Paris Porcelain Veilleuse - French Marquise & Dog Teapot Warmer
Description This listing is for an amazing Old Paris porcelain figural Veilleuse of a French Marquise and her dog. This is a very rare collector's item that dates to circa 1840 France. And features two separate pieces(teapot/ Godet and warming base) It measures 13 1/8" inches tall(total) with the square base measuring 6 1/4" inches x 6 1/4" inches. This Veilleuse figure is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It does have some gold loss that is consistent with age, as well as a few slight chips to the rose in her left hand(also normal for any fragile item from the 19th Century) Her polychrome designs are clean and bright, and the entire piece shows no signs of repair or damage. The base is smoothed on one edge, but this looks like it could have been done during its making and does not appear as damage. The base ... morehas an incised letter that looks to be the letter C. A charming little four piece tea set made by NELL Mc CREDIE NSW c.1940`s. Some of Nell Mc Credie`s pieces are displayed in the POWERHOUSE MUSEUM. All of her pieces are very sought after by collectors. She made many one-off pieces winning the Arts& Craft Society`s Elizabeth Sodenberg Memorial Award for pottery in 1947 and agin in 1951. This lovely little tea set in a bulbous shape is in a beautiful Turquoise color and crackle-glazed. It consists of the teapot. Creamer, one small bowl and one medium bowl. All pieces are base incised with the name. The little teapot is 17cms from the tip of the spout to the back of the handle. It is 10cms high with the lid on and 5.5cms deep. The creamer measures 10.5 from the lip to the back of the handle and is 4.5cms deep, the medium bowl is 10.5cms diameter and 4.5cms deep, the small bowl is 6cms diameter ... moreand 3.5cms deep. Nippon Lg Tea Coffee Pot Roses Lots of Gold Accents & Moriage
Up for bid is this large coffee.tea pot that the closeup pictures actually do more justice for it than the side views. The general image is that of a pinkish red rose design with gold accents. The pot itself has columns of the roses with green leaf accents with a gold background. Each of these columns have a gold beaded border. Hand painted gold scroll work around each as well as toward the base of the piece. An off white color is the background color. A gold hand painted maze like pattern is toward the top of the piece. You can see that the base and the rim of the pot has small gold areas that have a band of roses around each area. The lid has a similar pattern to match the pot. The finial and handle each have gold accenting. But both show gold loss. This piece is quite large, measuring in at a bit more than 9 inches tall by over 7 inches ... moreto the widest part including the handle.the base is a bit more than 4 inches wide. I believe this piece is unmarked. All there is now is some residue of gold paint on the underside. I think that whoever had this piece earlier had some gold paint, and they touched up the base a bit with it, and then wiped off the rest on the underside? Still a lovely piece. I cannot detect any chips, cracks or repairs to this pot. I do note the previously talked about gold loss, and in addition some gold loss to the high traffic areas such as the lid, rim and maze like area. Typical gold loss for a piece of this age. Hi! I have a Beautiful Vintage Victorian Teapot aka Chocolate or Coffee Pot. It has a Gold Handle on the Pot and on the Cover. It has Pink Roses next to the gold border. It's 8.75" tall. It's 7.5" handle to spout and 4" base diameter. It has Wonderful Color. Quality and Details. It has a gold"Royal Bayreuth" with the Double Lions Crest and"Bavaria" on the bottom. Rare Fukagawa Koran Sha figural Imari tea pot marked end 19th Cent documented
This lovely red tea pot was decorated with figures of scholars carrying and reading scrolls. The predominant color is vivid red. Other colors used are green, blue, light purple and gold. Figural Imaris are less common and, therefore, more valuable. A vase with almost identical decoration is pictured in"Imari, Satsuma" book by Nancy N. Schiffer, pg 71- see last picture- copy from the mentioned book. The piece is in a great condition, shows some wear on the handles, otherwise all decoration still very vibrant. No chips or cracks. Bottom marked with red Koran Sha orchid mark by Fukagawa. Measurements: 4 1/4" tall with lid, cca 5 3/4" from one handle to the other, cca 4 1/4" in diameter at the widest point w/o handles. Teapot measures approx: 5-5/4 tall w/lid, 5-1/2" wide, Sugar Dish is 4" tall by 6-1/4 wide hand to handle, Creamer is 2-3/4 tall by 5-1/4 wide and top part of handle was repaired years ago but was done very well it still looks great. Covered sugar bowl, and creamer. The tea pot measures 9 ½ inches or 24 cm high. And is 9 inches or 23 cm wide from handle to spout. The pieces feature a slightly scalloped edge with a heavy applied gold. Around the bodies are wildflower bouquets in blue. Around the borders of the platters is a raised lattice and floral pattern in the porcelain further enhanced with gold cartouches. They are marked on the bottom in green“BAVARIA SCHUMANN GERMANY” along with a lion in a crowned shield; this mark dates the platters to 1918-1929. The tea set is in excellent condition for their age. SADLER COMPANY ANTIQUE FLORAL TEAPOT
This is a colorful Vintage Floral Tea Pot by the Sadler Company. Made in England. The tea pot measures approximately 6 inches high. 10 inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide. The oval base measures from 3 1/4 inches wide(in diameter) to 3 5/8 inches long(in diameter) The chintz style flowers are shades of pink. Burgundy, yellow, blue and green, and the pot has a gold spout and handle as well as gold trim accents on the pot and the top. The pattern number is 2005 and it appears to have an"A" beneath it(both hand written in gold on the bottom of the pot) This teapot is in very good condition with no chips. It has a spot on the front of the spout where the gold paint has worn off. It does have crazing on the interior half of the teapot.

Antique Wedgwood smear ware coffeepot
Beautiful Wedgwood Smear Ware coffee pot in good condition. It is 10 1/2" tall and from spout to handle 8 1/2' wide. A King Charles Spaniel is on the lid. The color is a taupe/olive with a smear ware glaze. A relief scroll and floral pattern are along the base of the lid and the body of the teapot in two rows. Wedgwood mark on the bottom from around the 1820's. There are no chips with a bit of glazing split on the spout(see picture)
