Up for bid is this striking coffee/chocolate pot. Not sure of which because of its tall stature.measures in at 10 1/2 inches to the top of the finial by 7 inches wide from the tip of the spout to the outside part of the handle. When you put the two colors of the dark cobalt blue and the white.definitely is bold. On the white is raised gold moriage design with some hand painted swirls as well. Seperating this area from the cobalt is a row of raised gold beads that attach to a curly Q design. The cobalt has some gold hand painted design upon it. The tip of the spout has a single gold band with a row of raised gold beads. The small lids design is the same as the base. This piece is unmarked.the only remnants of any identification is a partial paper tag. Upon inspection. I cannot find any chips, cracks or repairs. I do note some typical gold ... moreloss most prevalent to the high traffic areas such as the cobalt areas. Rare Maroon Staffordshire Pearlware Tea Bowl& Saucer SOUVENIR ~ LEARNING LESSONS William Ridgway ~ Staffordshire England c. 1835 This elegant transfer printed handleless cup or tea bowl and saucer dates to circa 1835-1840. The deep bowl stands 2 3/8” in diameter across the top rim. Standing on a pedestal base. The saucer measures 6” in diameter. Extremely well potted, bordered with rose and floral sprays encircling a Romantic genre scene depicting two pairs of children sitting on a plinth beneath a big urn of flowers. One little girl is reading from a book and the boy sitting beside her is studying a world globe. The other children are dressed in rags; the boy is resting his head on his hand while the girl clutches his arm. The metaphorical design is a fantastic illustration of the Rags to Riches story, capturing the moral importance ... moreof learning lessons and education to avoid poverty and ignorance. Transfer printed in a deep maroon or burgundy wine(sometimes called mulberry purple maron or red) finished with pearlware glaze. The saucer is marked with the pattern name SOUVENIR in the backstamp of William Ridgway in the Staffordshire region of England. The cup and saucer are both in very good condition with old chipping of the foot rim of the cup. A fleabite on the foot of the saucer and no other chips, cracks, or repairs. Typical minor transfer imperfections ponding of pearlware glaze and stilt marks from the making process. Slight mellowing of color consistent with age and prior use. Antique teapot, Beautiful Water Lilly Design
This is a lovely teapot. I do not know what the maker/artist mark means. But it is photoed so you can see. The design is dramatic. It has a large water lilly on the front and a flower bud on the back. There is scolluped beading about 3/4 of the way up and embossed scroll pattern at the top edge. The handle has a beautiful and comfortable shape with a gold metalic accent. As all good teapots have. There is a vent hole in the lid. The teapot stands about 7 inches tall, making it the perfect size for one or two tea drinkers. From the tip of the spout to the far side of the handle it is about 8 inches. If I was a tea drinker. This teapot would not be available to you.

The Service is one of the finest I have sold in many years with the pieces featuring Rich Gold Gilt Floral designs on a Cobalt Blue Border. The Service is quite large consisting of 29 pcs including a Tea Pot. Trivet, Lidded Sugar Basin, Cream Pitcher, Cake Plate, Serving Bowl, 8 Tea Cups, 7 Coffee Cans and 8 Saucers that would have been used for both the Tea Cups and the Coffee Cans. All the pieces in the service have the same Crown with a D mark in Red which is noted as being for Derby circa 1820's. The Service is in really amazing condition for being almost 200 years old with the Teapot having an old Staple repair, one tea cup having a couple of hairline cracks and the Sugar Basin has a hairline in the base, otherwise minor wear but no other damage. The Service makes for a very impressive display with the Teapot measuring 10" long, the Cake Plate measuring 10-1/4" across, the Tea Cups standing 2" tall, the Coffee Cans standing 2-1/2" tall and the Saucers measuring 5-7/8" across. I don't think you are likely to find many early Derby Porcelain Tea Services as fine as this come up for auction, let

Teal and white with an iridescent shine and gold accents. The set comes with 6 teacups. 6 saucers, sugar bowl, and creamer. On the very bottom of a few of the pieces. There is a sticker that states"Made in Japan" Slight repairs have been made to both the top of the sugar bowl and the side of a teacup. With a turned base and ball finial on the lid. Hand decorated with high temperature Pratt enamel colors of sepia and ochre polychrome hand painted decoration on creamy earthenware, brown slip outline on the rim and a 4 dot square punctuation mark. Finished with pearlware glaze. An lovely example of late 18th century folk art ceramics from England. The piece was made in Staffordshire or possibly Leeds or Yorkshire in England in the style that exemplifies the wares that were exported to Pennsylvania. Typically it is unmarked. ANTIQUE PEWTER BOUND PORCELAIN GRANITEWARE TEAPOT
Bidding is for this beautiful antique porcelain graniteware pewter bound teapot decorated with leaves& branch's measuring 9" tall. 10 1/8" spout& handle lenght, 7 1/8" wide. On the bottom is a copper heat ring& inside is a strainer leading into the spout. From around 1890's, this teapot is in good condition except for one ding along top edge& is a great display piece. Stunning William Guerin Limoges France Tea Pot Demitasse Set RARE SET
Wonderful 3 piece Demitasse set each piece bearing the William Guerin underglaze factory(Mark 3) Circa 1900- 1930. The set consists of a lovely demitasse pot measuring8.75" tall. A sugar standing 4" high, and a creamer 4" tall. The ornate painted handles and finials together with the raised beading encircling each piece adds an element of elegance and richness. The pieces also have a soft ribbed bulbous effect to the bottom below the beading and this element brings a sense of daintiness and whimsy. The demitasse set is in fabulous condition. I am sorry the lid to the sugar is not available. There is see fading of the color mostly on the sugar. I note on fleabite(smooth) on the rim of the pot. Otherwise, it seems to be in perfect condition, with no cracks or chips. Contact me for further information.

Presented for your consideration is a vintage hand painted teapot made in England. The teapot is shiny black with green. Blue, orange and gold floral motifs. The enamel green, blue and orange areas are raised. There is gilding on the handle, spout, rim and cover finial. It is 5½" in height measured from the base to the top of the finial and 8.5" long measured from the end of the handle to the tip of the spout. The opening diameter is 2 ⅞ inches. It has a capacity of approximately four cups. There are no cracks, chips, crazing or repairs. The cover has a few specks of the enamel green paint that was used in the floral motifs. Very old and very exquisite cocoa pot. Very fine porcelain. Beautiful shape and very ornate details. Creamy yellow body with applied enamel gold and white flowers. Vines and leaves. Blush wash accents. White porcelain figural handle. With flower detail. White porcelain flower finial on lid. There are a couple of hairline cracks on the inside at the top of the pitcher but it is completely stable. There is a chip out of the inside of the lid. As shown. Approximately 8 1/4 inches tall. Exquisite Peacock-Pheasant Satsuma Tea Set with Shimazu Family Crest Mark. The pattern is of ornate birds with exquisite feathers(see blue tips) set in a pale sage green and rich gold design. The pattern is transfer ware with partial hand painted portions, enameled paint. There is gold wear on rims to the point where it is not visible at all on the sugar pot and teapot. Really lovely set! I have for you this evening a very rare find in an antique tea set from the factories of Noritake marked with the Maple Leaf used on domestic high end wares in the late 19th century. This gorgeous set features classic mold designs on all pieces with pedestals and branch style handles. The porcelain is very fine quality and the design is simple but elegant and would have been expensive on the market at the time it was produced and would have been owned by a well to do business man or family. The lovely lime green color is accented with splashes of red and lots of gold trim and beading. This is an exceptional set and will look amazing in your cabinet or at table. Item dimensions and dating: All measurements are approximate. The teapot is 9" long from spout tip to handle end and stands 5.75" tall with the cover in place. The covered ... moresugar bowl is 8" across including the handles and stands 5" tall with cover in place. The creamer measures 6" from spout tip to handle end and stands 4" tall to the top of the handle. This set dates from the late 19th century by the marks and design elements. Item condition report: The teapot has a chip off the spout but all else is clean with no other chips. Cracks or crazing. The gold is lightly worn on the high spots and handles but the set still shows very well. Buyers note: I am offering this at a low start due to the chip on the spout of the teapot however sets like this are very rare and getting to be even more so so please take advantage of the low start. It's got the tiny little little cracks all through the glaze like you see in old porcelain or china. Cleans up very nice and is a brilliant white. I don't know any more about this tea pot than what I have learned on eBay. that is. I can't find anything like it anywhere on here. I found a few that looked like they might be same manufacturer, but I don't want to make assumptions. I just took enough pictures for you experts to look and and determine it'origin. LOL.
