This beautiful statue was made right on the edge in the 1920's the dresses became ... morevery short. And large hats were not in style. The war ended in 1918 and Germany was not making figurines during the War. The export rules also changed in 1921 where all exports had to say what country they were made in so after 1921 it would have had to say Made in Germany. So under those deductions this piece was made somewhere in that small window of 1919-1921. The figure as marked is hand painted, and it is numbered. It is tall as shown abut 12" and is in mint condition as so far as no chips or cracks what so ever however as most glazes that old has crazing as you can see in the photo. This is an amazing work of art that will display very nicely.

Antique 18th century German Porcelain Tea Urn Chocolate Pot Puce Gilt Meissen
An interesting 18th century German hard paste porcelain jug with reeded relief molded body decorated in an all over puce floral motif with gilt highlights. Geometric border similar to that found of Chinese Kangxi porcelains. Marked on the bottom with a script R. Good overall condition- there is a star hairline on the bottom and one on the handle. A small chip to the rim- does not detract. Overall displays beautifully and fully functional. A large piece of early porcelain- measures 10 1/4" tall. Please view our other auctions.

Antique Rudolph Wachter German porcelain 18 pc. lunch set opalescent birds $CUT
Here are 8 luncheon plates. 7 1/2" diameter, opalescent pale yellow, blue pierced rim. 5 have pairs of pheasants; 3 of these have back stamps of: RW MADE IN GERMANY and the BAVARIA SCHUMANN ARZBERG stamp. All other pieces have ONLY the red RW MADE IN GERMANY stamp. 3 plates have pairs of peacocks, they show some vintage wear. The artists initials FM are very lightly painted on the plates at bottom of each painting. There are 7 cups; one with a broken handle(see photos) 5 have pheasants including the broken one; the other 2 have peacocks, one of which has a different design on the bulk of the cup but the same peacocks as others. I do not see the signature on any of the cups. There is missing paint on 3 of the cups(see photos) The teapot has a repair on the end of spout, see photo) there is the F beneath the peacock but no M. The sugar ... moreand creamer have peacocks with some missing paint on the creamer's bird. This is a beautiful still useful set or a great china cabinet set. If you oserve all pictures you will see the flaws, I think I have disclosed all of them, there are NO CRACKS OR CHIPS that I can find. I will ship in 2 boxes; postage price is for both. Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this beautiful antique German Tea pot. We believe this to be from the Reinhold Schegelmilch Porcelain Factory. Also known as RS Prussia and RS Germany. The handle, spout, lid with fineal is RS. The floral decoration is FD 85 used on RS Prussia items. We also have a fabulous art nouveau vase with the same decore. Make sure you see it! This lovely tea pot also has lusterware. This give the rainbow effect which is very beautiful. This tea pot measures 7 inches tall and 7.25 inches wide from handle to spout. Please read carefully as it is fairly and accurately detailed. There are no cracks or stains. There is a tiny bit of crazing(seen only in three areas- white paws of spout, underside of head when tipped upside down and removed, and finally the actual bottom of teapot) as is common with this item on most pieces offered for sale. There is an imperfection on the inside rim edge of the pot. At first glance. It looks like a nick, but if you examine it carefully(and I really tried) there is glaze over a portion of it, so my best guess is that it was in the manufacturing process. I cannot guarantee that, so please take a look as I tried to capture the area and see if it is bothersome. Only exposed if you have the head of the dog off. ALSO another imperfection and glazed over a a thin white line that was left uncolored, very small also on underside of head, should be noted. Have had this piece for years and hard to part with it. This is a nice antique German Erdmann Schlegelmilch porcelain tea service/ tray for 1 done in the style of Royal Vienna and the painting is done after Angela Kauffmann and that is why it is intentionally spelled wrong. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with not all of the pieces being marked and the top of the teapot has a nick and it comes exactly as shown and some of the decoration is worn/ faded. The tray measures 12 1/2" in diameter. This antique or very vintage porcelain tea set is a pretty deep pink with white interiors. It consists of a lidded teapot. Four cups, and four saucers. As shown, there is wear to the glaze and many glaze imperfections, but none of the pieces has any chips or cracks. The bottoms are marked"Germany" with what looks like the number 80 underneath. The teapot also has numbers incised around the rim of the base. I don't know who the manufacturer was. I'm guessing that this dates to the late 1800s or early 1900s( Any information would be much appreciated!

Antique German Porcelain Rudolstadt Floral Plates Victorian Era Teapot Tea Set
Hello- This is an impressive 10 piece set of 5 Rudolstadt 8 1/2" snack plates. M& Z Deprosey cream and sugar bowl w/ lid, and one un-marked teapot. The set goes together very well as shown. The cream and sugar set stands approx. 3" high x 5 1/2" across, the creamer holds 2 cups of liquid and sugar bowl holds one cup of sugar. The cream and sugar bowl are marked M& Z Austria, a company sometimes associated with Limoges. The sugar bowl had some chipping to the rim, which I have filed smooth. If you take a fingernail file or sandpaper, perhaps(most likely) it can be shaped smoother. The teapot w/ built in difuser is un-marked and holds approx. 1 quart of tea. Hello- This set is simply delightful. 17 pieces of hand painted German Porcelain! The pot stands approx. 10 1/2" high x 7" at the widest. It has one tiny chip on the inside rim as shown in picture 3, all paint is great. The sugar bowl stands approx. 5" x 6" with no flaws to either bowl or lid. The creamer stands approx. 3 1/2" tall x 4 3/4" wide, with no flaws. Each of the 6 cups stand approx. 3" x 3 1/4" wide, one has a tiny chip at the rim. Each of the 6 saucers are 5 1/2" around, with one having a hair line crack as shown. There are some minor brown spots, with is common for older porcelain. There is an insignificant pinpoint nick on the edge of the spout and a little typical glazes fry on the edge of the lid as you can see. The paint decoration is in great condition with only a hint of wear. This has initials on the front. Possibly a presentation piece or maybe just made to order that way.
