The pattern is called Cottage and has flowers. Vines, and a cottage scene with a lake, a boat, and fishermen. The teapot and sugar bowl are marked Cottage. The teapot measures 4" high and 6.5" long from end of handle to end of spout. There is a chip under the neck rim and a knick on the inside rim. The sugar bowl measures about 3.5" high and 4.5" wide from end of handle to end of handle. It is marked Cottage and there are some nicks on the inside rim and some staining. The 3 cups and saucers some wear to the rims, but no chips or cracks. Each cup measurs 1.75" high and 2.75" across. The saucer is about 4.5" across. This is a lovely tea pot by T&R Boote of England. The pattern name is unknown. It is decorated with a leafy branch with blossom. As you can see it is very pretty. On the inside there are straining holes. It is in good condition and no chips or cracks noted. The handle and lid handle of the teapot are a brownish bronze color. There is a bit of discoloration on one small area of the bottom. The bottom mark reads'Trademark. Semi China Royal Premium T& R Boote England. It measures 8"H.

This beautiful antique teapot features a wide band of colorful flowers on the top half on a background of brown and black spatter ware. The teapot has an embossed gold line in the center and gold lines on the rim. Spout, and cover with a gold finial. There are holes on the bottom of the spout for straining loose tea leaves. I am not an expert in this area. So whether this is stoneware, earthenware or some other"ware" I do not know! I believe the style is called Jenny Lind based upon the figure of the woman displayed on each side! I am guessing it dates from the 1850's to 1880's! The lid is missing and there are a few TINY nicks around the spout edge, and several small to very smalls chips around the rim! Otherwise there are no chips or cracks(those are not chips on the base but a scalloped shaping of the edge! I was told this was Swinton pottery with a Rockingham glaze and floral design and gold accents Measurements: 9 1/2" wide with handle and spout x 6 1/2" high(diameter of the teapot is 5 3/4" It is in great condition- see pictures. The underlying pottery is light colored with a deep brown glaze This was from a high end estate sale. And the person was a collector of amazing antique pottery- especially Rockingham and yellow-ware. Antique tea pot. Purchased at an estate sale. Note which was placed inside pot states"Wedding gift from Dr. Van Meter Dean of Goucher College in Baltimore Maryland. I looked him up and info states he was the first Dean of the college, dating 1911-1913. I will leave this note inside for the purchaser. Tea pot is in well used condition. There are chips on the spout and base rim. I believe the shield and chain are Sterling silver, but I could find no makers mark. The teapot is also not marked. I do not know if this is English or Dutch origin but the design contains numerous old windmills and sailboats. I do not know if this is hand painted or transferware and there are no markings on the bottom. The finish is not"shiny" but much more muted. This is a lovely coffee/ tea pot by T& R Boote of England. The pattern name is unknown. It is decorated with a leafy branch with blossom. There is gold trim around the rim of the lid and lustrous brown on the handle. There are also embossed details on the teapot. On the inside there are straining holes. It is in good condition and no chips or cracks noted. There is a bit of discoloration on one small area of the bottom. The bottom mark reads; Trademark. Semi China Royal Premium T& R Boote England. I am offering this beautiful Porcelain Teapot made in England. It is Dark brown and decorated with gold trim. Painted flower designs with gold beading bands. It is chipped under the spout and there are nicks on the lid, which you really don't see when the lid is on- some of the paint is rubbed off. It is marked and numbered on bottom. Up for bidding is an antique Como Italy brown transferware Edge Malkin& Co. teapot from circa 1871-1880. The teapot is in excellent condition. Glaze is perfect. It looks like it could have been made yesterday. There are no chips. Cracks or repairs. I am not sure if it originally had a kid, but it doesn't now. It stands about 7" tall and is 8" wide. Chesapeake Treasures Hospice Consignment Store asked me to sell donations to benefit Hospice of the Chesapeake. Offered here is an antique teapot circa mid 1800's. It is stoneware with a brown glaze. I am told the maker is Rockingham. The sides are paneled and embossed with a raised design depicting Rebecca at the well. It is 8.5 inches tall. There are no chips or cracks. It is a solid heavy teapot.

A nice beautiful old Teapot from an Estate sale that I bought to go with some bone china exotic jungle wildlife animal cups. It looked great in the Rain Forest theme) It has a warm rich look with the coco brown and ivory colors trimmed with gold. Please review pics for size and details. Condition is very good. No cracks or crazing found. There is a small dull chip on the top rim of lid. And same of the bottom underside rim. It is stamped/ signed on bottom- the Crown symbol and Sadler name is there with Made in Staffordshire England. yet hard to see. There are some gold numbers as you can see in the pics.

ANTIQUE BROWN TRANSFERWARE CHINA TEA POT- Early Colonial- with a coiled wire hanger; The scene on the teapot is a VILLAGE SCENE; It measures 6-12" W x 6" diameter x 7-14" H with the handle included. It appears to have a colonial look. And I do not know how old it is or where it is made. It was purchased many years ago in an antique shop; Slight crazing on the lid and a split in the glaze on the lip of the tea pot; This may have occurred in the production Glaze drips on inside(see photos) Very Good Condition. Brown transfer ware coffee maker from Italy. Item is complete and in very good condition. The only damage is to the two tabs inside the lid that hold it in place when pouring. See photo. No chips or cracks anywhere else. The only markings I could find are on the bottom. See photo. Marking is the profile of a woman's head in the middle of a circle. Antique US pottery embossed "Rebecca at the Well" brown glazed tea or coffee pot
Offered for your consideration is this antique"Rebecca at the Well" dark brown glazed tea or coffee pot featuring a sculptured depiction of the story from the Bible. The"Rebecca" teapots were manufactured by many different American potteries in slightly different styles beginning in 1840 although this one is undoubtedly one of the much later versions in the late 1800s or early 1900s. The pot is about 8" wide from spout tip to handle edge and stands 7" tall including the domed lid. It is 3½" in diameter at the rim. About 5" in diameter at the widest part of the bowl, and has a 4" diameter footed base. In good condition with shallow chips in the spout and along the rim of the lid. Antique Fragile Coffee Tea Pot Pitcher Tall Brown OLD! Rare Unique Kitchen
I have never seen a coffee pot like this one. It's Tall and narrow and very fragile. It stands about ten inches with the lid. 8 1/2" without the lid. Its not like the brown Dipped pottery they sell today. Its a much darker brown with a like white frost color around the rim and top on lid. It appears to be pretty old because of how brittle it is. Antique Ironstone Dessert or Tea Set Dishes RURAL Brown Transfer Ware w/ Luster
Offered for sale is this charming antique dish set. It has a large handled plate measuring approx. 10" across from outer handle to handle. There are 6 smaller dessert size plates measuring 7" in diam. They feature two brown transfer designs of bucolic scenes with castles. Deer/stag, people. Orange/peach luster trims the plates and highlights areas of the center designs, however some pieces have the luster almost completely gone but still look attractive. They are in good used condition with a few small underside chips, nicks. They appear quite early as the glaze and transfers are pretty crude. It has an overall appearance of a nice primitive ironstone dish set. The only mark on the underside say RURAL.
