Antique Stoneware Pottery Ribbed Lined Unmarked Green Tea Pot Teapot
Here is a really neat VERY old tea pot. Tea pot is a very pretty light green- color seems more like half glaze. Half wash- unusual. And I love the progressive ribbed or lined design and decorative area by spout. Heavy pottery pot- I believe is a stoneware pottery but not sure- is quite heavy for size. I don't think ever had a lid. Measures just over 7 inches from handle to spout and is 4 3/4 inches tall- opening at top is 3 1/2 inches. This does have a few issues due to age more than anything- this is a true antique- it does have crazing- there is a very small rough spot on spout(the other small one is glazed over so was done in making) there is a tiny little thin crack at very top I almost missed and a tiny thin age crack in handle- very, very minor signs of age considering this is most likely over 100 years old. This is a very nice ... moreold pot- please see all pictures. There are no markings so no idea of maker. Any questions or for more pictures please email me. This is quite heavy- will ship at 3 lbs. US shipping will be actual costs 3 lbs- Parcel Select or Priority Mail- your choice. International shipping actual costs First Class International. All shipping includes free USPS tracking. Thank you and God bless
Antique JENNY LIND Brown Stoneware TEAPOT No Lid VERY OLD!!
I am not an expert in this area. So whether this is stoneware, earthenware or some other"ware" I do not know! I believe the style is called Jenny Lind based upon the figure of the woman displayed on each side! I am guessing it dates from the 1850's to 1880's! The lid is missing and there are a few TINY nicks around the spout edge, and several small to very smalls chips around the rim! Otherwise there are no chips or cracks(those are not chips on the base but a scalloped shaping of the edge! There is crackling in the glaze and one TINY and another very small burst bubble in the glaze(see photo 5! Approx. 6" tall X 8.75" from handle to spout! Quoted shipping charges are based on the farthest zone from me. So if you live in closer proximity to Greensboro, NC, the cost will go down! I refund overcharges less a small ... morepacking& handling fee, so even if you pay the quoted charge you will not be overcharged! BUT PLEASE WAIT FOR INVOICING to maximize your potential refund as ebay now charges a final value fee on the shipping too! Please see may many other listings and email me with any questions!
Blue and White Stoneware SWIRL TEAPOT with LID and Bail Handle Original!
An all original blue and white tea pot in this very rare swirl pattern. She is not in perfect shape but a wonderful addition to your collection. There are a few chips on the lid. Spout, a small chip on the bottom edge with some crazing, and this pot has the original bail handle too! There is also a hairline crack on the bottom but does not take away from the value. I have included a photo of the $1200.00 book value from the 2000 blue book pricing guide. Measures approx. 10" x 10' Beautiful bold coloring still! This pot appraised for me in this condition for $850.00. Good luck, this is a rare find so hurry! I will ship it with plenty of insurance. Will consider an offer, but please do not make an offer unless you are a serious buyer. Thanks for looking.
