It is in excellent antique condition with a chipped area on the inner rim of the seating area of the lid. Together with an insignificant hairline next to it as shown in the very last image. it displays wear to gilding and blue trims. There is a gilt 4 petal flower/ marking on front of spout. Sugar is about 6 inches widest bulb diameter and 6 inches in overall height to the top of finial of lid. It is in excellent antique condition with wear to gilding and blue trims as shown. This is a really beautiful almost all over gold gilt on cobalt blue teapot from a Quality company that created a process that resulted in no crazing or cracking during the process. There are no cracks. Crazing,or repairs to this antique or almost antique piece. This was a used item since you can see a little residue ring inside the bottom. There is damage to the inside of the rim only and does not take away from the value. It still supports the top with no problem. The only damage I can see and tryed to show in the pics is a about 3/8" missing piece of finish at the end of the spout. It does not feel like a chip more just a smooth piece of pottery with a little paint missing. Still very beautiful. I have for you this evening a beautiful antique piece of Noritake porcelain made in the early 1920's. This lovely piece is made of nice grade procelain and has been cast into a classic mold shape. The piece has been hand painted with floral design and deco trim elements around the top. This is a very nice piece of vintage Japanese porcelain made by one the premere porcelain makers of the time. This will make a great addition to your collection and will display wonderfully in your favorite cabinet or at table. Item dimensions and dating: All measurements are approximate. This piece stands 5.75" tall to top of finial with the cover in place and dates from the 1920's by the mark and design elements. Antique Bavarian Teapot Coffeepot w/ cream&sugar Gilt Jeweled VERY Ornate 1800s
This looks as if it should be in a museum.It has a Bavarian or Eastern European look. Dealer advises that the style is definitely Bavarian. Fine Bone China- very delicate. And jeweled! No Maker's Mark! A dealer said the trim was 24K gold! Teapot or Coffee pot- with cream and sugar- very ornate! it is decorated with clear semi-precious looking stones that are not part of the china- you can see they were inset. Please look at all 12 pictures I posted. they are good photos so that you can really see the quality& every small flaw. I see one spot where it looks as if a stone may have fallen out- does not detract- you need to look closely to see it- It is white inside and the outside base is white. There is a ribbon of yellow paint along the top edges just below the rim. Then there are handpainted flowers all over in reds. Yellows, pinks, ... morepurple. Finally an elaborate gold center"ribbon" was painted on- it was painted to look like fine lace- gorgeous work The stones are pink. White, and a yellowish-orange. I can see that all handles including the loops on the lids were originally painted solid gold. The gold paint has worn off the lid loops and the pot handle and spout. See pictures carefully to understand what I mean. My grandmother bought this set during the depression in the'30's from an estate in Philadelphia. She thought they were made in Europe in the late 1800's. Teapot is 7-1/4" tall from base to top of lid. 6-1/2" from spout to handle at widest points. Diameter of base is 3-1/2" Cream pitcher is 4" tall from spout to base. 4" from edge of handle to opposite side, 2-1/2" in diameter at base. Sugar bowl is just under 5" tall from lid top to base. 5-1/2" from outside handle to outside handle, 3-1/4" at base. Have set shipping cost to allow for lots of packing of this delicate set. I'm unsure whether the teapot is Chinese export ware or from an 18 th century English company like Worcester. Bow, or Chelsea. The teapot is soft-paste porcelain, with normal glaze crazing. The pot is approximately 14 cm(5 1/2” high and 20 cm(8” wide from spout to handle edge. Vintage collectible Sadler gold-tone china teapot. Leaves. It was made in England. It is 9 and 1/2" from the tip of the spout to the handle. It is about 6" tall. A Machin and Company Teapot. C.1830. Beautiful cobalt and gilt bands. Some tea staining to the porcelain body. A few small chips to the interior rim. Otherwise, the pot is in very good condition. Gilt work is in very good, bright condition. This is a handsome pot. Approximately 10 inches from spout to handle. Approximately 7 inches high. Tea set including teapot. Covered sugar, and creamer, white w. gilt trim. This set is unmarked so it's maker cannot be determined. It is likely American made and not Staffordshire as most English pieces were marked. The tea pot measures 10 1/4" to the top of the finial and 10" from handle to tip of spout.The spout and finial are in perfect condition. There is some discoloration around the rim of the opening at the top, a very fine hairline in the glaze of the handle at the base, three very fine hairline cracks which have discolored-two only faintly and one very clearly. The pot is stable and when knocked with your knuckle the sound is solid. The creamer is in excellent condition having no chips. Cracks, crazing or discoloration. It measures 5 1/2" in height to the tip of the spout, and 4" in diameter at the widest ... moresection of the body. The covered sugar measures 9" to the top of the finial and 7" from handle to handle. The top is in good condition. The finial is perfect but there is one hairline crack about 1" in length. The base has some discoloration around the top, no cracks, but each handle has two ears and on one handle one of the ears has chipped off. It has a manufacturing flaw in that the base is not exactly flat and the piece can be slightly rocked back and forth when pressure is applied. The gilt trim on this set is bright and solid-no signs of wear. It would make a lovely display set and could still be used. Sure wish I knew more about this era of fine porcelain. This 9" tall teapot is a beauty but with three flaws. The top opening of the teapot has one major chip on the rim of close to 1/2" There is an odd green dot on the interior lower half of the spout. The inside of the lid has a chip on its interior rim. Otherwise a magnificent and gorgeous very old French teapot. A very ornate and swirly"L" is marked on the bottom. Just don't know enough to describe further. Exquisite but not without flaws. I was told this was a French teapot from the late 1800's. Very very lovely piece with the orange bands and the gold trim and very fancy lid. Comes from smoke free. Pet free, musty free home. This old teapot is a flea market find. It is unmarked- seems to be very old. It appears to be silver gilt over ceramic. There are some chips on the lid and wear on the handle that show a brown color beneath the silver. The brown can also be seen inside the pot. Overall it's in very good condition. Other than the chips on the lid. There are only fleabites on the spout. There are no cracks or damaging flaws. Measures 8" handle to spout. 5" high, without lid, base is 2-1/4"

Antique very beautifully scalloped edge gilt tea set(teapot. Sugar and creamer) All have the words"Gesetzlich Made in Germany geschutzt" on the bottom of the teapot and creamer but not the sugar bowl. The scalloped edge and the gilt is so pretty. The porcelain is nice light weight. The teapot lid has been poorly repaired and there is a hairline crack in the spout. Please see pictures 6 and 7.
