Antique 1914 Singer Treadle Sewing Machine Redeye Model 66-1 66-4
This is a 1914 vintage Singer Treadle machine with original table. Cast iron base and accouterments. The pulley belt is also included but is broken. All gears work smooth and proper, so with a new belt would be entirely functional or just a beautiful artifact from an older time. As shown in the photos there is no model number printed on the machine, just the serial number on a placard with which I called Singer and they were able to trace the number and identify the machine. It was made in July of 1914 and can be either a model 66-1 or 66-4. I'm listing this as pick up only but please feel free to inquire about shipping rates to your area. Posted with

Singer 1923 Antique Redeye Model 66 Parlor Cabinet Treadle Sewing Machine
Machine runs smoothly by spinning the lower wheel by hand. I do not have the rhythm to actually pump the treadle. I have oiled some points on it. The cabinet is as found. No refinishing has been attempted Top has water damage causing veneer to separate. Top also missing a 4 1/2 X 5/8 inch piece of veneer on top front right-hand corner. Drawers work smoothly and do not bind. It has been in my living room for 30+ years. Also included is a manual- missing front and back covers and pages 1 and 2. Pages 3.4,5,6, 35, 36, 37, 38 are loose and very tattered. pages 7 thru 18 are paired with 23 thru 34. Missing pages 19 thru 22. Also included are some attachments or parts of attachments. Singer 1914 Redeye Sewing Machine Excellent
Singer Model 66. 1914 Redeye sewing machine G8344012. This machine is in lovely condition with decals in fantastic shape. The paint is beautiful and shiny with no crackling or scratches. I had a hard time getting all the dust to not stick so it misrepresents the black which has no pitting, etc. The scroll plate is stunning- a piece of art in itself. Machine is set up for electric sewing with a vintage light and bakelite foot pedal. It can easily be changed by removing those items for a treadle cabinet. It sews a perfect stitch. There is no rust present anywhere(nor on the chrome) It comes in a vintage cloth covered style case which has some evidence of repair in the past.

Singer Redeye Red Eye 66 Sewing Machine G9771244 1.0 Amp.1923 Manual Attachments
There is paint chipped and worn off mostly on the bed. The sides and top aren't as bad. Much of the silver color is worn off the hand wheel. The machine and case smell musty. I cleaned the machine some and oiled it but it probably could be shined up more. I ran it and it works fine. It takes right off and don't have fingers in the way. I wound a bobbin, sewed different lengths of stitches and sewed through 6 layers of denim with no problem. The case is rough. The attachments included are shown in the picture. Singer Sewing Machine Antique Model 66 Redeye 1910?
This was part of a relatives antique collection that we are selling through. I really don’t know a whole lot about it. And from what I can tell it’s a model 66. I assume it works, but I really don’t know what I am looking for. When you spin the wheel, the needle moves up and down fine. If I learned anything with antiques, it’s“Don’t clean them if you don’t know what you’re doing” so I am selling it with the dust and all on it. Up for your purchase is a lovely treadle sewing machine made by Singer. It is in fabulous shape with all parts in good working order. You can see by the pics that the woodwork is in very nice shape and the sewing machine looks like it just came out of the box. The markings are clean and brightly colored. It is really a nice piece of history. This is a Model 66 with the number G6597810 on the plate. It was manufactured in 1919. So it is now 95 years old. I emailed Singer and this was their reply: Our records show that serial#G6597810 belongs to Singer model 66 manufactured on January 2. 1919 in Elizabeth. New Jersey. The 4 droors all work and the tip out droor on the front works as well. There is a key that locks all 5 droors. The sewing machine lifts out and is supported by part of the wooden top. Oak Drip Pan from 1919 Model 66-1 Redeye Singer Treadle Sewing Machine Cabinet
I removed this drip pan from a Redeye Model 66-1 cabinet having 5 drawers and a machine with a serial number that dates it to October 1919. It's in good shape except for one corner at the back where the veneer has chipped off(see photos) It's clean and no restoration has been attempted. The L brackets and screws will be removed and bagged for shipping and labeled"LEFT/RIGHT" It appears that somewhere in its 95 year history. Someone has applied a second coat of varnish over the original finish- mostly on the front side. This sale is for a Smooth working Original Singer#66 Redeye Treadle Sewing Machine Head Only Ser# AA050679 I believe 1924 with the side clamp attachment rod in as shown found good condition. Most of our items are from Estates and the photos are a major part of the description so please view all and Email with concerns prior to buying. The head is in pretty clean condition and smooth working with the graphics in good pretty full condition as shown in the photos. The chrome is in good condition with a nice shine. This is a used 1924 sewing machine head and there are use marks. Scratches, finish wear on the bed but all in all it is in good shape as shown. The graphics have good bold color but also some spots of wear and dulling with the last 2 photos showing the 2 bad spots but I have sold Singer parts for quite a while and left this machine ... morewhole as the condition is better than expected or normally found. If you are not familiar with this machine please do not buy it as some normal service, lubrication or adjustments may be needed. Antique 1916 Singer 'Redeye' Sewing Machine Instruction Manual-Backclamp Model
Original 100 year old Singer model 66 sewing machine instruction manual. This is one of the first'green' manuals that Singer made and it is in excellent condition. The 1916 Singer 66 was a'backclamp' model meaning that the attachments were affixed to the spindle by a thumbscrew fro the back insted of the side. I will also include a copy of a set of original Singer Parts Prints which show the machine and it's individual parts. Each one numbered with the Simanco part number.
