There is no knee bar but im sure it can be found here on ebay. I plugged the machine in and slid lever over under black cover to test and the machine works great as does the light. Case is also in amazing condition. Some outer fabric fraying on wire by motor but no exposed wire. Many extra pieces included and those little spools in pic are metal. Any questions please ask. This auction is for a vintage Singer Sewing Machine. The Serial number is G0160939. According to the Singer Website. Its a 1923 model 128. Its in fair condition with its fair share of chipped paint, scuffs and scratches and messed up decals. Please see the photos. It turns fine though it could probably use a good cleaning and a tune up. I don't think I could ever talk my wife into using it. The motor runs however the belt is missing so it is running with no tension on it so can't really test it beyond that. The case is solid though I do not have the key so can't lock it. It could certainly benefit from a good sprucing up and rehabbing. Don't miss out on a great deal. Singer 1923 Antique Redeye Model 66 Parlor Cabinet Treadle Sewing Machine
Machine runs smoothly by spinning the lower wheel by hand. I do not have the rhythm to actually pump the treadle. I have oiled some points on it. The cabinet is as found. No refinishing has been attempted Top has water damage causing veneer to separate. Top also missing a 4 1/2 X 5/8 inch piece of veneer on top front right-hand corner. Drawers work smoothly and do not bind. It has been in my living room for 30+ years. Also included is a manual- missing front and back covers and pages 1 and 2. Pages 3.4,5,6, 35, 36, 37, 38 are loose and very tattered. pages 7 thru 18 are paired with 23 thru 34. Missing pages 19 thru 22. Also included are some attachments or parts of attachments. Using the manual as a guide, I see a foot hemmer, an adjustable hemmer, and a ruffler( the item or parts of the item)

1923 Singer Model 128 Sewing Machine, La Vencedora Decals, Original, Excellent!
This exceptional antique Singer sewing machine is fresh from a Saginaw. Michigan estate. It is being offered in ORIGINAL, estate-fresh condition. The condition of the enameling and decals is so amazing that I should probably keep this machine, however will pass it along to you for a reasonable price. It is a model 128 and the serial number G0151841 dates it from 1923. The decals, known as"La Vencedora, are in wonderful condition with very minimal wear. Any white spots are from my camera flash, not wear. The original nickel-plated parts are still bright and shiny with no rust. While I have not tested the motor, it appears to be in good condition…the balance wheel turns easily. It is housed in the original walnut bentwood case, which has age-appropriate scuffs and scratches, but no chips or damaged veneer. Included are the original"Singer"marked ... moremotor, motor-controller, and"Singerlight. The wiring is either in excellent condition or has been replaced. Also included are many accessories: Singer"marked screwdriver, six bobbins, shuttle, original key, thread snips, tin oiling can, an early tube of Singer motor lubricant(hardened) and ten additional needles! Restored & Repaired Electric Powered 1923 Singer Model 127 Sphinx Sewing Machine
this listing is for a: Beautiful Restored& Repaired Electric Motor powered 1923 Singer Model 127 Sphinx(sometimes called an Egyptian or Memphis) Sewing Machine that sews very well. it is using a.9 amp Delco motor. i repaired& fixed-up this beautiful 1923 electric(or hand crank compatible) sewing machine. repeating from above first) basically: i replaced the bobbin winder thread guide spring. Repaired a broken part of the"U" shaped area on the vertical connecting shaft(see my picture of it.it was repaired by using loctite cold weld bonding compound and krazy glue maximum bond.the part is working well now) replaced all the electrical wires/the motor and light wires were replaced just outside each part(cleaned the motor brushes and commutator, cleaned the foot controller contracts, soldered new wires to terminals inside the ... moremotor/light socket plug unit) added a new spool pin and felt pad, all parts in the sewing head were removed and cleaned/oiled, the winder unit was completely taken apart and cleaned/oiled.i thoroughly cleaned the machine(and parts) polished chrome, oiled, adjusted, sew tested& touched up the paint on some worn, scratched and/or chipped paint areas.i also repainted some areas of the motor, light cover, foot controller, winder unit and such. overall this machine is in excellent condition for it's age, with generally only minor wear and scratches to it's decals. the serial# is G0557512. also pictured are my sew test for this machine(using the entire stitch range from no movement to ~ 3/16" and a packet of 5 screws(this machine had a wooden base, but was not shipped to me.so, there's a screw for the motor/light unit and 4 screws for the hinges on the back of the machine) look at my pictures for more detail& visual information. update: 4-19-2014: the spool pin is now in it's proper hole(i've worked on enough of these type of machines to know now) i reversed the motor pulley and adjusted the belt tension again. my pictures show the previous positions.

Antique 1923 Singer Sewing Machine Model 128 w/ BT7 Foot Pedal & Wooden Case
Up for bid is this antique Singer Sewing Machine. After speaking with Singer I found out that this particular sewing machine was made in 1923 and it is a model 128. I plugged in the sewing machine and the sewing machine moves but the speed varies. That is the only testing that has been completed. It may need a little work to it to be fully operational. As you can see from the photos the sewing machine is a little worn. Some of the paint has rubbed off and there are a few areas where it has chipped off. It is a pretty old machine. For its age I would still consider it to be in pretty good shape. The carrying box is still sturdy and the key will be included. Also. The It has been in dry storage for about 60 years and wasn’t used during that time. I was just about to test the sewing machine to see if it was in working order when the belt broke. This was the original leather belt that runs the wheel. So without it I could no longer test the ... moremachine to see if it works. All I can say is that the treadle does work and the needle goes up and down. I think a minor repair will put it back into working order. It has NOT been abused. You can tell by the great condition of the surface of the machine. The decals and the condition of the cabinet that that it was well taken care of. But the old belt broke, obviously because of it’s 85 years old. The wood cabinet is the swing type(very uncommon) and has an interior shelf and locking drawer. The drawer locks and has a key. Included with this antique sewing machine are several attachments and bobbins that were in the lockable drawer inside the cabinet. A COPY of the original manual is also included. This is not the original manual from 1923. But a copy that was copied off of the Singer Sewing Machine website, as per their direction. This is a beautiful sewing machine. It can be repaired and used. The sewing machine can be taken out of the cabinet and be displayed so others can admire the terrific bold“red eye” graphic design. The machine can be left as is. You are bidding/buying a: BEAUTIFUL 1923 treadle SINGER Sewing Machine in working condition with it's own 4-drawer table and tilt-out front drawer. This is a Model 66(made 1902-1960) which came in several different styles. This specific machine is a Series 15(by the 15 stamped into the bottom of the actual sewing machine) and was made in Elizabeth. New Jersey in 1923. Does have a small scratch on the flip-out front drawer(shown in pics) and some slight wear on the wood and front of machine from age/use(as shown in pictures) but no other major dings or deep scratches. We do NOT have the key to the tabletop/drawer locks. Never had a reason to be locked. This sewing machine is in WORKING CONDITION. We aquired it years ago from Southern Lancaster County.
