1926 Singer Portable Sewing Machine Dome Wood Top w/Key Condition: Very good. Very Little if any gold wear. Needs foot pedal. Light works. Cord cloth is fraying in one spot as shown in my last picture. No wires showing. Bobbin cover needs to be slipped on, I don't know how it works or I would do it. Band is on the wheel good. Wheel turns smoothly lifting the needle. The wood dome cover has a few surface scratches as most of them do. Has it's original KEY. All in all. It looks like a real good machine for it's age. I am also including more Singer bobbins and attachments in a singer box with this sewing machine.Serial number starts with AB which I was told is from 1926 Singer Machines. Model# AA 900748 on the machine. 13-20 on the stand. Refinished the woodwork to bring out the tiger stripe oak under all the old. Dark stain. Damage(stripped, sanded down to 220 paper, quick coat of dark stain, and poly x2) is one small chunk next to the machine after it is open and considerable chipping at the end of the table top surface. All original parts although the machine is missing small working parts for use. Repainted colors and placement are like original design.

1926 Singer Sewing Machine with Case- Great shape Antique in working order! This listing is for a nice Singer 1926 sewing machine. The serial number on this beautiful machine is AA-262731. Which dates it to 1926! It was seldom used to exclusively sew patches onto uniforms for at Vandenberg Air Force Base. The pedal is very nice with smooth action. The bobbin is intact and working, even the filligree looks great. The needle post is missing, but easily replaced. The manual wheel turns perfectly, the needle moves up and down freely and the underside is free from build up, looking great as can be seen in the photos. The belt is in need of replacement, but is readily available at most sewing shops. The original case is included and works! The wood verneer has some signs of age but looks over all very nice. Singer Sewing Machine w/Walnut case and key. Lots of Attachments, Mfd. in 1926. Nice vintage Singer sewing machine. One of the early electric ones(I would recommend that the power cord be replaced for safety reasons) This machine was manufactured in 1926 based upon the serial number table I referenced online. The black metal arm controls the speed which one operates with their knee. Knee pedal is attached inside the cover, along with the oil can. Some of the graphics on the sewing machine have been worn away. Be sure to look at all pictures. Graphics on the Bent Wood cover still looks great. Wood handle and mount on case in great shape. There are no cracks. Splits or missing pieces in this Bentwood case you can see from looking at it, but underneath it is a little rough, be sure to look at all pictures. The key to the case comes with it as ... morewell. Case is 17.5" long by 8.5" wide by 13" tall. Authentic antique Singer toy sewing machine no. 20 for children 1926 model
Up for auction is an authentic Singer sewing machine no. 20. It is a working mini sewing machine from the early to mid 1900s designed to teach young girls to sew. The original box and instructions are included. It was given to me by my grandmother. So I don't know much about it. As far as I can tell, it is the 1926 model because it has numbers stamped on it showing where the thread goes(although I don't think the machine itself is that old) I do know that it is not the Turkish remake from the 1970s. It is in 100% working order and includes the table clamp. The machine is in good shape for its age, but does show rust in a few places. The box and instructions are both in pretty rough shape, to say the least(see pictures) The instructions do have, as far as I can tell, all their original pages. Machine has been oiled, new belts installed, and is ready to sew. This machine was built on January 26, 1926 at Elizabeth, New Jersey. There is some surface rust on the cast iron base, some minor missing veneer, and the decals are worn. All the drawer locks work with a small screw driver. It could be restored, but it can be used as is. There is a scanned copy operator manual and a scanned copy of the button hole attachment manual. Also includes the following attachments: 4 rufflers. 3 tuckers, 2 adjustable hemmers, seam guide, gathering foot, extra bobbins, needles, foot hemmer. There is a nice WORKING button hole attachment. The only attachment listed in the operator manual NOT ... moreINCLUDED is the embroidery/darning tool and feed cover plate(although the button hole plate would work as a feed cover plate) A couple other parts I'm not sure what they are. This is an old antique 1926 Singer sewing machine. Serial number Y378854. This belonged to my great grandmother(according to my mom) She gave it to my mother, who learned to sew on this unit, and that was back in the early-mid 1950's. I don't know the model of this unit, and don't know what its worth. For sale is a 1926 Singer Sewing Machine that is portable and comes with the original wooden case. First. I would just like to say that this is perhaps one of the most beautiful pieces I have ever had the opportunity to sell. The patterns are very ornate and still in wonderful condition. They are much nicer than some patterns you see on many similar year models. It comes with everything pictured. I do not have a key for the case but a small flat screwdriver works perfectly which I will include with purchase or you can always buy one here on eBay as well. For sale is a very ornate singer table top sewing machine made in 1926 according to the serial number"AB195939" It is in working condition as you can see from this video I have posted on youtube of it here: As I have mentioned. This model is unlike many other sewing machines that you will see from this era due to the great level of detail put into it. As you can see from the pictures, the images almost appear to have a reflective gold colored leafing in them. Even the plating on the side has amazing detail engraved. It is still in good condition although there are a few scuffs and scratches here and there as is expected with time. The case is in ok condition but shows wear as expected. The base has a crack(as Pictured) but it is not noticeable unless the entire machine is flipped upside down. Singer Sewing Machine Cabinet "Catch All Basket" "Oil Drip Pan" AA Mach 1926
Hello- here is a REAL NICE oil pan or catch-all basket from a 1926 AA series Singer electric sewing machine. This is the Singer that came in a"table" with a shallow drawer) This is pretty small compared to treadle drip pans. It measures 14.5 inches wide and 13.5(when measured on the"curve" There are 2 small hinges included and also the 8 screws you will need. All I did with this item was wipe it off a few times with a slightly damp rag. Then. Wait a day or 2 for drying. Repeat, dry again. After about 3 times- the rag comes out clean- then dry again for 3 or 4 days. I then apply Old English(lightly) wipe off. Wait a few days- reapply. Wait. Well- you get the idea. Restored 1926 Singer 99 Sewing Machine Bentwood Case Knee Bar Sews Very Well
this auction/listing is for a: Beautiful Nicely Restored& Serviced 1926 Singer Model 99 Sewing Machine in a Bentwood Case with the original Knee Bar Power Controller. this machine Sews Very Well[even though my pics don't have the most detail& when i spun the sew test around(to act like a reverse stitch/sew-off in some spots) i wasn't all that careful with trying to put the stitches exactly back on the other stitches' line.i don't think i even kept the needle down in the fabric for these doubled stitch segments] it's powered by a Singer B.U.7-A.6 amp motor that runs strongly& well now. from above: i restored& serviced this Singer 1926 model 99 electric motor powered sewing machine. It's bentwood carrying case, knee bar, power controller& light. the machine and case still have some wear& minor ... moredamage from use that i have not been able to fix or improve. overall though, for my 1st complete fix-up of a machine& it's case, the results are quite good and a big improvement from where i started with this machine. here are the restoration details for this machine: i stained, cleaned, and fixed up the case(the stain had a sealant in it, so the case is smooth to the touch& shiny and not sticky/i stained the inside of the case& base also)re-painted(the paint has a rougher finish than original japanning& clear coat, but it still looks good and perhaps even more antique-like) replaced all the decals, put 2 coats of polyurethane on machine and belt guard.completely rewired, cleaned-up& adjusted the light, motor, knee bar controller mechanism& replaced the power cord.repainted the original knee bar(which fits snugly and works well with this machine now)thoroughly cleaned machine parts, case parts(painted internal metal parts) polished chrome& etc.wound bobbin.sew tested and adjusted(sews very well.nice straight stitch)new winder tire, spool pin felt, needle.refurbished the original motor, which runs strongly& very well now.added 4 new rubber feet

Antique Singer 1926 Dome-top Sewing Machine AB Series
Antique Singer Dome Case sewing machine. AB260164. Runs, but I did not try sewing with it. Light works. Cord appears to be redone. Metal bar is rusty. The case has some scratches and wear and there is no key to fit the lid to the base. Since it is so heavy, local pick-up would be cheapest, but I am willing to ship it any way you choose.

Antique Vintage 1926 Singer Sewing Machine Serial # AB175073
Good used condition. Does show wear marks from use. It may work, but haven't tried. I acquired the machine from an elderly woman, don't know the history, was going to do a project I don't have the time for now. I do have the table top, cast iron base and drawers also listed separately.
