One of the pegs is a little bit loose but I’m sure it could be tightened. Really nothing serious at all. It folds or adjusts into numerous different positions, as you can see in the pictures. Adjusted like you see in the very first picture, it measures approximately 23 inches tall by 25 inches at its widest. Antique Victorian Mahogany Washstand Hall Table Stand

Circa date, 1890, Condition, Good, Wood, Mahogany, Dimensions, Width- 42" Depth- 20.5" Height- 31" Price includes free shipping! Made in England, Victorian era, Circa 1890, Mahogany, Hidden drawer, Carved leg, Dovetailed drawer, Some normal wear to top, Age splits and old repairs to apron, A wonderful antique specimen from England around 1890. This hall table was probably once used as a washstand. But today would function perfectly in a foyer, entryway, hallway, or stairwell. The mahogany has a particularly nice patina to it that can only come with age. The piece features a hidden drawer in the middle for a little bit of storage room. The nicely carved front leg gives the table ... moresome pizazz while the clean lines of the piece don't over do it. The drawer is dovetailed, a sign of high quality craftsmanship. There are a few age splits and old repairs in the apron shown in the photos. These are purely cosmetic phenomenon and do not affect the structural integrity of the piece. The top also shows wear marks consistent with age and has a faded ring to the right side. Overall the table is quite sturdy and would make a wonderful addition to any home. The top is a beautiful patinated mahogany. It is in good condition. You can see the slight ring to the right side. The top does show signs of wear consistent with age in the form of tiny dings all over the surface some of which can be seen here. The wonderfully carved leg is supportive and good looking. The hidden drawer pulls out to reveal some storage space. The drawer is dovetailed. A sign of high quality craftsmanship. Both sides have similar slight age separations and repairs on the apron. 1800s Antique Victorian Etagere - Walnut, Marble, Tall MIrror
This is a spectacular carved Victorian Etagere from the 1800s. It would be stunning in a grand entrance or foyer with a high ceiling. I understand this piece to be Walnut. I am not sure if it is an English or American. Excellent condition. But the mirror has been replaced. One small split in a section of wood just above the marble top. One drawer which is almost hidden by design. This etagere is currently safe in climate controlled storage. If I had anywhere to properly display this item in my home, I would not be selling it. It's really something special, and the price is very low for an antique of this quality. Charming antique quilt stand or rack. Classic Victorian stick-and-ball design. Beautifully bent dome shape at the top of each side. Two whimsically curved feet support the structure. Overall. The stand is in good estate condition. One rail is missing from the piece. For the most part the stand is sturdy, but it does wobble a little end to end. No wobble side to side. Some wear to feet. This late Victorian corner etegere/what not shelved stand is in great found original condition. The walnut wood finish is original and has a fine patina. The pierced. Reticulated wood workings are detailed and ornate. Each shelf has a scalloped edge on it(on the second shelf an approx. two inch piece is missing) The marquetry inlay from the softer fruitwoods is hand cut and then embedded into each shelf surface. The inlay on each graduated shelf is in great condition. The entire piece is tight, and I have found no repairs, breaks or other damage. Plant stand has a double beveled edge round top that is approximately 11 1/2 inches in diameter and stands approximately 29 1/4 inches tall. It has a turned center pillar. Arched tripod and shaped legs. Stand is in excellent vintage condition and is very sturdy and solid with no repairs. It has its original finish with a great patina. But does have some imperfections and normal signs of wear on the top due to its age. Original Victorian ~ ONYX& BRONZE ETAGERE DISPLAY STAND WITH ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL ONYX SHELF INSERTS AND FINIALS ~ This amazing Victorian etagere was acquired out of wonderful Midwest Victorian estate. It is by far the nicest example that we have ever had the opportunity to offer for auction. The display stand measures 68 inches tall by 40 inches wide by 14 inches deep. The over all condition is quite nice with the exception of one missing mirror" easy replacement" The patina is 100% all original and we left it in untouched& uncleaned condition, just as it was when discovered in the estate. All seven of the original onyx shelves and fancy finials are in nice condition, with only expected natural inclusions. We have seen several of the smaller plant stands that were similar ... morein design, but never anything this exceptional. This ornate etagere would have been quite expensive to purchase, when it was new over some 100 or so years ago. I would imagine that very few could afford such a fine luxury as this, and not many were ever made. It does have numbers and some markings on the back. We are fairly certain that it was made out East, possibly New York, and around the 1880's- 1890's era. It is certainly well over a 100 years old! The casting in as nice as you will see, and they can not even come close in the newer reproductions they attempt to make. The mirror is beveled and in very good condition with some minor light spotting in areas. The coat hooks seem to be cast iron with a gold finish and are all excellent. There are beautifully carved accents all the way around the mirror. There is one small wooden scroll applique missing behind the lower right hook. It's not obvious at all; I did notice it when closely inspected. But the coat hook hides it well and the piece that is missing was very small. There is a stamp on the back that says Lous F. Estate Treasure. Up for auction is a Victorian highly carved hall tree. It dates back to the mid 1800's. It is walnut and the finish has ebonized. It is in very good condition for it's age. The small diamond shaped mirror at the top is spotted and streaked and a piec of molding around th mirror is missing. The small 1/2 moon mirror near the top is in great condition and the large beveled mirror is great with very slight haziness(it measures 39" H by 17-1/2" W) The marble shelf has some small flea bite chips along the edge and one larger chip on the back edge next to the wood(it is 8" by 14" There are no coat hooks and it does not appear to have ever had any. ANTIQUE VINTAGE CANE UMBRELLA PLANT STAND OCTAGONAL MAHOGANY VICTORIAN BEDPOST
24" tall. 11" diameter cane or umbrella stand. Octagonal column is constructed of solid mahogany boards, molding around the bottom is also mahogany, four feet are veneered. I think that this stand was made from the bottom section of a mid-Victorian bed post from a tester bed. If you are familiar with beds made by cabinetmakers like Mallard or Lee, the octagonal form was very popular. For whatever reason(fashion, low ceilings) a bed was taken apart and the lowest section of a bedpost was repurposed as a hall stand with the addition of four scroll feet- that look like they came from a Victorian footstool and two handles on the side that look like sections of molding. The reconfiguration was not done recently- the nails holding the feet in show some surface rust and the screws attaching the bottom panel are not new either. The reimagining ... moreof the bedpost was probably done in the mid 20th century or before. It makes an interesting history and I think it makes a very handsome and impressive looking stand for your canes or umbrellas. It would make a great stand for a fern or other houseplant too. The finish on the wood is old. The mahogany has a lovely dark red color. There is finish wear and some scratches and marks, the veneer is quite worn on the feet. There is a split on one of the eight panels that would be an easy fix with wood glue and some strap clamps. Antique 1890's Victorian Hall Seat/Tree w/Mirror Massive! Hand Carved Oak Fancy!
Congratulations! You are bidding on a magnificent antique Victorian 1890's Hall seat/tree with bevelled mirror. This one-of-a-kind hall seat is made of solid oak with quarter sawn arms that end in hand carved lions' heads. It has claw feet and decorative carvings on the curved skirt and mirror surround. It has four decorative metal brackets for hanging hats around the mirror. It also has a deep storage seat. Quite frankly. It has the look and feel of a throne! It has been restored with an oak stain and satin polyeurothane finish in order to stand up to the rigors of daily use. It does have one area where the wood panels have separated slightly in the middle of the back of the seat(see pics) but it in no way takes away from the overall look of the piece. This is a fantastic antique hall mirror hat rack with three large curvy double hooks. The frame has been refinished in mahogany and is in excellent condition. The mirror is beveled. Has no cracks or chips, but has some streakiness and cloudiness throughout due to age. There is a newer cardboard backing and two hangers attached to the back for wall hanging.
