This lamp is smaller than most slag table lamps and measures 19 ½” tall by 7 ¾” in diameter around the base. The matching six-sided shade measures 13 ¼” wide by 5 ¾” tall. The pattern on the Lamp and the Shade depict large leaves and flowers. The base and the spelter shade retains its original applied bronze patina, which is in very good condition. The socket and spider are original, but the pull chain is an old replacement. Number 260 is marked on the bottom of the base along with the Bradley and Hubbard triangle mark, and “Pat Oct. 20, 06.” The slag glass panels are all original and have no damages, plus this lamp works.

The base is not signed. I am not an expert on Handel lamps but I believe at least the socket is replaced as it is by a company Monowatt, I do not believe Handel used Monowatt sockets. It is possible that the entire base is a suitable replacement. The brass lamp base with 10" spider is in great condition and is weighted at the bottom for sturdiness. The shade is free from chips, cracks or repairs and together they stand beautifully and casts a romantic warm light into the room.

Simple but beautiful. This is an antique C-1910 Mission Arts& Crafts oak hall tree in great condition. I did lightly sand. Touch the spots with stain and put a coat of vanish on to freshen up the finish. The seat was cracked so that was glued, lightly sanded, and stained with a coat of varnish. The hardware is original, the mirror is original but with spotting and slightly foggy but it gives it a old look. The boards on the sides have gaps(look at the pictures) Sooo this is pretty original. 19TH CEN. ANTIQUE VICTORIAN GOTHIC ARTS & CRAFTS TWISTED CAST IRON TRELLIS STAND
19TH CENTURY ANTIQUE VICTORIAN GOTHIC ARTS& CRAFTS ERA TWISTED CAST IRON TRELLIS-POLE STAND WITH TWISTED IRON FINIAL. The stand would serve as a decorative element-it is circa mid-to-late 1800s in the Arts& Crafts period& design with raised relief deep inset iron scroll work. A central twisted-trellis iron rod, and a twisted iron ring finial at top which is lovely and quite large. The iron finial twists onto top threaded rod-see close-up pic provided of this area-there is a nut or iron washer-or something of that nature missing/absent as there is a space between the finial and the end of the rod where you can see threads-the finial fits on well but a washer or something similar would make up the space and cover the exposed threads-please see pics provided of this feature described. Please view all pics. The central rod which is ... morelovely twisted cast iron like a trellis fits into and screws into the base which is original to the rod(see pics) Not bent-it is straight-tight-and intact. The base is lovely with inset and raised relief of open work of scrolls roping on edges-4 large bands-and a center folwer or fleur-de-lis shapes(see close-up pic provided) Measures approx. 26.25" tall x 7" wide(at base of stand) Slight surface rust with no deep corrosion. No cracks or chips-not bent or broken, very good used period condition, clean& unsoiled. I do not know what this was used for, the finial could be re-purposed and the stand made into a table or something-or simply enjoyed as an cast iron antique 19th century Arts& Crafts Gothic influence statement, for collection, display, re-purposing, etc. smoke/pet free home. Antique 1900's Ball Stick Arts & Crafts Solid Oak Hall Tree Coat Rack Seat WOW!!
Up or auction is an INCREDIBLE antique late 1890's-1920's Arts& Crafts Ball& Stick solid oak hall tree. This is a wonderful example of ball and stick design. There are 5! beveled glass mirrors and wonderful carvings to go with the top. Middle and lower ball& stick galleries. So much work went into this. There is a hammered brass umbrella stand with barley twist bars to hold the tops. There are WONDERFUL Eastlake style coat hangers all present and matching. The are mounted to turned wood disks that float with sticks inside a wood frame. There is a real show piece hand carved oak detail of raised rectangles at the main center that is just incredible to think it was hand carved. Two matching sun ray designs are above and below the mirror. Lastly there is a wonderful little drawer below the seat with telling joinery that dates ... morethis to the machine age. The corner joints are routered pins and holes in half round circles(Anyone who knows the name of this joinery I would love to know) This piece measures 83" tall x 29" wide x 16" deep. It is not a huge piece. In fact I believe the top crown to have been added to give height to this piece. I only have a very slight color change to go by and VERY WELL may be wrong but perhaps the house this was going into needed a little more height. There are little flame points at the top and ball and stick with the square posts matching perfectly so it is an old addition if at all. You can see how it would look with out it as this comes right out of its four mount holes. This is a piece to see in person. I would never hold you to an auction for a piece of furniture that you only saw pictures of. Feel free to bid and if this piece isn't as incredible to you and I think it is. Monumental Hall Tree A Large piece of Lodge Furniture. This piece measures 8 ft. 1/2 inch tall and is 6 ft. 10 1/2 in. wide by 27 in. deep. It was constructed in a way that the right portion can be detached from the body in order to facilitate moving of the piece through doorways and passages. This piece was built around 1900 in the Mission or Arts& Crafts style of the era and was intended as a ceremonial piece for a Fraternal Lodge. It was later modified into a Hall Tree with 3 hinged seat lids for storage. Construction: Constructed of solid hardwood(species unknown) and veneered wood, stained a dark mahogany hue. All original leather had been professionally replaced with new beautiful split cowhide upholstery leather.The backside of the upholstered headrest on all three seats had been replaced with a thin plywood backing.
