Rare Antique Mahogany Hat & Coat Rack Wall Hanging Adjustable Wood
Up for auction is this exquisite antique hat and coat rack. I could see this in a fine clothing shoppe or gentleman's parlor. Just so beautifully made and quite ingenious. Too. The four hat stands plus all the pegs swing open and close to desired position. Made of mahogany wood, it has survived in wonderful condition. There is some age to the finish as shown, as well as one bottom peg was replaced sometime during its life. I think this adds to the charm of the item, but you are to decide. With the hat stands in the straight out position, the rack measures approx. 38" w x 30 1/2" h x 8" d. I have been in the antique business for quite some time and have never come across a hanging hat and coat rack like this! Just a great find. Shipping is $29 across US connecting states.

Antique Victorian Carved Hanging Shelf Perfect to display a Large Clock- Charger or Curio Circa 1880 DESCRIPTION A charming Victorian antique shelf. This is circa 1880's, an original and still in very good condition. Made of walnut a handsome grain and reddish in coloring. This has carved supports to the shaped platform of the shelf. And two little drop finials at the front corners on the underside of the shelf. This still has the old heavy metal hangers attached to the back for securing to the wall. We've looped some picture wire through them to show this displayed on a wall. The shelf surface is good and wide and deep and the entire piece is very strong and sturdy and heavy. Weighs 6 lbs. So perfect for displaying a large clock, a charger, a statue or other curio. Size: 15-1/4" long- 18" wide across the shelf- 10-1/4" ... moredeep- shelf is 1" thick CONDITION Very Good condition with a lovely patina. Shows good wear. A light area on the top of the shelf from use, and a few little nicks to the wood here and there, all as expected with a shelf of this age. Antique Cast Iron 6 Hook Wall Coat Hat Rack Wood Primitive Vintage Hanging Metal
Antique Coat Rack This is a fantastic old cast iron and wood rack for coats and hats. There are six cast iron hooks that have some marvelous detail. There are two cast iron loops on either side to hang this on the wall. In addition there are a couple holes in the wood where it was secured. This likely dates back to the late 1800's or early 1900's. This is in solid condition and ready for use. Both the wood and the hooks do show some age which adds to its primitive charm. A wonderful victorian Eastlake style ebonized/ black hanging wall cabinet. Overall dimensions are approximately 26 inches by 32 inches. The cabinet has a beveled glass door with key. Great lines to cabinet with some incised design. Ball and other wonderful victorian design. There is some wear to finish with a few wood chips. There is one half circle ornamentation missing, as noted in phot, on the very back right side of cabinet. This can readily be replaced or left as is. You don't really see it.
