But i am not sure, could be the ... moreearly 1900s?There are no markings on it that i can see. The Hall Tree is in excellent condition, is very solid, and has a nice aged Patina look. It is about 82-3/4" tall, 24 to 26" wide(at different levels) and 15" deep. The Beveled Mirror is about 17 1/4" wide and 35" high and in very good condition for its age. There are 6 Coat, Cap Hooks, the two on top are Butterfly Hooks( unusual& rare) see picture 5, I have never seen these before or after we got this one) I don't know if they were on the Hall Tree from day one or if someone added them later, they are old and they compliment the attractive decorative carvings on top, plus they do match the cutout pattern above the seat perfectly.see picture 3) The Bench Seat has storage space under the lid. There are no major issues with the Hall Tree. Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to see it. I am offering this as local pickup only. This majestic 19th century piece is positively stunning and features an ornately carved crest. Raised panels of burl walnut, carved rosettes, incised carvings, the original mirrors and the original recessed beveled edge marble top, with shaped walnut display shelves flanking the center mirror. Truly a grand statement piece you would be proud to showcase in your home. This fabulous étagère measures 105 1/2 inches( 8' 9 1/2" in total height. Height to the marble at the base is 29 3/4 inches, with a total width of 54 inches and total depth at the base of 19 inches and this étagère weighs approximately 250 lbs total but does dis-assemble into 3 pieces for easier handling during shipping and moving. The original mirror at the center measures 46 3/4 inches in height by 22 1/2 inches wide. This Victorian étagère is in fantastic antique condition. The original mirrors do show some mild spidering silver loss as common with old mirrors. And the original white beveled edge recessed marble top has no chips or cracks but does have some mild discoloration as age appropriate. There is also a small age shrinkage area to the wood by the bottom mirror on the right side see picture of close-up, and a piece of burl veneer missing on the left side towards the back; see close up picture. Neither of these affects the integrity or beauty this elegant piece offers. The locks are intact on the drawer and the cabinet below but the key provided just aids in opening the drawer and the cabinet. The small diamond shaped mirror at the top is spotted and streaked and a piec of molding around th mirror is missing. The small 1/2 moon mirror near the top is in great condition and the large beveled mirror is great with very slight haziness(it measures 39" H by 17-1/2" W) The marble shelf has some small flea bite chips along the edge and one larger chip on the back edge next to the wood(it is 8" by 14" There are no coat hooks and it does not appear to have ever had any. As with any antique furniture there are going to be some character flaws but I have pointed out everything even slightly major. It stands 89" tall. 23" wide, and 10" deep. This piece came from Europe and is truly Baroque style. This is very ornately hand carved. The drip pans for the umbrella stands are missing and there is a split in the bottom shelf that runs across where the drip pans would be. There are 4 wooden dowels that serve as racks to hold hats or coats on the upper portion of the stand. Originally I believe there were 6 racks but looks like 2 are missing. ... moreThere is a long oval mirror in the center upper portion of the back. The mirror looks very old. It may be the original mirror. There is a lot of discoloration around the edges of the mirror. There is a glove box in the center of the stand with a hinged lid. There are bun feet on the front. This item is in great condition for being 200 years old however it is antique and will not be perfect. I do not know the exact age or who made it. This stand measures 76 7/8 inches tall, 30 ¾ inches side to side and 14 ¾ inches front to back. It weighs 54 pounds. We do have more photographs that we can email if you are interested. This is a very nice antique oak hall tree. I'm not sure of the exact date. But likely very early 1900s. I believe it to be an American made piece. It is made of solid quarter sawn oak. It has been refinished. Pretty carving work at the top. Mirror and hooks appear original. Beveled mirror is in excellent condition with one small area near the top showing de-silvering. Drip pan is missing, but one could be added. Hall tree is in very good to excellent condition overall. A narrow piece for a small area! This lovely 19th century Hat/ Coat Rack features beautiful two toned walnut.Pierced carvings& rosettes, 7 turned hat/ coat pegs and a sweet little lift up storage compartment below the mirror. This hall rack measures 52 1/2 inches in height.33 inches wide and 7 1/4 inches in total depth and weighs approximately 25 lbs. The mirror portion measures 16 1/4 inches high by 9 1/2 inches wide. Each of the turned hat coat hooks protrude out 5 3/4 inches and the little storage compartment measures 14 1/4 inches wide by 6 inches deep. for sale is a very large quartersawn oak hall tree or hall bench with a mirror big enough to be called a pier mirror. it has very nice quartersawn flake throughout the entire piece. mirror is original and is beveled and shows a tiny big of silver loss and some smokiness. it has nice carvings at various places that can be seen. it has neat arms and arm supports that are very thick. Estate Treasure. Up for auction is a Victorian highly carved hall tree. It dates back to the mid 1800's. It is walnut and the finish has ebonized. It is in very good condition for it's age. The small diamond shaped mirror at the top is spotted and streaked and a piec of molding around th mirror is missing. The small 1/2 moon mirror near the top is in great condition and the large beveled mirror is great with very slight haziness(it measures 39" H by 17-1/2" W) The marble shelf has some small flea bite chips along the edge and one larger chip on the back edge next to the wood(it is 8" by 14" There are no coat hooks and it does not appear to have ever had any. As with any antique furniture there are going to be some character flaws but I have pointed out everything even slightly major. It stands 89" tall. 23" ... morewide, and 10" deep. Congratulations! You are bidding on a magnificent antique Victorian 1890's Hall seat/tree with bevelled mirror. This one-of-a-kind hall seat is made of solid oak with quarter sawn arms that end in hand carved lions' heads. It has claw feet and decorative carvings on the curved skirt and mirror surround. It has four decorative metal brackets for hanging hats around the mirror. It also has a deep storage seat. Quite frankly. It has the look and feel of a throne! This is an absolutely beautiful solid walnut Victorian hall tree/umbrella stand. It measures 73 inches tall. 32 inches wide at the base and 26 inches wide at the top. It has the original mirror which measures 19x11 and a dove-tailed drawer with the original 12x8 marble shelf. There are six'dowel' hangers and two copper lined insets for your umbrellas. The sides are decoratively carved and there is a carved front inset. The top has a carved applique. It has been refinished with a natural stain and four coats of tung oil. The piece is in excellent condition with no'dings' or scratches. The mirror does show some wear. It is available for pick-up in the Louisa and/or Kilmarnock, VA area.

For your consideration is this Very Nice Antique Oak Entry Hall Tree. I have been told it dates back to the late 1800s. But i am not sure, could be the early 1900s?There are no markings on it that i can see. The Hall Tree is in excellent condition, is very solid, and has a nice aged Patina look. It is about 82-3/4" tall, 24 to 26" wide(at different levels) and 15" deep. The Beveled Mirror is about 17 1/4" wide and 35" high and in very good condition for its age. There are 6 Coat, Cap Hooks, the two on top are Butterfly Hooks( unusual& rare) see picture 5, I have never seen these before or after we got this one) I don't know if they were on the Hall Tree from day one or if someone added them later, they are old and they compliment the attractive decorative carvings on top, plus they do match the cutout pattern ... moreabove the seat perfectly.see picture 3) The Bench Seat has storage space under the lid. Here's a FANTASTIC antique hall tree/ coat rack/ seat bench from the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. I'd say it was made c1890s to c1910. It's in EXCELLENT condition with it's original hardware. Finish and handsome beveled class mirror. The seat lifts for a storage area, however the bottom section within is mission and can easily be replaced for resumed use and not be at all visible either way unless one lifts up the seat. If this were for sale at an antiques store it would easily be priced over $450 to $550 and is worth every bit of that. It came from an old New England home. Hall tree has small drawer which is uncovered. I think it is supposed to have a marble top. The coat and hat hooks are very antique looking. The top of the mirror needs attention but as a whole. The hall tree is in good shape and beautiful.

Actually replicates the wood of a tree! This is a pierced cast iron hall tree with the original oval mirror in the middle. The base has a removable shell that has has"Pat'd Nov 16'58" in raised letters that grows up the notched trunk to ornate branches and leaves that sport 8 double hooks. There is no maker's mark. The hall tree is missing a 2 ring umbrella stand. It has age appropriate patina with a small amount of rust. The mirror has a bit of silvering.
