The size of the looking glass is 15 inches by 24 inches. The dove tail drawer has had a knob replaced, but I didn’t even notice it at first. It is in really nice original condition. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 17 inches deep on the base, 21 inches high to the marble, and 98 inches high to the top. The mirror glass alone measures 18 ¾” in width and 39” in height. The beautiful finish on this hall tree appears to be original and the patina of the rich walnut wood is absolutely fabulous! This gorgeous Walnut Victorian Renaissance Revival Period Marble Top Hall Tree is adorned with a magnificent incised and dimensionally carved spade and scroll center crown with carved center shield along with elegant drapes and a fancy pediment that consists of crown moulding. Along with raised burl panel accents. The shoulder area beneath the crown is graced with fully turned drop finials. The mirror is framed in beautiful moulding. Eight lovely period turned wooden hat and coat posts are found on this beautiful Hall Tree. These lovely posts are separated by elegant vertical-linear raised burl panels which further accent the beautiful mirrored body of this exquisite hall-tree. The area above the removable original white marble table top with scalloped and beveled edges is adorned with small raised burl panels along with horizontal picture frame moulding. The marble is in very good condition with just some very minor chips on the underside corners of the marble which simply add character to its beauty and elegance. Storage opportunity is found in the dovetailed center drawer with picture frame moulding details and period carved wooden pulls. This majestic 19th century piece is positively stunning and features an ornately carved crest. Raised panels of burl walnut, carved rosettes, incised carvings, the original mirrors and the original recessed beveled edge marble top, with shaped walnut display shelves flanking the center mirror. Truly a grand statement piece you would be proud to showcase in your home. This fabulous étagère measures 105 1/2 inches( 8' 9 1/2" in total height. Height to the marble at the base is 29 3/4 inches, with a total width of 54 inches and total depth at the base of 19 inches and this étagère weighs approximately 250 lbs total but does dis-assemble into 3 pieces for easier handling during shipping and moving. The original mirror at the center measures 46 3/4 inches in height by 22 1/2 inches wide. This Victorian étagère is in fantastic antique condition. The original mirrors do show some mild spidering silver loss as common with old mirrors. And the original white beveled edge recessed marble top has no chips or cracks but does have some mild discoloration as age appropriate. There is also a small age shrinkage area to the wood by the bottom mirror on the right side see picture of close-up, and a piece of burl veneer missing on the left side towards the back; see close up picture. Neither of these affects the integrity or beauty this elegant piece offers. The locks are intact on the drawer and the cabinet below but the key provided just aids in opening the drawer and the cabinet. This splendid hall tree features fabulous pierced carvings. Burl walnut accents, brass hat/ coat hooks, its original marble top and the original fancy iron drip pans that are each embossed on the inside" S.F.Co.Cin.O" This fine 19th century hall tree measures 78 3/4 inches in height from the floor to the very top. Height from the floor to the top of the marble measures 27 3/4 inches, with a total width of 37 inches and a total depth at the base of 11 inches and this hall tree weighs approximately 70 lbs. The mirror measures 19 1/4 inches by 11 inches and the marble measures 14 inches wide by 10 1/4 inches deep. Each of the iron drip pans measures 6 1/2 inches by ... more7 1/2 inches. This is a very nice gold pier mirror that is in two sections. The top mirror part hangs on the wall and rests on the mable top base. Combined the piece measures approximatley 108 1/2" tall and 39 1/4" wide. The top mirror frame is 89 1/2" x 37" The mirror is 73 1/2" x 26 1/2" The mable is 39 1/4" x 14 1/2" and the base that it sits on is 38 1/2" wide x 17 3/4" deep. Just what the title says. Here's a real nice Antique Late Victorian Marble Top Brass/Gilded Iron Plant/Lamp Table/Stand. This stand is in very solid condition. Cosmetically. I't as good as it gets in antique furniture. There's no damage, no repairs. It's in wonderful original condition with a great patina. The marble is in great shape as well. Thereare 2 very minor super ficial nics on the edge. They can barely be fet to the touch. There shown in the pics and hardly visible. I don't sell suprises. So while they're minor issues, I mention them. I'll estimate this piece around the turn of the 20th century in age. The stand is 30" high. It's 12 1/2" at the widest bend in the legs. The tag reads"COLBY'S 18652" I discovered that Colby's Home Furnishings was a major high end Chicago furniture retailer. Originally a furniture maker started in 1868. They are also stamped"Made in France" in the wood. I believe these are late 19th century. Beautiful marble top and Bronze mounts and trim. Compressed bun feet. This majestic 19th century piece is positively stunning and features an ornately carved crest. Raised panels of burl walnut, carved rosettes, incised carvings, the original mirrors and the original recessed beveled edge marble top, with shaped walnut display shelves flanking the center mirror. Truly a grand statement piece you would be proud to showcase in your home. This fabulous étagère measures 105 1/2 inches( 8' 9 1/2" in total height. Height to the marble at the base is 29 3/4 inches, with a total width of 54 inches and total depth at the base of 19 inches and this étagère weighs approximately 250 ... morelbs total but does dis-assemble into 3 pieces for easier handling during shipping and moving. The original mirror at the center measures 46 3/4 inches in height by 22 1/2 inches wide. This Victorian étagère is in fantastic antique condition. The original mirrors do show some mild spidering silver loss as common with old mirrors. And the original white beveled edge recessed marble top has no chips or cracks but does have some mild discoloration as age appropriate. There is also a small age shrinkage area to the wood by the bottom mirror on the right side see picture of close-up, and a piece of burl veneer missing on the left side towards the back; see close up picture. Neither of these affects the integrity or beauty this elegant piece offers. Antique Chinese 19th Century Marble Top Teak/Rosewood Plant Stand Highly Ornate
For your consideration is this gorgeously crafted and highly ornate. 19th century Chinese plant stand. It is either constructed of rosewood or teak. The shelf is fit with an octagon shaped marble top. The approximate measurements are 36" tall, 17" wide at the widest point, and 13-1/2" wide across the top. As for condition: This beautiful piece is in overall good condition for its age with normal age wear although the following are areas with other damage: Unfortunately. There is one foot missing. This does not interfere with its stability, but presents a visual weakness. There is also on the top decorated edge of the table top where the balls circle the complete edge around it. There are two small wood shaped balls the have a small chip on them, there is another ball that half is broken off. See photos. There is a hairline ... morecrack on one edge of the marble top(see image 9) On the inside bottom. Someone has re-glued around the legs most likely to make the stand sturdier. There is piece missing on one side in the center bottom of the ornate skirt that connected one side of a flower to the side of another flower. See photo. I approximate this missing piece at about one-half inch. Having presented the condition. One would have to still say this highly ornate piece is still spectacular and stunning. There is a plant stand very similar to this one that recently sold on eBay for close to $2,000 and some sellers are currently asking for more. However, to make a fair and proper adjustment for the condition issues this lovely piece has, we have opted to open the bidding at a much lower price to leave room for the owner to have the problem areas repaired if desired. Personally, I would put that leg with the missing toward a wall or corner so it was hidden from view. It is a burl walnut trim that lifts down onto the outside perimeter of the ... morebeautiful rose quartz colored marble that sits upon a solid black walnut frame. Eastlake always amazed me because of how busy they are and how crazy they get with their carvings. As you can see. On this one, they used oversized finials on the fronts and corners, on the legs, and then they went to a little dainty one on the inside trim skirts, which are usually missing on these tables, but these are intact. It’s got multi-turned legs, cross brackets, carved shields, carved brackets, and just keeps going, down to the caster wheels. It has a solid black walnut center column that goes down into a reverse finial in the base. It is in a dark walnut stain. Even the skirts are extra-wide and heavily carved. This is in unbelievable condition, but it does have some flaws like nicks and dings after being around since the 1870s or so. The overall size is 28 inches long, 21 inches deep, and 30 inches deep. Rare Rosewood Victorian Credenza Pier Mirror Etagere Marble Top
Advertised as Victorian but it's more Regency. Either way it's a pretty piece. Rare model I haven't seen before. Very cool being rosewood and super clean, we have cleaned it from top to bottom to restore it's original finiks without damaging any value. Original white statuary marble and the acanthus leaves retain their original gold leaf finish. I really like that this is a relatively small piece in comparison to much of what we sell, grandpa taught me bigger, heavier is better but at 38 and moving 1000's of pieces a year I may switch buying techniques to things like this. We believe this piece to have its original 6 brass hat/ coat hooks that each measure 3 1/2 inches and it appears to have its original mirror which does show some slight silver loss as age appropriate but doesn't warrant replacing in my opinion. Antique Victorian Carved Walnut w/Marble Top Hall Tree
Purchased in the late 1990s from the Strasburg Emporium antique shop in Shenandoah valley in Virginia. Appears original finish from 1870s(a bit of a guess as no provenance was included with this piece) with nice patina. Beautiful chocolate marble top over single drawer. I tried to show the condition, which is overall good, there is some wear and tear as well as some separation at some joints due to shrinkage/drying. There appear to be two missing hat hooks, and the hall tree does not stand on its own in a very stable way, so I have a picture wire and a picture hook in the wall for extra stability. Other than that The piece is as I purchased it, a nice Victorian accent piece ready for your period home or shop display. XLNT Antique Brass & Marble Top B&H Bradley & Hubbard Two Tier Plant Stand Table
This is a fantastic original antique Bradley& Hubbard two tier marble top plant stand in excellent condition throughout. All brass is excellent with nothing broken or missing. All pieces screw tightly together, and both tiers are numbered 1577 underneath and the top is signed B&H under the marble piece. All brass pieces are incredibly ornate. The marble is also excellent with no cracks or noticeable chips, but one of the corners has a tiny flake missing, and the bottom edge where is rests on the stand has a few tiny flakes. The bottom of the marble has pencil markings that are difficult to read, but I can make out"Mrs. Henry Schmidt, Manitowoc, WIS" and it looks like it has a signature on the bottom.
