Just what the title says. Here's a real nice Antique Late Victorian Marble Top Brass/Gilded Iron Plant/Lamp Table/Stand. This stand is in very solid condition. Cosmetically. I't as good as it gets in antique furniture. There's no damage, no repairs. It's in wonderful original condition with a great patina. The marble is in great shape as well. Thereare 2 very minor super ficial nics on the edge. They can barely be fet to the touch. There shown in the pics and hardly visible. I don't sell suprises. So while they're minor issues, I mention them. I'll estimate this piece around the turn of the 20th century in age. The stand is 30" high. It's 12 1/2" at the widest bend in the legs. The top is 12" square overall and the marble is 8" square. Any collector would be proud to show this little gem ... moreoff. Decorators hope to find stuff in this condition. We were happy to find this little cast iron triple leg walnut top table that probably dates from the 1860s era in the local home we just ... moremoved. I couldn’t find a signature. But it looks like a Fiske. It’s three cast iron pedestals joined together in the center and the iron base is a little cockeyed in the center, because walnut is a soft hardwood, which cause the top to be repositioned over the years. The table top itself has a cutout notch molding and a few little cracks, and little imperfections, and one of the little nubs is missing. The cast iron itself has not been repaired or altered, and is really quite unique. The overall size of the table top, which is solid black walnut with a beveled edge, is 20 inches wide, 14 inches deep, and 28 inches high. The width across the cast iron legs is 15 inches. It’s a good cast iron furniture piece, and an excellent decorator item. Gas Lamp Table stand Pottery Porcelain Tile / Top 1890's Baltimore Maryland
This is a very nice circa 1890 gas lamp table my grandmother inherited from her aunt in Baltimore Maryland.This is gas lamp table but it would work great as a Electric lamp table because of the hole in the center of the Pottery/ Porcelain top. It measures about 30 inches tall and the top is 13 1/2 x 13 1/2 inches wide and 1 1/2 inch tall. It has a lovely floral bouquet I believe is hand painted in center of shelf at bottom(wonderfully Alligatored) The top is Porcelain/ Pottery with Gold trim and a lovely pink. Yellow and blue floral design also(very heavy) The top is not marked as to who the maker is. Unsure what type of wood it is but it appears to be faux grain painted and looks all original. The underside of the top wood side has a paper label that reads Shape A Finish 1051 H.B Co. Artistic Decorations with part of the label I am unable ... moreto read. Anitque louis xv lamp/hall table
I believe this is a Louis xv lamp or hall stand. The top is a 15" square and the widest part of the table is 17" The height is 30" I was told it was probably walnut. But am not sure. This belonged to my great grand parents and was used in their parlor with a fern plant on top. The finish had turned black and I recently removed the old finish and put some oil and wax on it.
