This item is in excellent condition with no missing or broken parts. It is made from solid walnut and is trimmed in ebony. It has beautiful incised cravings and open work. Which was so typical of this era. It was originally used to hold sheet music with a nice shelf on the bottom, but it can be used to hold magazines, newspapers, etc. It measures 21 1/2" high, 17" wide by 13" deep. This is a lovely. Walnut, plant or candle stand. It stands 32 1/2 inches tall. The top is 14 inches in diameter with some pretty carved work on the top. There are a few chips on the edges. The legs are very well carved. The stand dates to the late 1800's and is in the Eastlake style.

Antique Eastlake Victorian Quilt Rack; 19th Century, Walnut Towel Drying Stand
Up for bids we offer this Eastlake Victorian quilt rack in very good condition. Right out of an estate. This piece is all original and has not been restored. Made of walnut, the finish is well-preserved and not alligatored. This stand is still very sturdy and useful; it's not rickety or falling apart. It has three rods for hanging items on with two more matching ones at the bottom that serve as braces to keep the rack stable. As the photos show, it's ornate and would look great among other Victorian furniture but also is pretty enough to be used anywhere. It measures 23 inches long, 28 1/4 inches high and 10 5/8 inches wide. One small wooden peg-ornament is missing on one of the feet. A wonderful victorian Eastlake style ebonized/ black hanging wall cabinet. Overall dimensions are approximately 26 inches by 32 inches. The cabinet has a beveled glass door with key.
