It has a quartz color marble, burl ... morefront dove tail drawer, burl panels throughout, incise carving, floral relief carving, carvings all over, burl panels all over and a most unusual hat peg. It has a simulated metal cap on the front. It is nice and straight. The only thing I see wrong with it is that the back of the side pieces has a support brace missing on the left hand bracket, but other than that it is nice. We will detail out the cracked panel and make sure it is tight and sturdy prior to shipping. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 17 inches deep on the base, 21 inches high to the marble, and 98 inches high to the top. If you have 8 foot ceilings, you can remove the top crest to fit your space.

Made in England, Victorian era, Circa 1890, Mahogany, Hidden drawer, Carved leg, Dovetailed drawer, Some normal wear to top, Age splits and old repairs to apron, A wonderful antique specimen from England around 1890. This hall table was probably once used as a washstand. But today would function perfectly in a foyer, entryway, hallway, or stairwell. The mahogany has a particularly nice patina to it that can only come with age. The piece features a hidden drawer in the middle for a little bit of storage room. The nicely carved front leg gives the table ... moresome pizazz while the clean lines of the piece don't over do it. The drawer is dovetailed, a sign of high quality craftsmanship. There are a few age splits and old repairs in the apron shown in the photos. These are purely cosmetic phenomenon and do not affect the structural integrity of the piece. The top also shows wear marks consistent with age and has a faded ring to the right side. Overall the table is quite sturdy and would make a wonderful addition to any home. The top is a beautiful patinated mahogany. It is in good condition. You can see the slight ring to the right side. The top does show signs of wear consistent with age in the form of tiny dings all over the surface some of which can be seen here. The wonderfully carved leg is supportive and good looking. The hidden drawer pulls out to reveal some storage space. The drawer is dovetailed. A sign of high quality craftsmanship. Both sides have similar slight age separations and repairs on the apron. This is a spectacular carved Victorian Etagere from the 1800s. It would be stunning in a grand entrance or foyer with a high ceiling. I understand this piece to be Walnut. I am not sure if it is an English or American. Excellent condition. But the mirror has been replaced. One small split in a section of wood just above the marble top. One drawer which is almost hidden by design. This etagere is currently safe in climate controlled storage. If I had anywhere to properly display this item in my home, I would not be selling it. Antique Oak Victorian Stick and Ball Quilt Rack or Stand
Charming antique quilt stand or rack. Classic Victorian stick-and-ball design. Beautifully bent dome shape at the top of each side. Two whimsically curved feet support the structure. Overall. The stand is in good estate condition. One rail is missing from the piece. For the most part the stand is sturdy, but it does wobble a little end to end. No wobble side to side. Some wear to feet. Being offered for sale is this Splendid English Victorian Carved Oak Hall Tree/ Umbrella Stand with Carved Winged Dragons circa 1890's. This antique hall tree would make a fabulous foyer/ entrance way piece perfect for having those coats. Wraps, jackets and umbrellas conveniently at the door. We believe this hall tree stand to have its original finish and its original beveled mirror. This hall tree measures 85 inches in height.42 inches wide at widest point and 13 inches deep and weighs approximately 85 lbs. The actual mirror portion measures 23 inches in height by 14 3/4 inches wide.There are 10 original turned oak hall/ hat hooks that each project out 5 inches, and the original square metal drip pans at the base each measure 6 1/ 2 inches by 6 1/2 inches. The original finish does have wear and shows some loss in areas. And the mirror ... moredoes have some mild cloudiness and streaking as age appropriate. Walnut Rococo style Victorian shaving stand
This wonderful walnut shaving stand is in a Rococo revival style and was produced during the height of the Victorian period. It stands 70 inches to the top of the mirror. The case with the drawer is 17 inches across and 12 inches deep. The top of the case is 41 inches from the floor. The drawer is a nice dovetailed construction. The mirror moves front to back on a swivel. The mirror lifts out of the case and rests on a turned post. There is a split underneath the mirror on the seam. I believe it just needs to be tightened. Also. There is a circle on top of the case that looks like it may have been stained with something placed on it. Otherwise the piece is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. Reticulated wood workings are detailed and ornate. Southern Ohio estate, we are able to offer this exceptionally nice, and quite early, circa 1860's- 1880's era ~ VICTORIAN CAST IRON HALL TREE, UMBRELLA& CANE STAND, SIGNED JOHN MOORE NEW YORK ~ Please be sure to check out all of the 12 pictures we took of it. This is by far the nicest and most unusual example of an original 1870's era, Victorian Cast Iron Hall Tree stand we have ever had the opportunity to offer for auction. It measures 87 inches tall to the top of the fancy pomegranate fruit basket figural finial. The lower"hat rack" arm" by the mirror" with 4 hooks, measures 41 inches across and the top arm with 4 hooks measures 26 inches across. The base measures 28 inches wide by about 12 inches deep. I even believe that the mirror is possibly original as well, with only some minor discoloration to the silvering. It has the original removeable bottom tray to rest your canes and umbrellas. It is actually not all that easy to tell because it is an inside hook. There is also one hook on the center column near the figural Lion's Head which has some damage. All of the large eight cast iron hooks on the top two sections are in perfect condition with no damage! The entire body and base is in perfect condition as well, with no cracks, chips or repairs. The patina to the cast iron is all original and we left it in 100% all original, as found, untouched condition. This late Victorian brass plant/lamp stand is in great original found condition. The stand and onyx appears to be in fine condition with no apparent damage. Repairs or missing parts. The brass patina is very good and probably has never been polished or cleaned. However, it could be cleaned and polished if so desired. The top apron is ornately detailed. The spiral(twisted) legs end in turned ball feet. There is a reticulated, Victorian designed shelf near the bottom of the stand. Thereare 2 very minor super ficial nics on the edge. They can barely be fet to the touch. There shown in the pics and hardly visible. I don't sell suprises. So while they're minor issues, I mention them. I'll estimate this piece around the turn of the 20th century in age. The stand is 30" high. It's 12 1/2" at the widest bend in the legs. This lovely 19th century Hat/ Coat Rack features beautiful two toned walnut.Pierced carvings& rosettes, 7 turned hat/ coat pegs and a sweet little lift up storage compartment below the mirror. This hall rack measures 52 1/2 inches in height.33 inches wide and 7 1/4 inches in total depth and weighs approximately 25 lbs. The mirror portion measures 16 1/4 inches high by 9 1/2 inches wide. Each of the turned hat coat hooks protrude out 5 3/4 inches and the little storage compartment measures 14 1/4 inches wide by 6 inches deep. This hall rack would be a wonderful addition placed at an entrance way to keep those jackets and coats handy. This a great looking etagere from the 1800s. It has four shelves and is made of oak. With brass accents and a mirror. Measures 52" tall x 17-1/2" wide x 12-1/2" deep. The stained and varnished scroll-sawed back is of plywood and does not appear to be original to the piece. It is nailed to the back edge of the shelves and could be removed. This item is in very good condition for its age, although with any piece of antique furniture, it does have some small flaws, such as nicks, scratches, etc. While this etagere is not particularly heavy. Antique Walnut Victorian Plant Stand Circa 1880 A beautiful antique Victorian walnut plant stand. Circa 1880. Plant stand has a double beveled edge round top that is approximately 11 1/2 inches in diameter and stands approximately 29 1/4 inches tall. It has a turned center pillar. Arched tripod and shaped legs. Stand is in excellent vintage condition and is very sturdy and solid with no repairs. It has its original finish with a great patina. But does have some imperfections and normal signs of wear on the top due to its age. Offered for your consideration is this exceptional. Original Victorian ~ ONYX& BRONZE ETAGERE DISPLAY STAND WITH ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL ONYX SHELF INSERTS AND FINIALS ~ This amazing Victorian etagere was acquired out of wonderful Midwest Victorian estate. It is by far the nicest example that we have ever had the opportunity to offer for auction. The display stand measures 68 inches tall by 40 inches wide by 14 inches deep. The over all condition is quite nice with the exception of one missing mirror" easy replacement" The patina is 100% all original and we left it in untouched& uncleaned condition, just as it was when discovered in the estate. All seven of the original onyx shelves and fancy finials are in nice condition, with only expected natural inclusions. We have seen several of the smaller plant stands that were similar ... morein design, but never anything this exceptional. This ornate etagere would have been quite expensive to purchase, when it was new over some 100 or so years ago. I would imagine that very few could afford such a fine luxury as this, and not many were ever made. It does have numbers and some markings on the back. We are fairly certain that it was made out East, possibly New York, and around the 1880's- 1890's era. It is certainly well over a 100 years old! The casting in as nice as you will see, and they can not even come close in the newer reproductions they attempt to make. The quality and detain of this Victorian etagere is as nice as you could hope to find. It would be wonderful to display your prized Art Glass, large antique vases or what ever it is that you enjoy collecting. We also feel that would be a really nice piece to use in a retain store sitting as a fine display for purses, shoes or almost anything. Incredible Victorian Cast Iron And Leather Umbrella Stand In Shape Of Umbrella
This a great find from an estate we just acquired.It is an umbrella stand that has a cast iron base and shaft which has a ball representing the handle of an umbrella.The shaft is surrounded with hand sewn heavy leather crafted as 5 folds to hold umbrellas.It is 28.5" tall overall. Has a width of 14"across the top,and the cast iron base is 5" across.In researching this form I have found similar examples in decorated metal mostly recent vintage. I have not found a similar example.
