It has a simulated metal cap on the front. It is nice and straight. The only thing I see wrong with it is that the back of the side pieces has a support brace missing on the left hand bracket, but other than that it is nice. We will detail out the cracked panel and make sure it is tight and sturdy prior to shipping. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 17 inches deep on the base, 21 inches high to the marble, and 98 inches high to the top. 1800s Antique Victorian Etagere - Walnut, Marble, Tall MIrror
This is a spectacular carved Victorian Etagere from the 1800s. It would be stunning in a grand entrance or foyer with a high ceiling. I understand this piece to be Walnut. I am not sure if it is an English or American. Excellent condition. But the mirror has been replaced. One small split in a section of wood just above the marble top. One drawer which is almost hidden by design. This etagere is currently safe in climate controlled storage. If I had anywhere to properly display this item in my home, I would not be selling it. It's really something special, and the price is very low for an antique of this quality. Walnut Rococo style Victorian shaving stand
This wonderful walnut shaving stand is in a Rococo revival style and was produced during the height of the Victorian period. It stands 70 inches to the top of the mirror. The case with the drawer is 17 inches across and 12 inches deep. The top of the case is 41 inches from the floor. The drawer is a nice dovetailed construction. The mirror moves front to back on a swivel. The mirror lifts out of the case and rests on a turned post. There is a split underneath the mirror on the seam. I believe it just needs to be tightened. Also. There is a circle on top of the case that looks like it may have been stained with something placed on it. Otherwise the piece is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. This late Victorian corner etegere/what not shelved stand is in great found original condition. The walnut wood finish is original and has a fine patina. The pierced. Reticulated wood workings are detailed and ornate. Each shelf has a scalloped edge on it(on the second shelf an approx. two inch piece is missing) The marquetry inlay from the softer fruitwoods is hand cut and then embedded into each shelf surface. The inlay on each graduated shelf is in great condition. The entire piece is tight, and I have found no repairs, breaks or other damage. Antique Victorian Highly Carved Walnut Hall Tree w/ Beveled Mirror & Marble
Estate Treasure. Up for auction is a Victorian highly carved hall tree. It dates back to the mid 1800's. It is walnut and the finish has ebonized. It is in very good condition for it's age. The small diamond shaped mirror at the top is spotted and streaked and a piec of molding around th mirror is missing. The small 1/2 moon mirror near the top is in great condition and the large beveled mirror is great with very slight haziness(it measures 39" H by 17-1/2" W) The marble shelf has some small flea bite chips along the edge and one larger chip on the back edge next to the wood(it is 8" by 14" There are no coat hooks and it does not appear to have ever had any. As with any antique furniture there are going to be some character flaws but I have pointed out everything even slightly major. It stands 89" tall. 23" ... morewide, and 10" deep. This majestic 19th century piece is positively stunning and features an ornately carved crest. Raised panels of burl walnut, carved rosettes, incised carvings, the original mirrors and the original recessed beveled edge marble top, with shaped walnut display shelves flanking the center mirror. Truly a grand statement piece you would be proud to showcase in your home. This fabulous étagère measures 105 1/2 inches( 8' 9 1/2" in total height. Height to the marble at the base is 29 3/4 inches, with a total width of 54 inches and total depth at the base of 19 inches and this étagère weighs approximately 250 ... morelbs total but does dis-assemble into 3 pieces for easier handling during shipping and moving. The original mirror at the center measures 46 3/4 inches in height by 22 1/2 inches wide. This Victorian étagère is in fantastic antique condition. And the original white beveled edge recessed marble top has no chips or cracks but does have some mild discoloration as age appropriate. Antique Victorian Walnut floor Coat/hat rack: brass top cap and claw ball feet
Late Victorian walnut floor coat/hat racks are hard to find. This solid walnut coat/hat rack is c. 1890-1910. It appears to be in the original finish with a consistent patina. There are no repairs or breaks that I have found. The brass ball is in great shape. I am not sure if there was a finial of some type that went on top of the brass ball. The metal claw feet that holds each of the four walnut balls are in great shape(please see applicable picture) Each of the six turned spindles are also in great found condition. Up for bid is this fabulous early Victorian Rosewood(or walnut. I am not sure) Needlepoint Adjustable Pole Screen/ Fire Screen circa 1800. I believe this piece to have its original finish and the framed Silk needlepoint is just beautiful and very nicely done with the glass shield(some photos did not come out right due to reflection of light on the glass) It has a liner and old fabric backing. You can adjust the height at the back by loosening the knob on the brackets allowing you to raise or lower the framed needlepoint. The top portion of the pole offers a turned finial at the very top and a fantastic graduated spooled base that rests on a rosewood round base with three tripod feet. A truly wonderful period piece to add to your Victorian Decor. Measurements: This piece measures 56 inches in height to the finial at the top of the pole. Antique Victorian Walnut Ren/Louis XV//Rococo revival substyle Canterbury
Offered for auction is this beautiful walnut Renaissance/Louis XV revival/Rococo Victorian substyle Canterbury with single drawer that opens from both sides. This piece has a lyre motif on the ends with small wooden dowels that form the"strings" of the lyre. Both sides and legs are elaborately carved with applied roundels. Carved stylized leaves, and raised solid walnut panels. The canterbury is supported by flat carved cabriole legs. The single drawer is accessed from both sides and has open scroll work dropped pediments. 4 walnut dividers mirroring the sides are dadoed into the top and base of the canterbury to support and divide books, magazines, or sheet music. All of this is over a turned stretcher between the cabriole legs. Hand grips on the tops of the sides make for moving this nice piece easy. Antique Victorian Edwardian walnut hat stand display -almost 2 ft tall
I am offering this antique Victorian or Edwardian walnut hat stand with small brass feet. This is the type of hat stand that was used in department stores for the display of fine hats. It is in excellent antique condition but does have scuffs. Etc from being used in the past as shown in the photos, in keeping with what one would expect from a hat stand of this era. It is 21 1/2 inches tall and looks like it may have had the top of the hat stand recovered with the black velvet that nows covers it. This will be shipped from a smoke free and pet free home. Antique Eastlake Victorian Quilt Rack; 19th Century, Walnut Towel Drying Stand
Up for bids we offer this Eastlake Victorian quilt rack in very good condition. Right out of an estate. This piece is all original and has not been restored. Made of walnut, the finish is well-preserved and not alligatored. This stand is still very sturdy and useful; it's not rickety or falling apart. It has three rods for hanging items on with two more matching ones at the bottom that serve as braces to keep the rack stable. As the photos show, it's ornate and would look great among other Victorian furniture but also is pretty enough to be used anywhere. It measures 23 inches long, 28 1/4 inches high and 10 5/8 inches wide. One small wooden peg-ornament is missing on one of the feet. Other than that, this is a very nice antique quilt rack that sells to the highest bidder without reserve! Good luck!

Antique Victorian Carved Hanging Shelf Perfect to display a Large Clock- Charger or Curio Circa 1880 DESCRIPTION A charming Victorian antique shelf. This is circa 1880's, an original and still in very good condition. Made of walnut a handsome grain and reddish in coloring. This has carved supports to the shaped platform of the shelf. And two little drop finials at the front corners on the underside of the shelf. This still has the old heavy metal hangers attached to the back for securing to the wall. We've looped some picture wire through them to show this displayed on a wall. The shelf surface is good and wide and deep and the entire piece is very strong and sturdy and heavy. Weighs 6 lbs. So perfect for displaying a large clock, a charger, a statue or other curio. Size: 15-1/4" long- 18" wide across the shelf- 10-1/4" ... moredeep- shelf is 1" thick CONDITION Very Good condition with a lovely patina. Shows good wear. VERY UNUSUAL antique victorian era plant stand. The stone top was probably hand painted and glazed somehow. I'm not an expert on what the materials etc are for this piece. I bought this many years ago from an estate sale and have loved it through the years. I remember the person I bought it from in Indianapolis said it had been in the family for years. It is in good shape as the pics show with various wear around the legs. The stone top has some crazing and there is one thin crack that goes from the edge to approx. 1/3 in towards the center- see last pic. It measures 31" tall. We brought ... morethis stand in, scuffed it up a bit and re-sprayed it to remove nicks and dings off the top surface, and to brighten up the burl so it jumps out at you. We left the original mirror intact because it has wear marks that give it so much charm and character. The rod goes up and down to adjust for height, and the mirror swivels. The drawer has a compartment for the shaving brushes, and of course is all dovetail and has burl panels. The brass on the piece is quite unique. It stands on a multi-turn column four-legged base, and is all set to go in the home. The overall size is 18.5 inches at the widest point, 12.5 inches deep, and 7 inches high. From the ground to the drawer cabinet is 42 inches. The mirror is sitting at 34 inches high, but can be adjusted up and down. The thumb screw is broken, but will replace that. Antique Victorian Solid Walnut Hall Tree/Umbrella Stand w/Mirror, Marble Shelf
This is an absolutely beautiful solid walnut Victorian hall tree/umbrella stand. It measures 73 inches tall. 32 inches wide at the base and 26 inches wide at the top. It has the original mirror which measures 19x11 and a dove-tailed drawer with the original 12x8 marble shelf. There are six'dowel' hangers and two copper lined insets for your umbrellas. The sides are decoratively carved and there is a carved front inset. The top has a carved applique. It has been refinished with a natural stain and four coats of tung oil. The piece is in excellent condition with no'dings' or scratches. The mirror does show some wear. It is available for pick-up in the Louisa and/or Kilmarnock, VA area.

The mirror section alone measures 54 ½” long by 24 ½” wide. This fabulous Victorian Hall Tree is in excellent condition for its age, and is ready for that special place in your home or business! A magnificent massive foliate and scrolled center crown graces the top of this spectacular Burl Walnut Victorian Renaissance Revival Period Marble Top Hall Tree with crown moulding. This magnificent folate and scrolled center crown is further graced with a ... morestylized fleur-de-lis carved ornament above a carved circular sunflower medallion with a distal leaf pediment. Lovely raised burl panels with incised Greek Keys surround this carved circular sunflower medallion. You will notice that additional lovely burl accents are found on the sides of the original mirror glass. The tops of the shoulders are handsomely adorned with shell and scroll carved ornamentations that sit above raised pyramidal rosettes. Turned fluted columns with additional pyramidal rosettes and distal turned finials grace the sides of the mirror and extend down to meet the powerful arched umbrella-holder arms. These turned fluted columns provide the perfect accent for the mirrored body of this spectacular Hall Tree. Again. The mirror glass itself appears to be original with age appropriate wear and is encased in lovely picture frame moulding that is further adorned on the sides and across the bottom with lovely burl accents. American Victorian black walnut umbrella stand c1865 Antique American Victorian black walnut umbrella hallway stand c1865 with cast iron insert. This piece is first quality. Quite strong and made from solid, perfectly matched thick single stock black walnut. The insert is original, made from a heavy cast iron with original moss green painted surface. Excellent condition. Measures 27.5 inches high to the top of its four top turnings, 14 inches outside and 11 inches deep. The sides are a full 1 inch thick and the turnings 2 inches. This is one of the best Victorian cane, umbrella stands we have ever acquired. Most probably made by Brooks or one of the other important New York City cabinet makers. Hello. Outstanding Victorian Walnut Halltree with Marble Shelf
Massive Victorian Walnut Hall Tree. It is in very good antique condition and probably one of the prettiest I have owned. The crest on the piece is all hand carved and very unique and large. Everything seems to be original. Including the very large, ornate, hat hooks. This is an earlier piece, and they are getting harder to find. The marble is in great shape, as is the mirror. As far as antique pieces go, this one is in my opinion in near perfect condition, keeping in mind that all pieces of this age will have some dings, flaws, etc. The only thing that I would point out as a minor flaw, would be one small area of waviness to the veneer applique wood piece on the top right hand side of piece.
