It has a simulated metal cap on the front. It is nice and straight. The only thing I see wrong with it is that the back of the side pieces has a support brace missing on the left hand bracket, but other than that it is nice. We will detail out the cracked panel and make sure it is tight and sturdy prior to shipping. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 17 inches deep on the base, 21 inches high to the marble, and 98 inches high to the top. If you have 8 foot ceilings, you can remove the top crest to fit your space.

The mirror glass alone measures 18 ¾” in width and 39” in height. The beautiful finish on this hall tree appears to be original and the patina of the rich walnut wood is absolutely fabulous! This gorgeous Walnut Victorian Renaissance Revival Period Marble Top Hall Tree is adorned with a magnificent incised and dimensionally carved spade and scroll center crown with carved center shield along with elegant drapes and a fancy pediment that consists of crown moulding. Along with raised burl panel accents. The shoulder area beneath the crown is graced with fully turned drop finials. The mirror is framed in beautiful moulding. Eight lovely period turned wooden hat and coat posts are found on this beautiful Hall Tree. These lovely posts are separated by elegant vertical-linear raised burl panels which further accent the beautiful mirrored body of this exquisite hall-tree. The area above the removable original white marble table top with scalloped and beveled edges is adorned with small raised burl panels along with horizontal picture frame moulding. The marble is in very good condition with just some very minor chips on the underside corners of the marble which simply add character to its beauty and elegance. Raised panels of burl walnut, carved rosettes, incised carvings, the original mirrors and the original recessed beveled edge marble top, with shaped walnut display shelves flanking the center mirror. Truly a grand statement piece you would be proud to showcase in your home. This fabulous étagère measures 105 1/2 inches( 8' 9 1/2" in total height. Height to the marble at the base is 29 3/4 inches, with a total width of 54 inches and total depth at the base of 19 inches and this étagère weighs approximately 250 lbs total but does dis-assemble into 3 pieces for easier handling during shipping and moving. The original mirror at the center measures 46 3/4 inches in height by 22 1/2 inches wide. This Victorian étagère is in fantastic antique condition. The original mirrors do show some mild spidering silver loss as common with old mirrors. And the original white beveled edge recessed marble top has no chips or cracks but does have some mild discoloration as age appropriate. There is also a small age shrinkage area to the wood by the bottom mirror on the right side see picture of close-up, and a piece of burl veneer missing on the left side towards the back; see close up picture. Neither of these affects the integrity or beauty this elegant piece offers. The locks are intact on the drawer and the cabinet below but the key provided just aids in opening the drawer and the cabinet. The small diamond shaped mirror at the top is spotted and streaked and a piec of molding around th mirror is missing. The small 1/2 moon mirror near the top is in great condition and the large beveled mirror is great with very slight haziness(it measures 39" H by 17-1/2" W) The marble shelf has some small flea bite chips along the edge and one larger chip on the back edge next to the wood(it is 8" by 14" There are no coat hooks and it does not appear to have ever had any. As with any antique furniture there are going to be some character flaws but I have pointed out everything even slightly major. It stands 89" tall. 23" wide, and 10" deep. I am listing this item as local pick up only. If you prefer to have it shipped. You will be responsible for making all of the packing and shipping arrangements. You will also be responsible for all packing, shipping, and insurance charges. This is a spectacular carved Victorian Etagere from the 1800s. It would be stunning in a grand entrance or foyer with a high ceiling. I understand this piece to be Walnut. I am not sure if it is an English or American. Excellent condition. But the mirror has been replaced. One small split in a section of wood just above the marble top. One drawer which is almost hidden by design. This etagere is currently safe in climate controlled storage. If I had anywhere to properly display this item in my home, I would not be selling it. This late Victorian corner etegere/what not shelved stand is in great found original condition. The walnut wood finish is original and has a fine patina. The pierced. Reticulated wood workings are detailed and ornate. Each shelf has a scalloped edge on it(on the second shelf an approx. two inch piece is missing) The marquetry inlay from the softer fruitwoods is hand cut and then embedded into each shelf surface. The carvings are in excellent condition. The hall tree measures 96" tall by 50" wide by 18" deep. It weighs over 100 lbs. It includes a marble shelf and cast iron drip pans for the double umbrella holders on each side. There are 2- 6" round shelves on each side. The 6 metal hangers are in the form of gargoyles with tear drops hanging from their mouths. One of the tear drops is missing. The mirror has minor flaking along the outside edges. Antique Victorian Highly Carved Walnut Hall Tree w/ Beveled Mirror & Marble
Estate Treasure. Up for auction is a Victorian highly carved hall tree. It dates back to the mid 1800's. It is walnut and the finish has ebonized. It is in very good condition for it's age. The small diamond shaped mirror at the top is spotted and streaked and a piec of molding around th mirror is missing. The small 1/2 moon mirror near the top is in great condition and the large beveled mirror is great with very slight haziness(it measures 39" H by 17-1/2" W) The marble shelf has some small flea bite chips along the edge and one larger chip on the back edge next to the wood(it is 8" by 14" There are no coat hooks and it does not appear to have ever had any. As with any antique furniture there are going to be some character flaws but I have pointed out everything even slightly major. It stands 89" tall. 23" ... morewide, and 10" deep. Late Victorian walnut floor coat/hat racks are hard to find. This solid walnut coat/hat rack is c. 1890-1910. It appears to be in the original finish with a consistent patina. There are no repairs or breaks that I have found. The brass ball is in great shape. I am not sure if there was a finial of some type that went on top of the brass ball. The metal claw feet that holds each of the four walnut balls are in great shape(please see applicable picture) Each of the six turned spindles are also in great found condition. Antique Victorian Walnut Ren/Louis XV//Rococo revival substyle Canterbury
Offered for auction is this beautiful walnut Renaissance/Louis XV revival/Rococo Victorian substyle Canterbury with single drawer that opens from both sides. This piece has a lyre motif on the ends with small wooden dowels that form the"strings" of the lyre. Both sides and legs are elaborately carved with applied roundels. Carved stylized leaves, and raised solid walnut panels. The canterbury is supported by flat carved cabriole legs. The single drawer is accessed from both sides and has open scroll work dropped pediments. 4 walnut dividers mirroring the sides are dadoed into the top and base of the canterbury to support and divide books, magazines, or sheet music. All of this is over a turned stretcher between the cabriole legs. Hand grips on the tops of the sides make for moving this nice piece easy. I am offering this antique Victorian or Edwardian walnut hat stand with small brass feet. This is the type of hat stand that was used in department stores for the display of fine hats. It is in excellent antique condition but does have scuffs. Etc from being used in the past as shown in the photos, in keeping with what one would expect from a hat stand of this era. Antique Eastlake Victorian Quilt Rack; 19th Century, Walnut Towel Drying Stand
Up for bids we offer this Eastlake Victorian quilt rack in very good condition. Right out of an estate. This piece is all original and has not been restored. Made of walnut, the finish is well-preserved and not alligatored. This stand is still very sturdy and useful; it's not rickety or falling apart. It has three rods for hanging items on with two more matching ones at the bottom that serve as braces to keep the rack stable. As the photos show, it's ornate and would look great among other Victorian furniture but also is pretty enough to be used anywhere. It measures 23 inches long, 28 1/4 inches high and 10 5/8 inches wide. One small wooden peg-ornament is missing on one of the feet. Other than that, this is a very nice antique quilt rack that sells to the highest bidder without reserve! Good luck!

Antique Victorian Carved Hanging Shelf Perfect to display a Large Clock- Charger or Curio Circa 1880 DESCRIPTION A charming Victorian antique shelf. This is circa 1880's, an original and still in very good condition. Made of walnut a handsome grain and reddish in coloring. This has carved supports to the shaped platform of the shelf. And two little drop finials at the front corners on the underside of the shelf. This still has the old heavy metal hangers attached to the back for securing to the wall. We've looped some picture wire through them to show this displayed on a wall. The shelf surface is good and wide and deep and the entire piece is very strong and sturdy and heavy. Weighs 6 lbs. So perfect for displaying a large clock, a charger, a statue or other curio. Antique 19th Century Victorian Era Walnut Stone Bird Topped Plant Stand UNIQUE!
VERY UNUSUAL antique victorian era plant stand. The stone top was probably hand painted and glazed somehow. I'm not an expert on what the materials etc are for this piece. I bought this many years ago from an estate sale and have loved it through the years. I remember the person I bought it from in Indianapolis said it had been in the family for years. It is in good shape as the pics show with various wear around the legs. The stone top has some crazing and there is one thin crack that goes from the edge to approx. 1/3 in towards the center- see last pic. It measures 31" tall. It is a burl walnut trim that lifts down onto the outside perimeter of the ... morebeautiful rose quartz colored marble that sits upon a solid black walnut frame. Eastlake always amazed me because of how busy they are and how crazy they get with their carvings. As you can see. On this one, they used oversized finials on the fronts and corners, on the legs, and then they went to a little dainty one on the inside trim skirts, which are usually missing on these tables, but these are intact. It’s got multi-turned legs, cross brackets, carved shields, carved brackets, and just keeps going, down to the caster wheels. It has a solid black walnut center column that goes down into a reverse finial in the base. It is in a dark walnut stain. Even the skirts are extra-wide and heavily carved. This is in unbelievable condition, but it does have some flaws like nicks and dings after being around since the 1870s or so. The overall size is 28 inches long, 21 inches deep, and 30 inches deep. This is an absolutely beautiful solid walnut Victorian hall tree/umbrella stand. It measures 73 inches tall. 32 inches wide at the base and 26 inches wide at the top. It has the original mirror which measures 19x11 and a dove-tailed drawer with the original 12x8 marble shelf. There are six'dowel' hangers and two copper lined insets for your umbrellas. The sides are decoratively carved and there is a carved front inset. The top has a carved applique. It has been refinished with a natural stain and four coats of tung oil. The piece is in excellent condition with no'dings' or scratches. The mirror does show some wear. It is available for pick-up in the Louisa and/or Kilmarnock, VA area.

American Victorian black walnut umbrella stand c1865 Antique American Victorian black walnut umbrella hallway stand c1865 with cast iron insert. This piece is first quality. Quite strong and made from solid, perfectly matched thick single stock black walnut. The insert is original, made from a heavy cast iron with original moss green painted surface. Excellent condition. Measures 27.5 inches high to the top of its four top turnings, 14 inches outside and 11 inches deep. The sides are a full 1 inch thick and the turnings 2 inches. This is one of the best Victorian cane, umbrella stands we have ever acquired. Most probably made by Brooks or one of the other important New York City cabinet makers. Hello. Antique Hanging Corner Shelf 3 Tier Victorian Style Folding Solid Walnut c1895 This is a beautiful Eastlake Style Shelf with the Walnut having great aged patina. The finish is all original and the small hinges on the shelves appear to be brass. This stands 24” tall with each of the“sides” measuring 4 ½” wide at the top& bottom and 8 ½” wide in the middle. The shelves have a 4 ¼” arch of usable space at the top& bottom and an 8” arch of usable space on the middle shelf. The shelves rest on a little loop on the uprights and are held in place by a hook on the bottom of each shelf– the hook on the bottom shelf is broken but it still rests securely on the loop and the entire shelf itself stays securely locked together. Antique 19th Century Walnut One Drawer Candle Stand Work Table
Here is an antique. Walnut, one-drawer, candle stand or night table. It is quite petite, measuring about 26&1/2" high, 17" wide, and 16&3/4" deep. There have been changes to the table, since it was made. If you look closely, at the photos, you will see that things are not where they originally were. The top may or may not be a replacement. There is some wear to the top. The bottom of the drawer is a replacement. One of the sides has been turned upside down. Regardless of the changes, this is a very nice and usable table. Antique Victorian Walnut Rococo Revival Style Shaving Stand With Mirror
This wonderful walnut shaving stand is in a Rococo revival style and was produced during the height of the Victorian period. It stands 70 inches to the top of the mirror. The case with the drawer is 17 inches across and 12 inches deep. The top of the case is 41 inches from the floor. The drawer is a nice dovetailed construction. The mirror moves front to back on a swivel. The mirror lifts out of the case and rests on a turned post. There is a split underneath the mirror on the seam. I believe it just needs to be tightened. Also. There are circle stain or water marks on top of the case. Otherwise the piece is in excellent condition with no damage or repairs. All parts appear to be original. A very fine antique. Circa 1850's, Rococo Revival carved walnut hall serpentine etagere. The crest is with carved grapes and leaves having a scallop shell finial. The supports are nicely scrolled and pierced. The mirror is fine and original. Lots is shelf space for statues, family portraits, or nicknacks. The etegere measures 6'8" 80" tall by 4' 48" wide by 15-1/2" deep at bttom center. The mirror is 29" tall by 15" wide. Excellent condition: walnut boards without chips or cracks, and nicely refinished.
