Antique Eastlake Parlor Set
Five-piece Eastlake parlor set consisting of one Gentleman's chair. Two Ladies chairs, one settee, and one platform rocker. Wood is walnut with burled walnut decoration, and is in sound condition without any major blemish. The upholstery is in fair condition with only a very small threadbare area in the middle of the settee seat. It is probably sufficient for display, but in need of reupholstering if it's to be used on a daily basis. The set has been appraised at $800 and dates to the 1890s according to the appraiser.

Both pieces are solid and in good shape for the age. The arms on the couch have some cracks in the front wood. They have been repaired but are slightly loose. Not too bad. The couch measures 62" wide. 40" back height and the seat height is about 15.5" high. The chair measures 20" wide. Seat height about 17.5" and 33" back height. Standard wear on wood as pictured. Antique Eastlake East Lake Parlor set Settee Chair & Rocker
I am listing a 3 piece Eastlake parlor set in wonderful condition. The chair and rocker has four wheels each and the setee has 2 in the front. I believe the material is red velvet, I do not see any damage to the wood of these pieces but if you look at photo 4& 8 it looks as if the material is faded from sunlight. The material is not torn and I do not see any stains. They are listed as pick up only but I will consider delivery or partial delivery based on location, for a mileage fee which will be included in the final sale price. Nicely carved knees on cabriole legs. Scrolled toes. These chairs date circa 1860 and exude elegance. They are structurally strong with no sign of weak leg joints. If you compare these chairs with others of this type you will appreciate how much more elegant and fine they really are. No broken legs etc. The webbing under the seat is tight– no loose. Torn, or missing pieces with no sign or tears or wear or damage. Just a little dusty. Some of the upholstery trim is loose BUT NOT MISSING. The upholstery itself is not ripped, torn, or has holes. There are a few very small spots on one seat and I am not sure what they are. This is a wonderful antique Victorian Eastlake 3-piece blue parlor set that includes a loveseat and two chairs. The loveseat is on wheels and the chairs have two wheels each. The loveseat is roughly 5' long x 27" wide x 38" tall. The material has faded and has a few spots. I did not see any rips. The backing needs to be re-tacked to the frame in a few places. The wood is in very nice shape with a chip in the front of one chair and only a few minor imperfections elsewhere. Please see pics.
