She moved from the family farm in 1960. She remembers the crock as a small child. She was born in 1920 so this crock is definitely an antique. Great condition. No chips. A couple very light. Glaze hairline cracks that you need extra light to see& doesn't take away or cause any issues. The stoneware crock is 6" tall& 5.75" across the top. Two tone or two shades of brown. Up for auction is a vintage stoneware crock. This is a two-toned crock with a brown and cream finish with a beige stripe through the middle. No chips or cracks on this one other than original surface imperfections from the glazing process. Piece has great character and a nice patina on it. I do like to list any flaws that I am aware of on any listing that I post and with this one there are some small chip marks at the bottom but I am not sure they were not made during the manufacutuing of this item. Vintage Lot of 8 Cheese/Butter Crocks 5 of them are brown. 1 is a tan/beige color and the other is a light orange color The small tan/beige color is a Watkins crock. It is about 3"diameter x 3"H. The orange color crock is the same size. Both of these have the seal/ring. The metal wire snap top on the orange crock is rusted a little. The 3 medium sized crocks are about 3 1/4"diameter x 4 1/4"H. One has a rubber ring/seal. The other two do not. One of them also has a House of Cheese Sticker on the front which is partially worn off. The metal snap top wire on top has some of the silver color worn off. The 3 largest crocks are 4"diameter x 4 1/4"H. Two of them have the rubber ring/seal. The other crock does not. One of these is marked China on the bottom. There is a number on the bottom of another. The one without ... morethe seal seems to have a small chip. But it is cover with the same color brown as is the crock, so it may have been a manufacturer's flaw. This same crock also has a chip of paint missing on the side. They are all in very good condition. With the exception of some minor flaws. On the front face is the B& M logo and the bottom is marked"B& M Baked Beans Made in U.S.A. 0606" No chips or cracks but there is some crazing and some imperfections as is common with old pottery. It measures 8" tall. 5' opening.6" total diameter of top opening.Excluding the handle, the circumference is 28"The handle is another 9" long and is 2 1/2 inches from the crock.There are no chips or crazing on this crock. It can both serve as a jug or a storage crock.It weighs about 6 1/2 lbs as is before packaging. I have had it now for well over 10 years and it was originally purchased in upstate NY at a tag sale. OLD STONEWARE PINT CROCK You're bidding on an old one pint(2 cups) stoneware crock in Brown and Cream with a wavering Tan stripe of various widths. It measures 3-1/8" tall and has a 4-3/8" diameter. Bottom is unglazed. There is no makers mark. This would make a fine decorative piece in any kitchen or elsewhere! Condition: This is an old crock and has various blemishes-see high resolution photos for more. There is a hairline crack shown in the last photo. Given its decorative value. It does not detract from the piece. There is also a small chip near the top rim, also shown in the photos.

This English made Crock is a relish crock. It is brown on top and tan on the bottom. On the front has a hand with finger pointing to a"3" and the word Relish. I don't Know if the 3 means. 3 quarts or what it means. On the bottom. In graved in the bottom of the Crock. it says Made in England. No marks to indicate age or maker. It is 7 inches tall. It is in great shape. No damage or repairs.

It is a heavy thick wall salt glaze glazed stoneware stone ware pottery jug with a cup style side handle near the top. The crock is in very good condition. It is glazed brown on the top half and tan on the bottom half with great crazing. The exterior bottom is unglazed. There is a remnants of a cork left. The crock displays beautifully and shows normal use wear as pictured. This is a very well made heavy. Thick walled jug. It is sold as is. $18.00 postage. Lot of 6 Vintage Brown Cobalt Tan Stoneware Crocks With Lids Bails and Wires
Lot of 6 nice crocks- 2 are the darker brown approx. 5" x 6" one of them has a small chip on the top of the lid which I've shown in the pictures. 2 are cobalt blue approx. 4" x 5" I've shown how they close today with the seals- the seals seem dried so they do not seal well and shift to the side when you clamp the wire down- if you replace the seals I believe they'll be just fine. 1 dark brown approx. 4" x 5" and 1 tan approx. 4" x 4" Some have seals. Some do not(refer to the pictures) They seem in really nice condition please refer to the pictures.

This stoneware/ yellow ware crock lid measures about 11 1/2" in diameter- see picture that shows the underside to see measurements of the lip. It's tan- or yellow with the inside glazed brown. It is very heavy stoneware- weighs 5 1/2 pounds! shipping will reflect that) It is in beautiful condition with only one shallow inside rim chip- it is so shallow that it could just be an irregularity. This is a bit too large to fit a 3 gallon crock- the inside lip meets the top edge instead of fitting into it. It's probably suited for a 4 or 5 gallon crock. Please see all pictures. This is a very unusual shaped tan/brown stoneware jar that consists of 12 sides. The crock measures 9 1/2" in height by 3 1/2" in diameter at the top and 4" in diameter at the base.
