Small Brown Beehive Stone Crock Jar with Metal Lid Insert Solid No Cracks. The opening at the top is 2" the metal insert looks like it would come out. It is sitting in there crooked and I'm not going to attempt to remove it. The base is about 5 1/4" and it's about 6 1/2" tall. There are a couple of small chigger bites in the lip which can be seen in the photos. I don't see any cracks in the jar itself although the finish has crackling as would be expected. This auction is for an antique 1 gallon stoneware crock jar with original lid and cup. The crock is in great condition. No cracks or breaks. It has a couple little chips along the top edge. But could be mold chips. They look like they've been there for awhile. The lid does have some rust damage, and has a couple spots where it's gone though(pictured) The cup has some rust and has one 1/2" crack(pictured) Measures 10" tall with the cup on it, and 7" wide. ANTIQUE VINTAGE ICE WATER CROCK Tobacco slip and metal spout
This is a really large stoneware water crock. The spout is in good condition as is the glaze. There is no lid. The signature on the bottom is a crown with"2" inside and the letters R A P Co. I presume it means Roseville Art Pottery Company. It is 20th century. But I don't know what year. There are no cracks. The line on the bottom is from the mold. It does not leak.The glaze is shiny and beautiful. This appears to be stoneware and it is in really good condition. I see blue and gray ones all the time. Perhaps brown slip is more unusual. Vintage Crock cooler Metal Outside
Vintage crock cooler that is metal on the outside and crock lining. There is no name of a maker on it. There are dents on it and the outside does have marks form use giving it that vintage charm. The inside is very clean with a slight smell not sure if its from a new glaze. It does need a new gasket ring as can be seen in the photos. It measures 11" tall and 9" wide. Vintage Early 30's Stoneware Pottery Glazed Crock,Metal,Wood Black Handle,Lid
Vintage 1920's/1930's or earlier crock jar. It measures 7 1/2" tall and 6 1/8" outside diameter at top. The capacity looks like 1- 1 1/4 gallons. It is a heavy thick wall salt glaze glazed stoneware stone ware pottery jug with lid. Metal bale handle and wood wooden black handle grip in excellent condition. The bottom is unglazed. The inside is glazed. The crock displays beautifully and shows no damage at all with the exception of some normal use wear on the unglazed top rim. This is a very well made heavy, thick walled crock. It is sold as is. $18.00 postage.

Old Stoneware crock with metal rim
This is an unusual old crock with a metal rim. Some sort of a lid screwed on the top but I don’t have the lid. It is 10 inches high. The rim is 3.5 inches in diameter, and the base is 6.5 inches in diameter. It is unglazed and has silver paint spots below the rim and a few on the back. It is stained and discolored as seen in the photos. There is a slight nick on the rim as seen in the 5 th photo. Otherwise no nicks or cracks.

Gorgeous Antique Pottery Crock Jar With Metal Top Handles Rare Collectible
Gorgeous antique pottery jar with working metal. Hinged lid. The mark on the bottom of the jar looks like a bird with the letters D and Z but hard to tell. The clasp is engraved with 212. There are holes that a circular piece turns to open or close like a spice top adjustment. The clasp and the hinge are in very good condition considering the age. This looks all original but the tiny handle to spin the circle looks like it was repaired resautered. There is no chips or scratches. This is a stunning, cool piece of pottery that is very unique. We live in a historic home(300 years old and George Washington and his troops stayed here a number of times while camped in Valley Forge) and this was found in the garden. I washed it gently with soap and water. We were surprised at the unbelievable condition and how well the piece sustained the elements. There are a number of chips. Some large, some small and stains in some areas. I have tried to capture any imperfections that I see but please ask for additional photos and ask questions if you have any doubts or concerns. I am listing this with the hopes that someone will have some idea what it was ... moreused for and its origin. Vintage Large STONEWEAR CROCK with LID & METAL BALE Brown & Tan
A unique stoneware crock. The crock is glazed in brown and the top and a clear. Natural beige at the bottom. It is 7 5/8 inches to the lip of the crock, with an additional 1 1/2" to the top of the lid. It is 5 inches across the base and the cap is 3 1/4" across the base. The lid has some writing. I can make out"No. 2, E Weir Pat. Jar 1st 02. April 18 1901. The lid is held in place by a metal bale, which fits into a cross-like indentation in the lid, where it is held securely in place with a metal piece that reminds me of the metal part of a belt buckle. It weighs slightly over 3 pounds. The crock is in excellent condition. There are small few rough areas, I think they are manufacturing errors, where the item was not glazed. Very nice, unusual piece.
