Minn" on the front. This water cooler has 2 metal handles with rust but the handles move well and freely. There is no lid and where the spigot used to be there is now a wooden cork. The Cooler weighs 13 lbs 5 oz. is 12-1/2" tall 9-1/2" across the base and 9-3/4" across the opening, the cork where the spigot used to be measures 1" across. There is a chip along the inside rim of the cooler and a crack on the inside base otherwise the cooler is clean and in good condition. 3 Gallon Birch Leaf Union Stoneware Co. Crock Early Red Wing
3 gallon Union Stoneware Co. crock. Red Wing, Minnesota. Early Red Wing, circa 1890. This old crock with the double birch leaf design has good markings and displays extremely well. In the first four photos, I've rotated the crock 90 degrees to give you a full picture of its exterior. In the fifth, a picture of the bottom of the crock as seen from the interior, you'll see a"spider crack" that occurred during baking. It does not extend through to the exterior, and the crock is watertight. In the third and sixth photos, you'll see a very fine hairline crack that extends about 8" along the base. The seventh photo shows an inverted"Y" shaped hairline stress crack in the side of the crock. The crock measures 10 1/2" across the top and stands 10 3/4" tall. Here is a Vintage Red Wing Minnesota Union Stoneware Co. 2 Gallon Crock. It is rare because of a factory flaw- the oval was applied upside down! I understand that this occurrence is not unheard of. But it is rare. Here is an opportunity to add a different crock to your collection. The crock is in pretty nice condition. Has some wear and a very minor chip along the bottom rim. Also a little"pit" adjacent to the oval and two scrapes through the wing that looks to me like it left the factory that way. Wing is about 4" long. Photos describe best.

Excellent Antique Red Wing Union 10 Gallon Stoneware Crock w/ Bail Handles
This is an excellent antique 10 gallon Red Wing stoneware crock with very little damage and nice markings including a union oval and red 6" wing. There is a tiny flake on the top edge. Shown in the photos, and a faint hairline or mark on the inside(visible on the outside surface) shown in the photos. There is some surface rust on the metal wire of the bail handles and the wooden parts have some heavy wear along the edges. The crock has a patent date of December 21st, 1915 marked on one side by the handle. The crock measures 16" H x 15" W. It will be packed very well, double boxed, and insured during shipping.

NICE BOLD Antique 10 Gallon Red Wing Union Stoneware Crock w/ Bail Handles
This is a fantastic antique Red Wing stoneware crock with crisp. Bold markings(some of the boldest I've seen) including a large 6" red wing, union oval, and patent date of Dec. 21 1915 on the side by the handle. The crock is in good condition with only one faint hairline on the top back edge and one chip on the side bottom edge, both shown in the photos. There is also a small, shallow factory crack on the inside bottom surface that happened during firing and does not go all the way through. The bail handle wires have some surface rust and both are slightly bent. The wood on the handles are in good condition with faded paint, but no major cracking or wear. The crock measures 16" H x 15" W. It will be packed very well, double boxed, and insured during shipping.

This is an excellent antique 20 gallon Red Wing Union Stoneware Company. Red Wing, Minn. with original lid and all handles. This crock is dated from 1906-1936, according to the stamp. Stamped wing is the early 6" size. Under one handle, the handle design patent is stamped, Dec. 21st, 1915. All handles are intact, two on the crock and one on the lid. The lid has the beautiful flower petal design. There is one flake on the underside of the lid shown in the photo(left side in the picture) Crock is in very good condition, has a few flakes along the bottom, shown in photos, that are common in pottery of this age. There are no inside cracks. There are some glaze bubbles as expected. Croc is 20 1/2" tall; 22 1/2" with lid. Measures 20" in diameter. Nice Antique Vintage Red Wing Union Stoneware 2 Gallon Oval Over 4" Wing Crock
This is a nice antique Red Wing stoneware crock with crisp. Bold markings and 4" wing. There are no cracks and little other damage, most of which looks factory(there are a few dings or burst bubbles on the inside and a few small chunks of clay and glaze missing along bottom edge on the sides next to extra chunks of clay and smudged glaze, shown in photos) The only significant after-market damage I can find is some dark spots of sticky residue on the bottom, shown in the photos. The crock measures about 9 1/2" H x 9 1/2" in diameter. It will be packed very well, double boxed, and insured during shipping. Excellent Antique 6 Gallon Red Wing Union Stoneware Crock w/ Bail Handles 1915
This is an excellent antique Red Wing stoneware crock with 4" wing. Union oval, and nice bail handles. There are no cracks or chips, the glaze looks very good, and it is clean inside and out. The wire on the handles has some surface rust and the wood pieces have very light wear, but the black paint is almost 100% complete. There are some factory flaws(fingerprints in the stoneware and glaze) and there are a few light scratches and scuffs, but it is nearly perfect. It measures about 12 1/2" in diameter x 15 1/2" H. It will be packed very well, double boxed, and insured during shipping.

This is a nice antique 2 gallon Red Wing stoneware crock with crisp. Bold cobalt markings including birch leaves and a union oval, and the bottom of the crock is clearly marked Minnesota Stoneware Co Red Wing. There is one hairline crack that forks up the side and wraps around the bottom edge, and comes up around the bottom edge in the front(very faint) but there are no other cracks and chips other than some tiny flakes in the glaze around the inner top edge(not noticeable unless very closely inspected; shown in the last photo) The crock is clean, the glaze is shiny, and it would display beautifully. It measures 9 3/4" W x 9 1/4" H. It will be packed very well, double boxed, and insured during shipping.

There is a small chip on the bottom rim by the mark and one on the front on the birch leaves. There is a hairline crack visible from both sides which runs through the bottom and side. Antique 5 Gallon Crock-Bail Handles-Red Wing Union Stoneware Co Pat 1915 4" Wing
This is a 5 gallon Red Wing Union Stoneware Co. Crock with original handles and 4" Wing. Overall very good condition. The photo shows the chipped blemish at the bottom edge of the crock which looks worse than it is because it's a very shallow chip. The crock handle near the patent date there appears to be a crack however it is not. It looks like that area was filled in a bit more than normal causing overlapping. Otherwise there are a couple areas that have slight surface fractures. Again, overall very nice crock. I offer very safe shipping.
