1/2 Gallon Stoneware Crock 5" tall by 7" diameter SMALL FRACTURE,ADDS CHARACTER!
This auction is for a vintage 1/2 gallon stoneware crock. This measures right at 5" tall and has a diameter right at 7"across. This has a fracture in the that start part way down the side and continues half way across the bottom. This is a fracture not a break. I am not sure what the crock was used for, I have cleaned it up, you may want to do more. Most crocks will have a fracture and some blemishes, to me it adds character to these pieces. Up for auction is a very nice old cottage cheese crock. With the name"Fairmont's cottage cheese registered" written on the front. The crock is about 7 inches tall and 8 1/2 inches in diameter. The crock weighs about six pounds. There are no chips or repairs. I believe this crock dates from between 1910 and 1935.

Vintage 2 Brown USA Stone Stoneware Crock Bowls 3-1/4" H x 4-1/2" Diameter
You are bidding on one(1) set of 2 identical(except for a small hairline crack in each and 3 black spots on the bottom of one) Brown Stoneware Crock Bowls that measure about 3-1/4" tall x 4-1/2" wide. The small hairline crack in each is visible all the way through. But is not noticeable except upon close examination. Not sure of the maker. But the bottom of each is stamped USA. My mother used these for serving"supper" items during my childhood in the early 1950's. She had owned them for quite awhile even then. Have been stored in a smoke-free. I have an antique stoneware crock lid that needs a match. Lid measures 7" in diameter on the inside rim and is 8 1/2" in diameter to the outside edge. Lid is in very good condition with only a couple small chips on the inside rim.
