It has a great look. I am not sure if it is Horner or not, but it has all the attributes. It has big carved lion heads on top, carved pillars coming down and wonderful detail claw feet. It has a step out breakfront top, multi-molding going with a wonderful detail carved crest and the original old crusty finish that has never been touched. It has a full mirror back with 4 glass shelves. The condition of the mirrors are 130 years old as you can see the age marks in them. Look at the claw feet on the base as they are so detail.

It dates from the 1860s to 1870s ... moreand is in its original condition. Starting at the top there is a lion head carved into both center blocks on the step out molding. In the center there are lion faces with bodies and fleur-delis and there are winged griffins underneath the shelf supports. There is fleur-de-lis carvings and dragons carved throughout both sides of the tree bark solid wood carved posts that are supported with full wing griffin lions. Underneath the full wing griffins holding up the outside pillars are maidens carved out of solid wood and below that is what appears to be a werewolf with claw feet holding up the base.

This antique china closet is a stout and sturdy cabinet with a serpentine front door, curved glass sides, four shelves with plate grooves in the back and the original key. It looks likes the left glass panel might have been replaced as there is a little gap where it doesn’t fit perfectly, but it could have happened at the factory. It is all tight and sturdy. The front door is 24 inches wide with a slight serpentine glass. It has a heavy crown molded top. The overall size is 52 inches wide, 18 inches deep at the deepest point and 66 inches high.

This antique china closet ... more/ buffet dates from the 1890s, and consists of a three-drawer double door base, fluted carved vases on the base doors, dainty detail carving across the crest of the shapely bevel glass mirror and a carved fruit basket crest on the very top. It has a couple of small holes above the bevel glass mirror on the right-hand side of the wood. I would guess it had a shelf there, but it doesn’t take away from the beauty of this antique sideboard. We used to get these all the time and they used to sell for thousands, but you can’t find them often anymore. Someone hung a mirror on the inside of the top section of the back which covered up the tiger sawn oak panel.

She's about 100 years old. Beautifully carved oak, and had to owned by the richest of the rich in that time period. Most of these cabinets were not carved as much and were 36" to 40" wide. This ones is 5'4" wide, she stands 5'8" tall, and 18" deep. She's all original with the exception of the glass inside shelves that were custom made. If it was not made by Drexel. It is a spitting image of the ones that they do make. It has picture frame molded doors that are curved on the base and has a shelf behind that is fixed center way. It also has a drawer in the center that is dove tail with the original Duncan Phyfe style hardware. It has two curved doors on top that have two extra deep shelves to hold plenty of goods. The cabinet is in the original dark reddish stain finish. It has dentil molding on top, original hardware and the drawer in the center has a simulated key hole but does not lock. It is in the original finish and the only thing I can see wrong with it is down at the applied base it has some wood chipping that we will correct before shipping. The overall size is 34 inches wide across the front, approximately 20 inches deep and 72.5 inches high overall. The overall condition is good. The width of the top half is 1 foot and 1 1/2 inches at the top. The bottom half of the cabinet is two feet and 4 1/2 inches long. The width of the bottom half is 1 foot and 3 1/2 inches deep. Server, and table being sold separate An arched pediment top with a stylized finial flows down to a straight lined china cabinet with two glass Pane doors and stunning Fretwork. Fluted legs support the entirety of this china closet. An added bonus is a drawer over 2 doors with storage. All original hardware and dovetailed drawer are also apparent when gazing at this piece. It measures 74 1/4" tall. 36" wide; and 16" deep. The inside top is 11 3/4" deep. It is sturdy and in good condition. It does show minor wear. There is a minor crackle at the top left of the arch.
