ANTIQUE EDWARDIAN HANGING MAHOGANY CORNER CABINET WITH STAND ENGLISH UK IMPORT
Here is a fabulous find. a beautiful antique English crotch mahogany corner cabinet and stand. Imported from the UK through Edinburgh and ready to make a statement in your home or office today. This marvelous cabinet was probably manufactured somewhere in the early twentieth century and is a quality made piece in very nice condition for it's age, a rare find with original stand. This lovely corner cabinet comes in two pieces. The lovely stand with small drawer stands 36 inches tall and appears to have been made for this particular cupboard, as it fits perfectly as shown in my photo's where the two pieces join. The stand is 33 inches across it's widest point and each of the two sides which run against the wall to the corner are 22 1/2 inches long. The cupboard itself is 44 inches tall and measures 28 1/2 inches across it's ... morewidest point, with it's two wall sides measuring 19 1/2 inches back to the corner. There is a chain on each side where the cupboard can be secured to the wall to help with weightbearing if desired. Inside the cupboard the shelves measure 25 inches across their widest point and 15 inches from the front of each shelf back to the corner. Including the base of the cupboard there are four shelves total with 12 inches clearance above the base then 9 1/2, 9 and 8 1/2 inches clearance above the next three shelves respectively. This is a wonderful little oak hanging cupboard with two display shelves and a lovely cabinet with more shelves behind the doors. It has wonderful hand laid dentition work above the upper shelf as shown in close ups and it can be used standing as shown or hanging on the wall. It stands 28 1/2 inches tall by 23 inches wide by 8 3/4 inches front to back. The top display shelf surface is 26 inches tall and 4 1/4 inches front to back while the lower larger shelf surface is 17 1/2 inches tall and 8 3/4 inches front to back. Behind the two gorgeous oak cabinet doors is cabinet space 13 3/4 inches tall by 20 inches wide by 8 1/4 inches front to back. Nice custom wood piece! This larger antique wall-hanging cabinet is supposed to have a glass insert. So the items placed on the three shelves can be viewed/ displayed. Like a china cabinet. The original glass insert is missing. The door has a white porcelain knob/handle. It's in wonderful condition. In my opinion, it has no need for any refinishing, etc. Cleaning? YES. and a new piece of glass. Of course there are a couple nicks, or scuffs. This should be expected, as it is used and it's old. The last photo I provided shows some roughness to one edge in the back corner. This is the only real noteworthy spot. There are two metal pieces on each upper corner on the back, for hanging. Antique/Vintage Primitive Wall Hanging Curio/Display Shelf Cabinet
For your bidding consideration is an antique/primitive wall hanging curio/display cabinet. I purchased this off a woman in the 80's and I remember her telling me this was hand made by her grandfather. The workmanship is excellent and truly a one of a kind piece. This is a solid. Sturdy piece and stained a cherry, mahogany color although I do not know exactly what type of wood it is, but is a hard wood indicative with cherry or mahogany. Decorative frame as can be seen in the photos. The back is a mirror is discolored with age that goes with the age of the piece. There is two metal type hooks at the top for hanging. I have always loved this piece and have kept it stored all these years not being able to part with it but now have decided to pass it along for someone who might actually use it. My house is over 100 years old and has these ... moreweird kind of walls that won't hold anything heavy or I would have used it to display my collections. Including the frame this measures 21"L x 16 3/4"W. Without the frame the inside measures 18"L x 14"W and the shelves are approximately 2 1/2" in depth and the bottom shelf is 3" deep. This auction is for an antique curio cabinet which has curved glass on both sides as well as on the door. This piece has 2 shelves and can be used as a table top curio cabinet and stand on its four legs or it could be a hanging curio cabinet if hooks were installed. This cabinet measures 23" high overall and 12-3/4" wide. It is slighty less than 7" deep. The legs measure 3-1/2" high. The pull on the door needs replacing. It is a lovely old piece. it has a few light scratches. But nothing that detracts from its beauty. I do not know what type of wood this is. Please scroll down under this description for additional views. Circa 1920-1930 hanging medicine cabinet of painted wood with a mirror in the door and a metal towel rack hanging underneath. The distinctive towel rack on the bottom makes us think that is was actually from a barber shop. Overall height is 24" Width is 18" depth is 6" The cabinet itself is 17" high with an interior depth of 5" There are three shelves inside, two of the shelves have a lip on the front to prevent things from falling or rolling out. The crystal glass knob on the door is original and so is the mirror. The back section of the wooden gallery on top is a newer piece- obviously since it doesn't have a zillion old coats of paint on it! The silvering on the mirror does have some crazing and wear around the perimeter. This medicine cabinet ... morewas painted many times- once, someone painted right over a razor blade that was lying on the top. It would be a great little project to clean up and use in your own vintage bathroom. It would even work in a kitchen filled with spices and seasonings with a cute kitchen towel hanging below. The towel rod is really clever and opens up like a giant safety pin- I assume that one of those long linen rolls might have been used on it but it makes a nifty way to dispense a roll of paper towels this way. Hi. This auction is for a great old cabinet. Probably late 1800's early 1900's. This cupboard has a great patina and is a nice size. Approximately 16 1/2" tall x 12 1/2" W x 7" D. It has one shelf, looks like it had two. On could easily but cut to slide in. I just did not do it. See all the photos. I found this in a barn/barn garage in Pemberton NJ 1830's home. The back board is bowed and the lock doesn't click out all the way over. With the door over, that hasn't been an issue. I still displayed items with the door open. SUPERB ANTIQUE VICTORIAN CURIO MIRRORED WALL HANGING CABINET
I had the antique curio cabinet all fixed up for my daughter.but she just turned 16 and now does not want antiques. I had a mirror and glass shelves added. So right now if you want to hang it you do so by placing screws through holes in the back of the case. The put the mirror over the back. The bracket for the shelves come out and when replaced hold the mirror in place. This is a really nice all wood and glass cabinet. I would estimate it as circa 1920s to 30s but could be earlier. Measurements are 31" tall. 20" wide, and 7" deep. The lighter wood color is most correct. The dark photos are just the lighting. This will require a huge box and careful packing. I insure all items.

The screw holding on the door knob has been replaced at some point and is really to long. You can see this in the photos as the screw head keeps the door from closing fully. A very easy fix. One side of the cabinet has a split down the side from age. Still very solid with no loose boards. The cabinet measures 26" tall x 12" wide x 5 5/8" deep. Antique Corner Cabinet Hanging Shelf Primitive Cabinet With Key
This cabinet was removed from a farmhouse in North Georgia. It is all carved wood construction with old paint. Very solid with key. It measures 19" tall. 13.5" wide, 9" deep.
