No plate loss, only the spoons show some wear. The service is a nice size for modern use, with the stand measuring approx 6-1/2" tall to the top of the handle, by 6" across the base and each of the egg cups measuring approx 2-3/4" tall by 2" across the top opening. varied collection of egg cups some marked silver plate some not so cannot be sure about those ones. All are vintage some are quite heavy. The short squat one at the front is marked EPNS. One is marked mappin webb ltd, mmapin plate, London& Sheffield, one of a pair has NS in the side top edge the rest I am unable to fine markings on. Total weight 570g hence high postage. This unusual. Early C20th silver plated egg cup has two tabs which holds(the original) Crown Devon Fieldings pottery dish below. The spoon is solid silver but the hallmarks are worn(the lion is clear) and the spoon well used. The silver plate on the egg cup is very good and shows no wear. The following is stamped on one tab: Patent 20 70 06” and“Brevete 369982” on the other. The dish is clearly marked“Crown Devon. Fieldings” on the underside.
