One bottle seems to have original stopper. The rest are missing their toppers. The castor unit is made of silver electroplated metal. The handle seems to be missing its electroplating probably from use. Size: The entire set stands 14 inches tall 6 1/2 inches in diameter. The cruet bottle with stopper is 7" tall Castor sets were popular from the 1890s to the first world war. And were used in the center of every dining table. Condition: Very good pre-owned item. Silverplate has worn on handles and in other places on the piece. 4 bottles on missing their toppers. Every bo ttle has a different pattern. So they may not all be original t o the castor set. But from the same era- do not know. This is a rare find and can be a great piece to add to your collection. I am not an antique dealer so if you have any questions at all. The stand shows great Victorian design with four great Bun Feet. The Egg Cups are equally nice with pierced designs throughout. The stand is marked WH& S for the fine Period Silversmiths William Hutton& Sons of Sheffield England and this mark dates to around 1890. Overall the Stand and Egg Cups are in excellent condition. No plate loss, only the spoons show some wear. The service is a nice size for modern use, with the stand measuring approx 6-1/2" tall to the top of the handle, by 6" across the base and each of the egg cups measuring approx 2-3/4" tall by 2" across the top opening. Up for auction is a Vintage Victorian Look. Rogers Silver Plate'Meriden Britannia Co. CT' Quadruple Cruet Castor 5 Glass Container Set. The bottle has a different etched glass design. The swivel caddy has a Beaver Motif and it spins around with ease. It is in Excellent Vintage/Antique( Condition with a few typical exceptions, which consist of a chip on one of the stoppers on the part that sits inside the cruet(see pic) which is not noticeable when the stopper is on the bottle. The other issue is the lid of the smallest cruet. From an estate- found this sitting on a tall top shelf and clearly hadn't been touched for a very long time. Old Victoria Cruet Set. Marked on the bottom J.A. Babcock& Co Quadruple Plate. Quadruple silverplate was some of the highest quality made during the later part of the 19th century and used more troy ounces per silver. 11 1/2" tall. Four etched glass crystal cruets. Two are missing the stoppers. Two have the silver tops- one is a shaker with small holes; the other lifts off with a hinge and has a small hole for a spoon(condiment) 3 Tallest bottles are 5 1/2" tall(without the silver top) Condiment bottle is 5" tall including the silver top. Miraculously. This set does not have any chips, cracks or repairs. There is some powdery corrosion under the silver lids but looks like it can be cleaned up. The silverplate ... moreholder is footed and photos show the intricate detail of the hande as well as the feet and corners. Great Figural of an Indian Teepee tripod with a fantastic aesthetic design from the turn of the century. A very lovely Vintage Silver Plate Cruet Set consisting of a Pepper Shaker. Salt Cellar and Mustard Dish both with the original blue glass dish interiors and silver plate spoons. Also included is a silver plate small tray which is not part of the original set but does make an excellent tray on which to place this items. The cruet set is hand engraved with a decorative floral decoration. The silver tray is also decorated with a floral pattern. The cruet set is in excellent condition with hardly any visible wear to the exterior and just some scuffing to the interior. The tray is also in a nice, clean condition. Vintage VICTORIAN Triple Plate Silver Base Etched Glass 6 Pc Cruet Set
The holder of this set is marked"Triple Plate Boston. The holder has an ornate handle and the design is unusual with the floral pattern being set into the silver with no detail on it. It is a silhouette pattern. The base has been polished and shows wear to the silverplate which is normal for the age of the piece. It was probably a working set that was left on the kitchen table for evey day use as it is more functional than flashy like some sets with cranberry glass and such. I have been to old farmhouses where a set like this was used every day. There are 5 glass pieces and each has a pattern that was quickly etched into the glass sides. All of the pieces have intact silver tops. Such as the salt, pepper and sugar. The oil and vinegar cruets have matching glass stoppers. The taller of the oil and vinegar cruets has a surface crack that ... moreis about the area where the bottom of the stopper sits. I have photos for you. All pieces have bubbles and imperfections in the glass as was the case for all older glass. Due to their age, these might even lavendar in color if you set them in sunlight. The silver base stands just at 16 inches tall. The tallest glass piece is the oil or vinegar and it stands 8 and a half inches tall with the stopper inside. Rare large old antique silver plate Mappin Brothers table cruet condiment stand
Here we have a rare large old antique mid to late Victorian Mappin Brothers( 1850 to 1903 period) cruet- condiment stand. It measures about 25cm high to top of handle and the base unit is about 20 x 16 cm and oval in shape, it stands on four ball feet with eight spaces for condiments etc five are 49mm in inside diameter, one 39mm inside diameter and the two smaller ones each end are 17mm inside diameter, the side of the set is decorated as shown and with a small blank cartouche on either side, on the base it has the marks Mappin Brothers 222 Regent Street and London Bridge and capped with the Sun symbol with face, Mappin Brothers ran from 1850 up until 1902/ 3 we believe) the condition almost excellent but has lost one of its rounded retaining nuts on the base which hold the inner stand but it is still stable and an easy fix with a normal ... morenut of the correct size about 3mm I think.

For your consideration is this large. Antique quadruple silver plated cruet castor, made by the Acme Silver Co. Toronto. They were only in business for 10 years, making this piece relatively rare. It is 17 inches tall, has an etched floral design around the cruet stand, which revolves. In tarnished, unpolished condition, but I found no areas of surface loss. No cruets are included. Unscrews easily and will be shipped in 3 pieces.

Antique Victorian Silver Plate Condiment Castor and Cruet Set, only four bottles
A pretty antique Victorian Silver Plate Condiment Castor and Cruet Set in very good condition. But with only four bottles instead of five. I can't find a name or mark except for the number 2169 on the bottom. The top design is a child picking apples with a circle on the very top. It doesn't seem to have any dents or any missing silverplate. It is 16" tall x 7" in diam. at the cruet holder. There are two cruets with faceted stoppers. One stopper has a teeny chip on the very top and a teeny chip on one of the points. I think these are daisy and button designs. Those two are 8 3/4" to the top of the stopper. The other two are 8 3/4" tall with silverplate salt shaker tops. One has a small chip on the rim under the screw on top. Everything seems to be great and very pretty.

Cranberry Thumb Print Glass Castor Cruet Set 1853-1859 Taunton Silver Plate Co.
Available for purchase. We have a beautiful cruet castor set. This set has 5 cranberry hand blown glass bottles with a thumb print pattern. The stand is triple silver plate made by The Taunton Silver Plate Co. In Taunton, Massachusetts. The stamp used on the stand was one that Taunton used from 1853-1859. Two of the glass bottles are missing their glass stoppers. There is also a mustard pot and 2 shaker bottles that have silver plate tops. Other than the missing stoppers, there is no chips or cracks. A couple of the bottles have a slightly crooked neck due to them being hand blown. It's hard to notice but true. The stand has a few rough spots where there is wear to the silver plate but nothing that would detract from a piece of this age. Art Deco Keith Murray Mappin Web Cruet Set & Sugar Shaker & Cream Silver Plate
Here is a 1930's Art Deco Keith Murray Mappin& Webb Silver Plate Items. The bottom of each says Mappin& Webb London& Sheffield Mappin Plate. The very small items are a cruet set there are 5 pieces counting the lid to the shaker and the spoon. The item that looks a cocktail shaker is a sugar shaker. The last item I believe is a creamer or gravy boat. These are in good condition for there age. There is a lot of scratches and marks and the sugar shaker has a bent lip. These are far from perfect but still nice pieces. Shipping is FREE.

This is a lovely antique cranberry glass cruet set on a silverplate rotating caddy. The individual 5 piece vessels are cranberry glass with etching on each individual piece. I'm unsure of the date. Antique Victorian Silver Plate Cut Glass Etched Bottle Caster Cruet Set Shaker
Stunning VICTORIAN antique unmarked but I believe it to be silver plate caster set with cut glass etched bottles. This set is so very nice. It is large and measures 13" tall. Each bottle measures between 5"7" tall. The set is used but in good condition. One bottle has old tape on the bottom from where it was broken and put back together at some point and one of the shakers is chipped under the shaker top. You can't see this because it's underneath the silver lid. The top caring handle features a soldier on one side and a man on the other. The spoon maybe solid silver, it is marked with 3 numbers but I can not read them. The entire set displays beautifully as you can see. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Thank you!

Antique silver plate cruet set. Pedestal base 16-3/4 inches tall with domed bottom, 6-3/4 inches in diameter. Short stem with band around bottom with panels of leaves and top pedestal with raised leaves. Top pedestal has 6 holes and only 5 bottles. Screw on handle has arched top. Open flowers and circle in center. Bottles include 3 7-3/4 inches tall with silver shaker tops. Upper portion of glass has cut circles and oblong pieces on bottom. Another piece has hinged silver top. 5-3/4 inches tall. Vinegar cruet is 9 inches tall and has swirled bottom and glass stopper. All pieces have etched centers of leaves. Stand marked Meridian Silver Plate Co. All in good condition. 1 missing bottle and one bottle cloudy, silver worn on handle.

1800s Racine Co. Victorian Silver Plate Castor Cruet Condiment Bottle Holder
Antique cruet 6 piece set manufactured by the Racine S.P. Co. Racine silver plate company) located in Racine. WI until a fire in 1882. The company salvaged what they could and moved to Rockford, IL and became the Rockford silver company. That makes this set currently a minimum of 132 years old and highly collectible. Triple silver plate rotating tray holds 5 glass and silver condiment bottles. Three bottles feature etched glass with silver plated tops. Presumably. Salt, pepper and mustard or sugar(there is no soon)Two bottles are clear ornamental glass with a bubble pattern, presumably for oil and vinegar. Over all condition is very nice. But the tray has one small dent on edge(see pic) and features a pretty etched pattern all the way around. It has not been polished. The shape of the rotating tray is not perfectly round. But that is difficult ... moreto tell if that is a design feature, or if the tray was slightly misshapen after market sometime during its life. Some of the bottles have a little residue in the bottom. I do not know if that is permanent. Or can come out with proper cleaning. One of the oil/ vinegar bottles has a very small chip on the lip, see pic) I do not see any other chips or cracks on the bottles. I'm selling this piece as is. And I have described it to the best of my ability. Please look at the pics carefully and feel free to ask any further questions. Antique Cruet Set For sale is an antique cruet set from the R. Strickland Company from Albany New York. This company was in operation from 1857- 1884. It is stamped on the bottom: R. Strickland Warranted Treble Plated Albany N. Y. The condition is good overall with tarnishing to the silverplate and some damage to a few of the pieces. One of the cruets with stoppers has a large chip out of the lid and one has a small chip out. The mustard has a rough lip from use and a missing spoon. One stopper has a large chip. One a small chip and some roughness and one a small crack, all on the part that enters the bottle. Please see the photos as well; I try to get close to the damage.
