I tried to take a close up of the gorgeous design on this frame since I'm not sure what the design is called. The embossing is heavy around the outer edge of the frame and the same pattern is done more delicately along the inner border. Very Pretty! There are 4 tiny screws on the outside of the frame which I'm assuming is to hold the back on. The back is a dark wood and the stand is nice and tight. It also features a long hinged opening to put the photo in. A really nice coin silver frame that would make the perfect gift to hold that special photo. Great for a wedding. Antique Pickle Castor Yellow Quilted Satin Glass Silverplate Frame Lid Tongs
My parents collected antique art glass(among other things) in the 1960's- 70's& this is from their collection. The glass part is screaming yellow quilted cased satin glass; no maker's mark but it has the pontil on the bottom so it was hand blown. The inside is white satin glass; the outside is a the yellow that is lighter at the bottom going to darker as it gets higher. There's an impressed quilted pattern plus the quilt pattern is made the colors in the glass(hard to explain& hope you can see what I mean in my pics) It's a fine piece of victorian glass. It measures 4 3/4" tall; 3 1/8" across the top& 2 5/8" across the bottom. The glass has no chips. Breaks or other damage. There are a few small dark spots where the silver of the frame has touched to glass. The lid has no marks on it- it fits ... moreperfectly. The tongs are also unmarked and are 6 5/8" long. The frame is 11 1/2" tall. It has 4 round ball feet. There's a place to hang the tongs. The frame is stamped Wilcox Silver Plate Co. 4696 Quadruple Plate. Very ornate antique Victorian quadruple silverplate basket or relish or bon bon dish. It is 10" long X 8" tall X 5 1/2" wide with a very ornate handle that has a place at the top for a candle. It is tarnished but could be polished. There are some small dings on the surface and some of the silverplate is bubbing on the bottom(see photos)

Up of sale is this pressed(possibly crystal? glass pickle castor in a fancy silver plate frame.The total height of the frame is 9 3/4" tall. The bottom of the frame is marked Pairpoint Silver Plate# 667. The silver plate has its original patina. The height of the pressed glass jar is 4 1/2" tall. It is in very condition with no nicks or flea bites at the top of the jar although there is a chip on the bottom of the insert. There is a pair of pickle tongs hanging from the side of the frame. Please note that there is a missing piece of decoration on the bottom back side of the frame.

Antique Meriden Silverplate Salt Pepper Frame/Stand/Caster Aesthetic Decoration
From a local estate is this charming original antique Victorian silverplate frame(or stand or caster) with two openings for holding salt and pepper shakers(or other style shakers- perhaps those made by Mt Washington Glass Company. Etc) The base of the frame has wonderful aesthetic decoration, and the frame sits on four ball feet. It is marked on the underside MERIDEN B COMPANY, QUADRUPLEPLATE, plus the number 81. This mark was used by the Meriden Britannia company from Meriden, Connecticut, and it probably dates from the 1870s or 1880s when this type of aesthetic decoration was popular. The frame is 5 1/2” tall. 3 7/8” long, and 2 1/4” wide. The openings which hold the bottles or shakers have an opening size of 1 1/2” square(tight flush measurement) so you might want to allow at least an extra 1/4” or more if you have bottles you want to ... morefit. Condition: generally very good. It can use a good polishing, and there is one small area in the middle of the aesthetic decoration which has silver loss. I am offering this Antique Quadruple Silver Plate. Hotel Quality#21, Wallace Bros. Caddy Frame Carrier, and 3 Crystal Salt and Pepper Shakers. It stands at 5 1/4" tall x 3" width across the bottom. The caddy has bun feet, 3 rungs to hold the shakers, and a stem at the center with a loop handle at the top. The shakers are crystal with silver plated tops, measuring, 2 3/4" tall x 3/4" across the bottoms. The overall condition is good. The bottles have no chips or cracks, throughout the body, however some slight rough areas along the top edges where the caps screw on and off. This set most likely adorned a hotel restaurant table. This is an antique Victorian silverplate stand for a vase or maybe a perfume bottle. It is made by Wm. Rogers& Son. Hartford Ct. It is just over 12" high, 3 1/2" in diameter at the base and 2" in diameter inside where the vase or perfume would sit. Condition is good with some wear and spotting to the plate but there is one leaf broken off as seen in the 5th photo and another leaf top that was repaired or strengthened as seen in the last 3 photos so care must be taken with it.
