Measurements are as follows: 84"W x ... more69"T X 24"D. Weight: approx. 150-200lbs. There are a couple of small trim pieces where the backsplash meets the base that are missing, a couple that are loose. The top section of the backsplash has seperated and a couple small pieces of carved trimwork are missing as a result(can be seen in the pics) There is a small a chip on the front left edge of the table surface. One of the locks is missing from one of the doors and there is a stain on the top that can be clearly seen in the photo. Im sure there are other bumps/bruises but nothing glaring. All that having been said, this piece is really stunning in person and all of the condition issues are fairly simple repairs. The flaws I mentioned are only noticed upon close scrutiny and have never been pointed out to me by anyone who has seen it in person. Original finish is in good shape, just as it appears in the photos. The color, in person, is probably somewhere between the lightest and darkest photos. The carving on this piece is AWESOME! The quartersawn grain is heavy and pronounced. Bought this piece and the matching server, which I will be listing soon) to restore but I am out of time/space. I feel I have a reasonable opening bid on this piece but if it does not sell, I will restore it and the price will go up considerably. Personally, im kinda getting burned out on the figurals and winged griffins that usually adorn pieces of this quality so its nice to see a great piece without that typical subject matter. It has a great crest on it. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 21 inches deep, 39 inches high to the marble and 96 inches high to the top. The door compartments are divided with a shelf on each side. There are some specks of white paint on one side where someone must have splattered paint when painting a wall that I am sure would clean up. There are a few pieces of molding missing that aren’t anything major, but I wanted to mention it. Other than three or four little sections with the molding issues, it is in really nice condition.

One key is included The hutch is 8 ft high. 21" deep, and 57" wide at the widest The bottom part is 36" high by 52" wide There is one shelf inside the bottom part and then the bottom shelf. It measures 15 1/2" deep The top part is 51" high by 52" wide. The top part has 2 shelves inside plus the bottom. These shelves measure 9" deep. Then upper cabinet with foliate carved panels and display shelf raised on baluster form supports over a three drawer, three door base cabinet similarly relief carved with fruit filled urns and foliate panels. This beautiful buffet measures 110" high x 76" wide x 23" deep and would be the focal piece of any room. The piece is in very nice condition, but it does have a few flaws expected in a piece its age. This is a very nice solid oak court cupboard. l would like to say it circa 1690. But lam not sure if the carving on the top is original. l bought it in England. And thought it was a fantastic cupboard. looking at the cupboard it is very old and l think its certainly a few hundred years old. But in the Victorian days they used to alter things, so it gives me the impression that it could have been altered maybe 100 years ago. So lam selling it as it is. This buffet comes in 3 major pieces. It can be taken apart very easily for cleaning. Maintenance or repairs. It also ships very easily on wooden crates. It has an original finish to it, and was never varnished. The best way to maintain is to oil them regularly as they have been for the last century. This buffet shows evidence that it has been restored one or several times. It probably sustained some damage and needed repairs. It appears that there is also a combination of wood. Oak being of them. The stained glass seemed to be original, could be the central point of interest, but the carved and turned columns is certainly the central focal point of this buffet. Exquisite antique hand carved English hutch / dresser / buffet / sideboard oval
INCREDIBLE hand carved English hutch/buffet/sideboard just waiting for that perfect spot in your home. Made entirely of beautiful dark wood. This piece has been meticulously carved by hand, and no opportunity for adding elegance has been missed. Includes all original hardware and mirror. This sideboard separates into two pieces in case you only want to use the buffet portion on the bottom. The sides of the hutch include intricately carved finials and small"shelves" for displaying your favorite small items(I used antique perfume bottles) and small painted plates. There is a small crack along the left side of the buffet close to where it meets the hutch, which I assume is due to its travel from England. Two carved doors on bottom open to reveal a spacious interior with original shelf, and two drawers open smoothly to store smaller ... moreitems. Right side of cabinet tends to come open if not locked, but a regular basic skeleton key keeps it closed easily. I have used this piece as a dresser in my guest bedroom, and I have regularly gotten offers to purchase it. We are moving downtown and will not have room for it in our new home. I purchased this piece at auction years ago, and it has been lovingly and meticulously maintained in a smoke-free home. Bottom portion is 46 1/2" wide x 18" deep x 36" tall. Tel: 01432 357753 Description: This is a very nice quality late 19th to early 20th Century antique Victorian Edwardian Jacobean Carolean inspired dresser and rack/ server/ sideboard of Lancashire form. The dresser stands on pad feet with turned tapering legs to the front and square legs to the rear with a shaped pierced apron to both the sides and front and matched raised moulded drawer fronts with 17th/ 18th Century period style brass batwing handles with shaped droppers. Each of the drawes comes with its original lock and escutcheon although we have no keys to the drawers. However it would be relatively easy to have drawers made. The drawers have oak linings with dovetail joints, which are hand-cut. The dresser is surmounted by ... morea solid oak moulded top, rising over this the two door dresser rack with a pierced fretwork frieze, flared cornice and three shelves to the centre and a single shelf, which is removable, either side over the cupboards which have attractive arched panels, the shelves having arched bow fronts. The centre shelf is fitted with a plate groove, the dresser retaining its original solid oak backing. The doors come complete with working locks and keys and each having a single fitted shelf behind. A fine quality dresser, retaining its original medium oak finish. Date: The dresser dates circa 1900- 1920. Condition: The dresser is in very nice condition for its age. The sideboard has lots of attractive features such as the wonderful carvings on the paneled doors. The top section has 3 richly carved doors with double fluted columns. There are some impressive carvings of fruit. Nuts, flowers, oak leaves and urns. All these motives and columns remind the neo classical style and the influence of the Greek art. The middle section has also some carvings of oak leaves. 2 large pilars each side and a plate rack at the back. The base section has also 2 richly carved paneled doors and 2 drawers. There are also some nice frieze running round the paneled doors and on the drawers as well. The drawers have their original handles. The base has also elegant columns each side. The Buffet stands on bun feet. The buffet has its original handles. Key escutcheons and original key. This buffet is a top quality Antique. The buffet is in its natural state. ANTIQUE 1870's VICTORIAN RENAISSANCE CARVED MAHOGANY MARBLE TOP SIDEBOARD w/ MIRROR The base is mahogany veneers with solid mahogany carvings. The upper piece above the marble is solid mahogany. There are areas of missing and damaged veneer on the base. The drawer pulls are not original. And the drawer locks have been removed. One of the pads(back left) the base rests on is missing. The spindle detail on the left side of the base under the marble is missing. There is some silver loss to the mirrors. The marble has some staining and a few scratches that don't detract from the piece. The dimensions are 46" wide x 21" deep x 74" tall overall and 39" tall to the top of the marble. The color may be inconsistent in the photos. But this provides a more informed look at the item. Dimensions: The Server is 37& 1/2" tall at the front. It is 44& 1/2" tall at its back. This includes the splash guard& back spindle leg. It measures 38" wide/across and 16& 7/8" deep from front to back. I LOVE THE UNIQUE AND WHEN THIS CAME UP AT A LOCAL ESTATE SALE. I HAD TO HAVE IT. THIS IS A VERY UNUSUAL AND BEAUTIFUL PASTRY CABINET OR BUFFET. IT IS OAK WITH LOVELY PIERCE CARVINGS. THE CARVING AT THE CREST OF THE SCALLOPED AND BEVELED MIRROR IS A PINEAPPLE. THERE IS A CHIP OR TWO IN THE WOOD. SMALL AND TYPICAL FOR AGE) THE HARDWARE IS MOST UNUSUAL AS WELL. IT IS SORT OF A BLACK IRON WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE AN EARLY CELLULOID INSERT. ALL DRAWERS AND DOORS LOCKED AT SOME POINT- I DO NOT HAVE A KEY. ONE KNOB IS MISSING AS WELL.
