This is a nice a ntique 19th c entury a ttributed to Mitchell& Rammelsberg ma rble t opped a sh s erver. In good shape as the pics show consider ing it's over 100 year life span. It doe s have some minor wear which it to be expected. It has a small imper fection to the marble shown in pic 10 which is near the front right corner on the underneath side but n ot pictured is basically the exact same small area missing on the left corne r. Most of the piece is constructed with thick Oak Ply and case frame is solid Oak. Secondary wood is Birch. Has beautiful Cloud Design Bevel Mirror. There are neat deeply colored marbled Butterscotch Bakelite vertical pulls on all drawers and doors. This buffet was used so it does show wear here and there. There is some loss of finish on top from people leaving drinks where they shouldn't(photo 11) and there is slight mirror backing deterioration along edges(photo 4) if you look closely. This is a very nice rose wood Server made in England circa 1870 in very good condition. They used to serve drinks off the top as the marble would keep the drinks cool. Its all original to either side of the base there are two candy twist pillars, and inside the base has the original shelf. The mirror doors to the base are a little a little worn with age but look fine. The top comes of the base so it is easy to transport. Measurements are 48 wide. 16 deep, 33 high to the top of the base and the back part with the mirror is an extra 15 inches.

Antique Hepplewhite Mahogany Serpentine Sideboard 1800's Inlaid Federal Server
Gorgeous Hepplewhite Federal style sideboard. A serpentine front and tapered legs create clean. Classic lines. Inlaid borders and designs contrast beautifully with the deep-colored mahogany finish. Two large drawers on the left and one in the center provide plenty of storage space in addition to the lower cabinet. False drawer fronts on the right open on brass hinges to provide storage for taller items. Brass drawer pulls and key surrounds. Unfortunately two of the pulls do not match, and were likely replaced at some point. This sturdy piece has dovetail joints in the drawers and mortise-and-tenon joints visible in the back. Overall. The sideboard is in very good condition. There is a dark area on the top as well as some light scratching and other wear consitent with age and use. There is also some wear to the feet. This is a very nice solid oak court cupboard. l would like to say it circa 1690. But lam not sure if the carving on the top is original. l bought it in England. And thought it was a fantastic cupboard. looking at the cupboard it is very old and l think its certainly a few hundred years old. But in the Victorian days they used to alter things, so it gives me the impression that it could have been altered maybe 100 years ago. So lam selling it as it is. Including panelled sides and dovetail joints in the three drawers. Full length door hinges and ornate metal drawer pulls accent the front opf the piece as well as a simple floral carving on the valanced skirt. Three drawers and a generously sized lower cabinet make this a practical storage piece as well. The sideboard most liekly dates from around the 1840's. Overall. This piece is in very good condition, especially considering its age. There are some noticeable scratches and wear to the top surface and a few areas with eveidence of worm damage. Here is an exquisite. Massive, Antique 19th cent. American(probably Horner) quarter sawn oak sideboard buffet server. Straight out of a Long Island estate. Was in the same family for 70 years. This piece was made around 1880 and represents carved oak at its best. Incredibly carved with lions' heads. Paws, ribbons, and scrolls. Doors are all carved scrolls with center cartouche. They are separated by 2 columns of carved ribbons and fruit. The drawers above have handles of lions' faces. The top is crowned with an incredible lion head. The only condition issues are a small ring stain and a darker area on the top front right. Also a thin slit in the wood appx 18 inch long. These are very minor and can easily be fixed. The top of this hutch is curved and has a beveled edge and pressed wood design on the inside top edge. The front corners have been cut on angel and tiger striped veneer applied for added detail. There are 2 bevel cut leaded glass doors on top. The glass is in excellent condition with no chips. Cracks or breaks. The base has 2 large drawers that are dove tail design and 2 large doors that ... moreopen up to ample storage. All the doors and drawers have matching original looking ornate metal pulls. This is a magnificent piece of furniture. There is a strip of burled wood down the center of the upper and lower pieces and the front of the lower doors have burled wood on them as well as a nicely designed inlaid tiger wood strip. This piece has great patina. The veneer has bubbled and chipped in a couple of spots but its hardly noticeable. The over all condition of this piece is excellent for its age. It is a very old antique and will not be perfect. I do not know the exact date it was made or who the maker is. The base measures 39 inches tall, 53 inches side to side and 23 inches front to back. It weighs 75 pounds. The top measures 34 ½ inches tall, 49 1/8 inches side to side and 17 1/8 inches front to back. It weighs 97 pounds. This Server is sitting in the back room of my shop, and I just didn't have the room to focus for a picture. The glare is terrible in some of the pics. And the blue showing in the mirror is from a tarp thats hanging in the building. I had the server redone as far as replacing the marble top. And all the drawer pulls. Antique English Solid Oak Victorian Huge Sideboard Server 1800s 8 feet 6" tall
This fabulous English oak solid wood sideboard is 2 sections- top and bottom. The bottom has 4 drawers and 3 cupboards- the 2 center drawers are bowed. The cupboard side doors are single and center cupboard is a double door. It features a bowed carved front between the drawers and the center compartment- center cupboard is open up into that bowed area. Original brass"butterfly" hardware with a stylized design- one broken handle on bottom center door. The top section features 3 beveled mirrors and 4 shelves supported by carved columns. There is a sunflower motif on the pediment top center along with multiple carved flowers and leaf designs all over the front. Scrolls along the very top and sides. The columns, for instance, appear to have once been part of another piece, as they have marks where a stretcher once would have joined them. This is an amazing very heavily carved Sever. It was made in England circa 1880. To the back and base there are carved faces maybe family relatives,to the base there are 3 drawers for some reason there are no handles you open them from underneath with your finger there is a secret hole, this could be for safety children opening. The center of the base they call this a dog kennel and either side there are doors. The top comes of the base so its easy to transport. To the top either side there are very heavily carved fish aboce there is a gallery with turned small pillars. Great piece I don`t think you will ever see another one. Measurements are 75 wide.82 high, 23 deep.

Large Pollard Oak Antique Mirror Back Server or Buffet Made in England.
This is a superb solid pollard oak server made in England circa 1880. It has all the original beveled mirrors to the back. The condition is very good. There are 4 doors to the bottom and 3 drawers to the top. The only thing I can see is missing is one drop from the brass handles. Measurements are 78 wide 26 deep 90 high. The top comes of the base so its easy to transport.

AMERICAN PRIMITIVE ANTIQUE BUFFET/SERVER/CABINET This listing is for an Antique Server. It has been in the owner's family for the last sixty years. It comes from a household filled with many Country/Shaker/ Mission/ Primitive AUTHENTIC antiques. It is beautifully hand carved with spindle legs adding warmth and usefulness to any home. We are not experts. And after much research we are still not certain if it is from the late 1800's or early 1900's. It is NOT a reproduction. It has a solid Primitive Americana look and feel. It seems to be either Jacobean or Tudor in style. There are some numbers stamped on the back. Some finishing nails and flathead screws were used in it's construction. The drawer is held together by dovetail grooves. See photos) There is some wear. But there is no evidence of any repairs or restoration. We ... morehave the loosened knob to a cabinet door and it will be included with the item. There are no broken hinges. Both doors open and close beautifully. There is a blemish where a child once painted a face with a magic marker at the top of a back spindle leg. See close-up photo. The server is a deep honey brown in color. In order to bring out blemishes. Some photos were taken in a bright daylight. Most of the photos were taken in different types of light. With two different cameras and on different days. The color may be inconsistent in the photos. But this provides a more informed look at the item. Dimensions: The Server is 37& 1/2" tall at the front. It is 44& 1/2" tall at its back. This includes the splash guard& back spindle leg. It measures 38" wide/across and 16& 7/8" deep from front to back. This a very good quality carved oak server made in England circa 1850 but looks in the french country style. Its very heavy all solid oak in the base back and drawer linings. To the center of the base there is a carved door with horses and men. The rest is superbly carved all over even the sides. Its very very heavy measurements are 72 long 21 deep. 35 high.
