1890's Oak Sideboard Buffet w/Barley Twist pillars and carved bevelled mirror
Beautiful. Functional buffet with carved beveled mirror. This piece is in very good condition. One of the smaller drawers is missing half of it's bottom, but has not been repaired because of inability to locate proper replacement material. Four of the original pulls are missing. The mirror does have one blemish. And the front edge of the base top has small dents, indicating use. This was a gently used and functional piece that has been said to come from one of the homes of Brigham Young, though we have not been able to verify that claim, yet.

We are pleased to offer this beautiful antique chair. This is a gorgeous dining. Side or accent chair with French Country/ Brittany carved details. The chair is solid wood with a white, painted/washed finish over medium oak wood. The chair has beautiful, barley twist front legs. The chair back is very ornate and the center back slat features an exquisitely carved figural scene. The scene is of a dancing couple in outdoor, country setting. There are carved, scrolls accents on the chair back as well. The chair has an old, red leather(maybe vinyl) covered seat. The leather/vinyl is old but in good condition with a couple of small areas of wear. The seat retains the original springs and burlap and the loft is very good.
