This Italian Renaissance walnut cabinet ... moreis carved with beautiful detail. The ever so classic winged maidens on the front two lower door panels that are toped with urns with beautiful foilage. The drawers. Columns, the edges, are carved with fruits and nuts and the spectacular ever so classic carved dolphins on the bottom base of this incredible cabinet. This cabinet has four doors with storage that have one shelf each. Two of these doors are hidden behind the columns on each side of the cabinet. This cabinet has three pull out drawers. One is a larger drawer with two smaller drawers on each side. This cabinet has a backsplash that attaches seperatly to the lower cabinet. The primary wood of this cabinet is walnut with the secondary wood being pine. This cabinet measures 77 1/2" in length or width, 65" in height, and 47 1/2" in height to the top surface of the cabinet, 33 1/2" in depth from the wall. Condition Overall condition of this spectacular Italian cabinet is excellent used. Great patina or finish on the cabinet. On the top surface of the cabinet there is shrinkage. This shrinkage does not distract from the visual beauty of this cabinet. On the top back splash there is a three inch piece of molding needs to be replaced and a small area around that needs to be touched up. The case of this cabinet is tight and sturdy. It has a great crest on it. The overall size is 54 inches wide, 21 inches deep, 39 inches high to the marble and 96 inches high to the top. There are some specks of white paint on one side where someone must have splattered paint when painting a wall that I am sure would clean up. The credenza has a slight serpentine shape, and paneled doors on each end with an attractive curving style. The crendenza has five (5) drawers, one of which has dividers built-in for flatware, and two (2) doors, that each open into large storage compartments with plenty of space and adjustable shelves in each. The crendenza has short curved legs. There are some small areas of veneer loss on the front of the piece, and these areas can be seen in the photos. There are some stains inside the drawers, which have dovetail joints. I am unsure of its age or manufacture of the piece.

I was told by an antique dealer that this is from the mid to late 1800's. Please feel free to ask any questions. Has the original glass and key for the locks. Great overall condition. Has a small crack in the counter top area as shown. The dimensions are: 90" high. 55" wide, 23 1/2" deep. The counter-top is 38 1/2" high. 2-10"x48" shelves in the upper area. You can adjust the shelf height by moving some wood supports in the notched mounts. The key fits top& bottom locks and the locks function correctly. Beautiful American Antique New York 1800s R J Horner Carved Oak Sideboard Base
Here is an absolutely fabulous 19th century RJ HORNER New York USA made sideboard buffet base. You can see three small holes on top at the back where a mirrored top was probably attached. I bought this as a base only and had it refinished over 30 years ago-it was a dark mess and the wood grain wasn't visible otherwise I would have left it original. I wanted to see the glorious oak grain and everyone that has seen it over the decades has mentioned what an awesome piece it is. The carving is magnificent-hairy feet. Faces, shells, florals-fantastic quality. The drawers in the center are still there and usable, though could probably use some TLC to get them back to their best-there is a small chip in a corner and chain that holds it open needs some work. There are a couple of minor scuffs-one on top and one on lower side-captured in photos, ... moreand a couple of scratches on the top-tried to photograph. The bottom drawer sticks out-since last move 25 years ago. The nose of a center face has been flattened somewhat-again-with last move. One handle on left drawer is not rounded-may have had a piece off-has been that way since I bought it over 30 years ago. There is some minor denting around key locks-no key available. There may be another flaw,but I don't see them-but again this beauty is way over 100 years old. The back is fully intact-solid. Weighs a ton-built to last forever. Measurements: 36.5" high 24" Deep 66" Wide Please ask any questions that the text or photos do not answer. From a completely non-smoking environment for over 30 years. The marble is an amazing Italian purple vein& ivory color. the marble has had some minor crack restorations but it is in excellent shape. Antique Sideboard Circa 1865, Original Mirror, Hardware, Beautiful Condition
This Circa 1865 Sideboard is really beautiful. I had it restored to it's original beauty. It is very solid and hand carved with Brass handles- all original. The mirror is original. Size is approximately 51" Wide X 77" High X 25" Deep. I am not sure of the wood type. But I believe it is either Mahogany or Walnut. This is a work of art by a wonderful craftsman. The Drawers are hand cut in front and pegged in back. I had this piece restored and paid over $2500 for the restoration alone. This piece is valued at $4200. This is a sacrifice. But downsizing makes it a necessity. There are only the most minor blemishes on this beautiful antique. Shortly I will add additional pictures and will verify the size exactly. This is a Beautiful Form Antique American Empire Circa 1830- 1840 Dining Room Server in Striking Flame Mahogany Veneer. The piece has wonderful curved top drawers with hardware. There is no key present, I believe the knobs are original. The doors swing out to reveal a large interior. There has been a small repair to the back left top as shown, a triangular repair to the corner. There is a modern door latch as shown. The server measures 44 1/2" tall, 43 1/8" wide and 20 1/4" deep at the top. The feet make the server measure 23 1/3" deep at the bottom. This beautiful Empire style sideboard was recently re-finished to expose its wonderful Quarter-Sawn(Tiger Oak)grain with a light golden oak stain and lacquer finish for a satin feel. Purchased in 1993 from a local owner and used in my family for 20 years. It has the original key(locks work) And the original wheels on feet. The mirror has the original silvering, and does have some minor small flaws but only in the edges. Measurements: Cabinet: 22" deep, 56" wide and 38" tall(with the wheels) Mirror is 6" deep, 56" wide and 17/12" tall. This hutch was purchased at an antique auction many years ago. And although I do not know the exact year of production, it does date back to the 1890's and was shipped to the United States from England. On the secretary writing surface, there is a piece with a Reg D No. 458784, as pictured. This is solid wood, and there are absolutely no scratches or chips in the beautiful leaded glass doors. All locking mechanisms work fine, and there are 3 original keys included. Possibly the most unique feature about this piece is the secret compartment- If you lift up on the top of the hutch, there is a secret hidden space for your treasures. Just think about what could have possibly been stored secretly in this space since the 1890's. I've not seen anything else like this. This beautiful antique bakers cabinet is over 100 years old and has been owned by two generations of the same family for the past 30 years. This cabinet has several drawers. There are shelves behind the mirrored door at the center of the hutch, as well as within the glass doors on either side of the hutch, as can be seen. Antique Sideboard With Top- Beautiful Carving Price Reduced!
Gorgeous antique sideboard with ornately carved mirror topper. Top is not original to the piece but has been displayed with it for many years. There are a few blemishes that may come off with a good cleaning but may require refinishing. Very heavy piece. Buffet is currently sat on top of plywood for ease in moving(by previous owners) but there is no damage I can see to the bottom. 32.5" high x 48" long and is 22.5 inches deep Plus the top piece which is an additional 18.5" high in the middle and is 9.5" wide sitting in the top Mirror back is currently held with nails(also previous owners) needs some repair but the wood is in very good condition.
