Below the drawers is a hidden storage space. Accessible when the drawers are removed. The front of the hidden space is a recessed flush panel with the bead detail around the frame and 3 nicely carved section. Below that panel is an intricate relief carved apron. The front legs have carved feet. There is a latticework footrest between the front legs. As can be seen in the photos. There has been some damage with age and probably some animals, mostly on the rear legs, back and the top on the back left. Despite these imperfections, this is a stunning piece. Fantastic Antique Chinese Dresser Sideboard Buffet
This is a wonderful Chinese sideboard or dresser. It would look wonderful in any room really. This was purchased almost 10 yrs ago for over $1.500 and, after being remarried this no longer is our décor. It is being used as a TV stand now, which is such a waste.It measures 60" x 34" x 20" This is available for local pickup only. It is in my house so if you need some time to pick up that's OK. Must be paid for however upon purchase.
