The item you are purchasing: This light fixture is quite a beauty-had me taking multiple looks as I photographed it. The light reflects so well off the the candle wick detailing that runs from top to bottom. It is blue with beautiful-highly detailed clear glass. All components are in excellent condition and are from the mid century era. The shade and stem compliment each other nicely. The shade measures about 12 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. The metal components have been sanded and repainted a glossy white. The original Leviton porcelain socket has been rewired and accepts a 150 watt bulb. This amazing light fixture hangs 16 inches from the ceiling. The mounting hardware will be included. At the liquidation sale, a man purchased thousands of still-in-the-box lights and stored them in the massive attic of his business. Most are still there. You can imagine my excitement discovering this Aladdin’s cave of treasure! I HAVE MORE: If you need more just type the amount needed into QUANTITY(just above the Buy It Now button) The fixture has stamped copper fittings. And with an antique finish– like an old copper penny. The clear glass shade has some lovely irregularities. Like small bubbles. Note also the nice copper rim to the shade bottom– a protective device. The shade is open at the bottom to help ease with installing a bulb. The fixture is scaled for a small foyer or hall. But can also be used as a porch light. The fixture is. Of course, in mint condition. DETAILS: The fixture accepts one standard base 60W bulb. COLOR: Copper with patina. Frosted white glass. SIZE: The fixture is 10-inches high.
