The shade measures about 12 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. The metal components have been sanded and repainted a glossy white. The original Leviton porcelain socket has been rewired and accepts a 150 watt bulb. This amazing light fixture hangs 16 inches from the ceiling. The mounting hardware will be included. There is a teeny sliver chip on the side of one shade near the fitter(barely noticable only mentioned for accuracy) and a thin line on the fitter tab of the other one that is not seen when shade is in fitter. See pictures. The electrical and switches do work but they have cloth wiring and should be checked by a professional or rewired. See picture of one of the sconces lighted. Vintage Art Deco Skyscraper Milk Glass Globe Light Fixture
This auction is for a beautiful vintage art deco Skyscraper light fixture with a milk glass globe. All original including the wires which my need to be replaced as they are very old. The globe is in great condition for its age and is free of any chips or cracks. The copper pieces of the fixture are also in great condition but do have some rough spots on the inside due to its age. This is normal. Take a look at the pictures and you will see just how stunning this light fixture really is. Measures approximately 15-1/2 inches tall from end to end. Hello. I have for sale a pair of Art Deco style molded glass and chrome wall sconces, each frosted pink shade is decorated with a ribbed motif and central figure of a nude in relief, set in a chrome frame. I was told they were made in Holland. I am a guy whose taste is not quite this style. By the pictures you can see they do operate. Unfortunately one does have a very tiny nick. This does not affect the looks though when the glass is sitting in the chrome frame. They measure 9 1/2"high, 10 1/2 wide and weigh approx. 5 lb. I hope the pictures and info help. Any? Would look nice in a hall. Dining room or lounge. Fully working when removed last weekend. I will pack these securely so they will get to you in perfect condition. They are a bit dusty would benefit from a good clean. I`d guess they are c30 years old probably brass plated. Were in the hallway of our Edwardian house when we moved in. Ceiling roses not supplied and come with 3 links of chain(both available cheaply on ebay) These work best with clear candle bulbs and I`ll supply 6(used) bulbs. Antique Tudor Revival Medieval Gothic Deco Nouveau Moe-Bridges Style Chandelier
This is an antique chandelier light fixture with five lights. It came out of a victorian home and was probably a replacement when the gaslights were taken out. It looks like a Moe-Bridges light fixture but I am not sure because I can't find any marks on it. It has been professionally rewired and works great. It is heavy and made of brass and painted metal. It has red. Green and gold colors in the decoration. There are some chips on some of the painted areas especially the finial that hangs down on the bottom of the fixture. I didn't want to change or alter the finish at all so I left it as is. I hung the fixture on a ladder to photograph it hanging but I am sure it would look much better hanging from the ceiling in your home. The actual body of the fixture measures 25" long and about 20" wide. The chain and ceiling cover ... moremeasure another 24" long. The fixture and chain measure approximately 49" long. Pair Art Deco Nouveau Slip Slipper Shade Sconces Wall Lights Fixtures
These are a beautiful pair of original Art Deco slip shade sconces. Very nice detailed design in shades and sconce holders. The finish on the the back plates looks to be original and is great shape but could use some cleaning. The detailed shades are beautiful with the original orange highlights and are in great shape. There is a teeny sliver chip on the side of one shade near the fitter(barely noticable only mentioned for accuracy) and a thin line on the fitter tab of the other one that is not seen when shade is in fitter. See pictures. The electrical and switches do work but they have cloth wiring and should be checked by a professional or rewired. See picture of one of the sconces lighted. Hollywood Regency / Art Deco Black & Silver Chandelier Vintage Lighting Fixture
We recently went to an auction that had great 1880s-1930s lighting fixtures. Lamps, etc. We know that some of them came from west central Ohio homes that were built during Ohio's railroad boom(most people don't think of Midwest railroad barons, but we had'em) We'll be listing these over the next couple of weeks. This black and silver chandelier is Hollywood Regency by way of Art Deco. It's footprint isn't large. So it won't overwhelm a room, but it will be a focal point. The fixture's about 12" in diameter. It hangs down about 27. Great size for dining areas. Living rooms, salons. The chain has a lovely symmetrical/asymmetrical interlude of flowers within an oval. Please see the pictures. Antique Art Deco Brass Hanging Chain Ceiling Light With Glass Shade This is an antique Art Deco hanging chain ceiling light with a white and tan satin glass shade. The ceiling and light socket fixture are both brass. The chain is brass coated metal. All parts were tested with a magnet. The magnet doesn't stick to the brass parts. But does stick to the chain. It comes with the original cast iron hanging hardware. The light hangs from the ceiling 30" The brass ceiling fixture is 5 1/4" in diameter. The shade measures 7" in diameter and 3 3/4" tall. It has the original ceramic socket and cloth insulated wires. There are several breaks in the insulation, so the lamp will have to be rewired. The glass shade is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks. There are wear marks from where the pull chain rubbed on the outside ... moreof the shade. These can be seen in the last picture. Antique Art Deco Cast Aluminum 5-Socket Ceiling Light Fixture/Chandelier. Fleur-De-Lis Design, Original Polychrome Paint The ceiling light retains the original wiring in very good condition. I used the light in my home and recently decided to go with a little more formal Art Deco crystal chandelier. Hence. The offering of this wonderful ceiling light. The ceiling light is in working condition. You'll notice a small ring directly in the center on the bottom. The ring shows some light wear most likely from some type of ornament or prism. that was hung. The 5 matching fat boy sockets with paddle switches are original. The chain is original but was shortened to a drop of 21 inches(top of ceiling cap to bottom of bobeches) Inserted bulbs will add to the overall drop. The ceiling light was meticulously cleaned and professionally sprayed with ... moresemi-gloss top coat lacquer to preserve and enhance the original paint. Close inspection of the ceiling light will find only small and minimal areas of paint loss and/or wear. The wiring is original in good condition. The wiring doesn't appear to be brittle. There are no insulation breaks or fraying of the outer covering. Heat shrink tubing as been applied to the lead ends but will be obscured by the ceiling cap. Notice how the wire covering picks of the colors of the paint scheme. Because of the original wiring I cannot underwrite or indemnify the use of the ceiling light. You may want to replace the wiring. Each socket has a switch. There is a little play in one of the switches but will stay positioned. Many similar light fixtures used a cast iron hanger under the ceiling cap. When these lights were used originally there were no electrical boxes in the ceilings; only a hole for the wire. The cast iron hanger was attached to lath above the plaster. This ceiling light has outfitted with a pipe nipple and crossbar for easy and updated installation. As noted previously. The drop is 21 inches. Item is 15" wide& that center piece measures 6" top to bottom. Hopefully this helps with specs. Pic one is the side you will see looking up at the ceiling. Pic two is the underside that faces the ceiling. So is pick 3. Item will neeed some re-assembly specifically the part I can not figure out how to screw back into the base I am holding up in pic 2. It will also need re-wiring. At the end of the chain link there is another piece that would screw into something. I'm guessing your ceiling mount. Old Art Deco Nouveau Victorian Ceiling Light Fixture CHANDELIER w/ 5 Orig Globes
For your consideration here is a lovely vintage old chandelier ceiling light fixture with 5 original ivory/ cream color original glass globes. There's a nice hand blown heavy glass round"ball" shaped piece on the chandelier. The entire chandelier is all completely original. It is made from multiple types of metals. I am not 100% sure what all the metals are but I think at least some of the metals may be brass. Cast metal, possibly bronze.some of the metal is magnetic and most of it is not magnetic. There's a little rust on the magnetic round disk shaped piece near the middle area of chandelier but it's nothing I would consider major. The chandelier does show use and age but still a fantastic chandelier with wonderful art nouveau/ Victorian designs& patterns. The 5 glass globes are all the original globes.they do ... morehave tiny, tiny barely there flea bites around the opening but they are not noticeable.I only saw them with my magnifying glass when I was looking the chandelier. The original wiring, cables,etc are still present. The chandelier measures approximately 25 inches tall. 18 inches wide. The glass round ball shaped hand blown piece measures 9 inches around. The glass globes measure approximately 5-1/4 inches in diameter. 3 inches tall, 4 inches in diameter at largest opening and 2 inches in diameter at smallest opening. Chandelier is quite heavy. Will be packed with lots of care and a generous amount of bubble wrap. Paper and cardboard before packing it into a sturdy solid strong box and shipped to the new owner. The pair of shades that are photographed and the sconces that are shown together as a pair are the ones in this auction. These are a matching pair of porcelain deco bathroom sconces(or wherever you would like) These Paulding wall lamps were made in the 30's and the design was produced into the 50's when they reissued wall lights from the same molds with polarized outlets. This pair has both sconces wired with an active outlet if you need one and they are polarized. It is your responsibility to ensure that these meet your local code. The original sockets-switches have been cleaned and lubed. They were designed to go on either side of the mirror above a sink. They will fit any standard box-4 1/2" wide by 6 1/4" tall ... moreon the backs. 7 1/4"tall with shades and pull chain, and stick out 4 5/8" from the wall. The slip in or drop in solid opal milk glass shades are damage free outside of normal manufacturing roughness. These shades were originally a choice for these fixtures unlike the clear glass with enamel coating shades which are often found for sale with this period style. This pair has a very small void in the casting that was glazed over so it was during manufacture. It is right below my finger in the 8th picture. The shades(at least one of them) are very opalescent and show a reddish tint. Not very noticeable but the price is lowest on this pair. 1920's~ANTIQUE ART DECO CHANDELIER~FROSTED GREEN GLASS CEILING LIGHT FIXTURE~VGC
This auction is for an antique 1920's art deco ceiling light chandelier that is fully functional and ready for installation and use. It consists of 2 parts of thick frosted glass. The upper is clear and the lower shade is light green with a beautiful art deco pattern. The lower part has glass tabs that insert into the slots of the upper part and rests on little ledges when turned 1/4 turn, as designed. The escutcheon plate and bulb holder are made of brass and the total height is approx. 17" This classy and opulent vestibule light appears just lightly used and in very good condition. It is represented in numerous catalogues of lamp producers for instance Hettier& Vincent made several fixtures for this model. I found several of these mountings in cast brass or bronze and originaly they were covered by green paint. I had them nickel plated and patinated. The lamp is in excellent condition. Antique HP Cast Aluminum Art Deco Vintage Ceiling Light Lite Fixture
Old Art Deco Aluminum li ght fixture. It has been hanging up in an old barn since the mid 60's. One of the li ght sockets is cracked on the back side and needs rewired and cleaned up. This will be a stunning fixture if cleaned up and repainted. It is 14 1/2" diameter and from bottom of fixture t o top is 2 1/2" thi ck. It is marked H. P. Inc with the number 905-15. This is a Non Working light fixture and can be used for parts or to rebuild. I think this would be an easy project. The metal is in good shape, not split or corroded, would clean up and look really nice with a new paint job. I am selling it in"As Found" condition. Look closely at all photos! The shade measures about 15 1/4 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. There are some rough spots around the inner rim that are not visible when hung. The chain has been left with its vintage petina- looks great. The ceiling canopy was sanded and repainted as is also from the same era. The socket housing is vintage and there are three new porcelain sockets pictured with 60 watt bulbs along with all new wiring. Antique Vintage Original Art Deco c. 30's Chandelier Porcelain& Crystals Glass Shade#230. Up for bidding is this AMAZING Original Art Deco. C. 1930's Chandelier, refurbished! It has a gorgeous cream colored column AND ceiling cap made of porcelain that is beautifully painted with floral motif and accented with gold.This was made by the famous Porcelier Company and it's rare to find the chandelier body and ceiling cap together. And in such fine condition. It is paired with this very nice, pale, sort of creamy beige-ish pink glass shade that is ribbed and scalloped and has no damage at all as far as chips. Cracks or scratches. Does show nicks in the paint. Normal wear for age, mainly around the flat bottom part of the shade, around the finial. I have shown this in the last 3 pics. very good condition considering age(not sure exactly around 1940's my guess sockets may have been replaced or rewired plastic insulation) one glass globe has tiny chip on top but also has the frosted look so my have come from factory. 3/8" thick glass. frosted and hand painted. globes are 7 1/2" tall 5" wide and 4" deep. sconces are light weight pot metal or aluminum not sure non magnetic. they are dark brown. not sure if original paint but they do match shades. they measure 9 3/8 x 5 1/2. very ornate. no markings that i can see except on leviton sockets/switches. one is missing switch nob but still seems to work.

Date: Around 1930 +/ Materials: The fixture is completely made out of chrome-plated metal. The center bowl is made out of glass and has a color of soft olive-green with a light yellowish tone(the color is hard to define) The entire glass bowl is covered by a fine and detailed elaborated. Etched flower decor. The bowl is signed by Deveau. Measurements: The total height of the chandelier is 29.5" 75 cm) The diameter of the glass shade is 13.8" 35 cm) The canopy has a diameter of 5.9" 15 cm) Condition: The chandelier is in good. Used condition. The chromium-plate has preserved it´s natural brightness, the lampshade has in it´s center two smaller tension cracks(each one with a length of approx. 2.0" 5 ... morecm) These cracks are not visible from outside, because of the metal attachment below the bowl. There are two small flakes on the border of the glass bowl, but in the inside, so they are not visible from outside. The electric is in full working order, but the chandelier must be inspected by a qualified electrician before installation. This is a 100% original french Art deco chandelier from France. No copy!
