I believe these are cast iron as they weakly attract a magnet. All the hardware is present with the exception of one of the little turn on-off buttons on the backside of one of the candlestick tubes. Vintage Art Deco Cast Metal Wall Light Sconce Slip Shade, Bronze/Copper Finish
Gorgeous antique cast metal slip shade stye sconce fixture. Measures about 5 ½" wide by 7 ½" long. Very good condition for age. Has a lovely pattern and nice bronze/copper finish. There is a little discoloration at the bottom tip of fixture, but I was afraid to try and clean it. I believe the piece is cast iron as it is quite heavy, but it could be cast aluminum, or spelter. This is a beautiful antique wall sconce for restoration. It has original copper socket and wiring so this would need replacing. This would take a slip shade, which unfortunately was not with it when found. There is no maker name or other markings that I can see. Unique Antique Art Deco Gold Wall Sconce Rewired Original Finish!
This is a nice art deco wall sconce. It has been rewired with period appropriate gold cloth covered wire. A new rotary switch was also installed. And it comes ready to hang with all commonly needed hardware. Bulb is not included. There is no maker stamped in the metal unfortunately. The finish is original and is in very good condition. It looks like it was removed whenever walls were painted, which is a rarity with these old fixtures! There is a knick or two in the finish but overall it really is in very good condition! Antique Wall Candle Sconce Ornate. Stately& Substantial Teal Blue Distressed Finish Brass I purchased these about 5 years ago at an antique store in Anacortes. WA. They are quite heavy(about 3-1/2 pounds each) and have been refinished in a distressed style with a light teal blue paint color. I believe these are brass and not cast iron. I have a picture that shows the back and it looks like brass but I’m not 100% certain. Due to their size and intricate design they really create a statement either over a fireplace mantel, or on either side of a mirror or piece of art. They are quite distinguished in appearance. They measure 16” tall and extend 5-1/2” out from wall. The felt/velvet cover is missing off the back of one sconce. Please email me with any questions prior to bidding. You are bidding on a lovely vintage pair of quality crafted and designed. Wooden candle wall sconces. This collectible set was made by the Tell City Furniture Co. in Tell City, Indiana. The pattern is#3168 and the finish is antique green. They stand 22' tall and 3.5' wide. They are in very nice vintage, previously used condition.
