It looks to be hand-made of soldered metal and beautiful red. Blue and teal green stained glass panels. Antique VTG Leviton milk glass electric wall sconce light lamp 110 plug no shade
Up for your consideration is an antique wall-mounted sconce light. It features a lovely Victorian style opaque white milk-glass globe. Atop of which sits a brass Leviton light socket. This uses one standard-size light bulb and turns on and off with a toggle push switch. It works great as you can see in the picture. The rest is made of some sort of heavyweight metal(I'm guessing iron) that has been painted over with glossy beige colored paint. As you can also see in the pictures, the fixture sits a little crooked in relation to the metal base, probably from people running into it over the years. The parts can be moved and adjusted easily(in my opinion) but I didn't want to mess it up, so I will leave that for the new owner to deal with. It is wired with a standard vintage 110 non-polarized plug, which will fit into any standard US ... moreelectrical outlet. So, no electrician required! There is no shade to cover the bulb. My guess is it was probably lost or broken with the passage of time. It should be easy to replace and find one to your liking if you search more here on ebay! Vintage Antique Metal & Glass Figure Lady Angel Wall Pole Sconce Electric Lamp
Please review all 12 pictures using the zoom feature. This is a very unique and stunning vintage/ antique metal lady angel sconce which I assume was once mounted on a pole- either a standing pole or. More likely, a pole mounted on the wall. Overall she is 20" tall from bottom of the metal sconce to the top of the ruffled glass shade. The metal sconce is 12" then the shade sits securely into the top of the sconce once the 3 screws are turned to tighten it and hold it in place. I’m not sure what type of metal she’s made out of but she is heavy. Some of the finish has worn off in spots with the gray metal showing through but she displays nicely. Colors of the metal sconce portion are cream. Brown, goldish-brown. I have looked her over closely but don’t see any stamp or signature. The glass sconce is free of any chips. Cracks, or fleabites. ... moreThere is an overall frost to the glass then the bubble-raised panels are clear glass with frosted etchings. Every other panel is either scroll design only or scroll design plus a little sitting child/wingless cupid. The ruffle at the top is all frosted. This is a fabulous vintage piece. I bought it many years ago with the intent of rewiring her then mounting her on a pole then the wall but I never got around to it and now she wouldn’t fit into the decor of my house. The existing wire has been cut so she will need rewiring if you want her to be a functioning electric lamp. Again. This sconce is heavy. Antique Victorian Brass Electric light fixture, ceiling chandelier, Deco, glass
This auction is for an ornate Victorian or Art Deco looking brass ceiling light. Chandelier style, made to hang on a chain. It was taken from my mother in laws house recently during a remodel, the house was built in 1916 and this is the original living room light. It has three lights, the holders for the bulbs are on ornate arms, and dangle, they are not fixed in place, and they were set up to turn on individually by turning the key on each light. The chain, and ornate key bit on the end are still present as well as a cone like piece, but I can't recall how they were all put together. but all the pieces are here. There are 3 heavy glass shades, lightly frosted on the insides and not chipped or damaged. The light fixture has some dust on the top, a few paint splashes from paint jobs over the years, and the wiring is the old original cloth ... morecovered style, so I would recommend rewiring! Vintage Mid Century Green Electric Plug In Hanging Lamp w/ Amber Colored Glass Globes and Glass Prisms. This Lamp or Light works great and would be an asset to anyone's vintage home decor. Please look at all pictures and read item description. Here is what to expect as far as condition and is what was written above: Vtg Used Condition. Might need more cleaning. It has been cleaned lightly for pictures but might need a little more. It is missing one of its original nuts on top. We have replaced it with another one as seen in pictures. The prisms could stand to be rewired and attached to the lamp. The wire has gotten old that holds them onto the lamp and sometimes they break off due to the brittle metal wire. So rewiring the prisms is a must eventually. It isn't missing any of its prisms. You might see some minor scratches to the paint ... morebut none that is just awful or takes away from the lamp. The goldtone chain might have some fading to the plating but really looks good for its age. I don't see any rust on the chain at all. Total Measure for the lamp is 24" x 12" The glass UNDER the base metal has some minor chipping but does not show when put together. See last photos. Matching gold chain. The plastic housing on the cord is worn and the plug is original to the lamp so it does not have a ground feature, you may want to rewire this piece. VTG ELECTRIC CUSTARD GLASS WALL SCONSE LIGHTING FAUX CANDLE "F" ON THE TURN KNOB
Unique and beautiful old vintage lighting. It is made to look like a candle with the bulb as the flame. Works! It has off white glass at the base of the candle and on the wall mount. There is a place for a screw or nail at the top of the wall mount. It is in very good condition. There are a few stress cracks in the mount as seen in photos from age and use. Not sure what the metal is I think it is a mix. There is an"F" on the on/off knob. The cord is cloth. Fantastic decorative estate lighting! Vintage Metal Hanging Early Electric Lamp 23" Long W/ Green Glass Shade
This is a Vintage Metal Hanging Early Electric Lamp measuring 23" Long W/ Green Glass Shade. This lamp came put of a beach house in Hull. Massachusetts. The lamp needs to be rewired and the glass shade is chipped and cracked and will not stay attached to the metal shade holder with screw pins. You would have to replace the glass shade or the lamp could be used without a shade and just use a decorative bulb. The shade top opening measures 3" across and the bottom opening measures 3-1/2" The metal shade measures 10" across. The metal has a goldish look to it but I believe the metal is a white metal of some sort. The cutout work on the shade is pretty. The shipping is 14.00 within the USA. Antique Arts& Crafts Victorian Slag Glass Gas Shade from the Pittsburgh Glass Miller B& H Era. I have sold Pittsburgh Shades Previously and this shade is very similar with the Brass Cut out Silhouettes Used of That Era. This Shade is Original to my late 1800's built home. The top brass fitter portion would take the old spring type gas fitters. All glass is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips seen. The glass is all original to the shade with butterscotch and caramel colored slag/ stained glass. The fitter measures 1 5/8 inches across with the tabs measuring an extra 1/4 inch for a total 2 inch fitter end. The shade is six sided measuring approximately 8 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches across the bottom. The color of the Copper has a hint of pink which is only found in the older fixtures because of the purer copper used back then. Top globe is a swirled bead design globe which covers the gas fixture. This is a stunning very large antique ornate Victorian/ Gothic brass and staines glass electric wall sconce from a church. It is done with an abundance of intricate detailing and extremely ornate. I was fortunate enough to purchase a large selection from an estate. When they are gone. They are gone. This is part of it. I do not know how old but they are in good shape and were extremely dirty before being cleaned. A green scrubby helps clean what I missed. This white milk glass shade has a slight pinkish tint to it when held against pure white. For auction is this Ornage Vintage Antique Brass& Glass Ceiling Mount Electric Light It appears very old. Size: The brass frame stands about 13" tall x 8" wide The glass is 3-3/4" tall x 6-3/4" wide at the widest and 5-7/8" wide at the base I got this at an Estate Sale so I don't know the history. The heavy Brass frame is original. It has some paint where it mounts to the ceiling. Based on the old wiring. It appears that the light socket could be original. It works! The glass sets on a brass base in the middle of the light. It is attched to the lower part of the light with three brackets. 2 of the 3 are no longer connected. The glass globe has a few small chips on the top edge. I see no chips or crazing and the flowers are all in good shape. There are some chips around the edges as shown in the pictures. The worst panel shows just a small piece of the broken corner when inserted into the light as can be seen in the last picture. Antique GAS CEILING FIXTURE Brass w/ Antique Glass Shades Conv. to Electric
Being offered is an antique 2 light gas ceiling fixture that has been converted for use as an electric light fixture. It measures 27" in total height and 20 1/2" wide across the shade rings. The shade rings(holders) are made to hold shades that have a 2 1/4" fitter edge. The fixture is made of solid brass which is in very good condition. There are some small spots in the lacquer finish which are of no concern but need to be noted. The wiring is in very good condition as are the standard size keyless sockets. A fixture bar for hanging is included. No bulbs are included. The antique glass shades are included and measure 3 3/4" in height and have 2 1/4" fitter edges. There are no chips or cracks. ANTIQUE / VINTAGE ELECTRIC NEOCLASSIC BRASS/ BRONZE TWO LIGHT SCONCE glass shade
I picked this ornate and beautiful little sconce up at an antique store. Right downtown here in Philadelphia for $95 about 10 years ago. The bronze like patina features a typical victorian greek revival leaf pattern around the rim. The interior medallion has a deeply recessed acanthus leaf design. It's graceful arms gently swag, reminiscent of an old-world French chandelier. Best of all a working 3 prong electric plug which can easily be removed and replaced with an on/ off switch if you prefer. I bought it with the shades pictured on it. These attractive and highly desire able shades are from the 40s or 50s and the sconce itself is from between 1900 to 1940. The wiring is newer and looks usable. HOWEVER FOR SAFETY reasons. I would recommend rewiring all used lighting fixtures before installing in your own home. Pair of Antique Vintage Brass electric Sconces with Decorative Glass Shades
Pair of Sconces- Shown here is a lovely pair of vintage brass sconces in very good used condition. The sconces measure about 7" from the wall. The length from the top ball to the bottom edge of the shade is about 9.5" in length. The back plate is 4.5" The wiring looks very good. Although I always recommend testing older fixtures before use. The 5" glass shades have a ruffled edge, are frosted with a charming etched design. Around the rims that fit into the socket covers are a few chips, but are covered and don't affect the beauty of the fixtures. Please check all photos carefully. 54890 PR ANTIQUE 1900 ELECTRIC FRENCH ORMOLU BRASS 2 ARM SCONCE W GLASS SHADES
An unusual pair of antique. Circa 1900, electric sconces in Louis XV Rococo style. Ormolu brass with screw secured cut and frosted glass three shades(one missing. Three(of four) removable ormulu crowns rest on the tops of the shades. Unmarked, probably French made. The sconces total measure 19" tall, the sockets 7" from the wall and 9" from each other. The wall plates measure 11" tall by 6-3/4" wide. The shades are 4-1/2" tall 3-3/4" diameter, the fitter rims 1-3/4" diameter. Both with new cord and sockets. Missing the wall bolts for mounting. Minor base chip to one shade. Fine original ormolu finish unworn. The pair is for one price.

Dragon Scales Electric Glass Shade for Ceiling Fixture, Pendant, or Lamp
Rare Dragon Scale 2 1/4 fitter glass electric shade. 4 1/4 inches tall. Pristine condition. Pat date October 7. 1902, is found on the fitter rim. Shade rings when I twink it with my index finger. Shade has not been cleaned. There is a rough area around the lower part of the fitter rim. This is there because the manufacturer has pooped the inner part of the fitter out, and it was hand filed to not have sharp points. This is how you can tell it is an original shade, and not a reproduction. Please check the other auctions, as there are antique shades in most of them. Please wait for an invoice before you pay. 4 Zipper-Glass Electric Shades-Holophane-For-Brass-Ceiling Fixture
4 ANTIQUE Holophane style original Electric Zippered Clear Glass Light Shade. Circa 1900s. They all have a 21/4" fitter. They stand 3 1/2 inches tall, and their wide bottoms are about 5 inches. They are in pristine condition. There are no flea bites, chips, or cracks. Inside the fitter just below the rim it is very rough. This is where the original manufacturer broke the shade from the mold, and filed this area down. This is how we know these are original shades and not a reproduction. They all ring loud and clear when they are twinked with an index finger. The pattern looks like a zipper. Please check the other auctions, as there are antique shades in most of them. LIGHTOLIER COPPER BRASS ELECTRIC PORCH FOYER LIGHT WITH TEARDROP GLASS
This is either copper or brass. It has a great greenish patina. There is a worn paper label inside. It reads Lightolier. The fixture has a drop of approx 11" The diameter is about 5 1/2" There seems to be a very small. Smooth flaw in the glass which I've shown in a photo. Very hard to see.
